Program Guide to The Full Flex Belt Range

The Flex Belt toning products are cleared by the FDA for toning, firming, and strengthening the targeted muscles. Each product has its own unique range of toning programs designed specially to help you supercharge your workout! Whether you have The Flex Belt or the Total Flex Bundle, this guide is for you to tone up and achieve your fitness goals! The Flex Belt

The Flex Belt offers 10 toning programs, with 0-150 intensity levels to choose from to strengthen, tone and firm all the abdominal muscles. Whether you’re too busy or tired for a traditional workout, there are 7 Passive Programs (no physical activity required) and 3 Active Programs (while doing a physical activity). Program 1 is set when you switch your controller on for the first time. The controller will then automatically progress through each program up to program 6. Programs 7 to 10 must be selected manually using the program button. This is a great way to get started and work your way up to become a Flex Belt Toning Expert!

The Flex Arms

Flexing Phoebs Arms

The Flex Arms has 3 toning programs to help you strengthen your triceps and biceps muscles. Program 1, ‘Conditioning’, is a moderate strength program, introducing the biceps and triceps muscles to this form of training. This should be used before progressing to the stronger programs. Program 2, ‘Strength’, is a stronger program and will strengthen your biceps and triceps muscles as well as improving muscle performance. Program 3, ‘Power’, is a longer power program, using short, powerful contractions to increase both maximum muscle strength and sustained performance of the biceps and triceps muscles simultaneously. Once you have selected a program, the controller will continue using that program until you change it.

A moderate strength program, introducing the bicep and triceps muscles to EMS training. We recommend using Program 1 before progressing to Program 2.
A stronger program that will strengthen your bicep and triceps muscles as well as improving muscle performance.

The Flex Mini

The Flex Mini has 4 specific toning programs to boost your glutes and back of thigh muscles for a stronger, perkier booty. The Flex Mini tones and strengthens the same muscles that are worked when you do leg lifts, squats, go running, lunges, yoga, Pilates or work out on the elliptical machine. Check out the programs below to get closer to achieving your perfect butt. Program 1 is set when you switch your controller on for the first time. Try to increase your toning intensity regularly. The harder you work your muscles, the better results you will see. Remember that the stimulation should never been uncomfortable.

It’s worth noting that Program 1 is set when you switch on your controller for the first time of any product. The Flex Belt and Flex Mini will then automatically progress through each program after a set number of sessions.  You cannot change a program during a session, you must switch your controller off and then on again. You can then select a different program by pressing the program button. We recommend starting at a level of 20 and continuously increasing the intensity to challenge yourself. To completely smash your toning goals, use your Flex Belt product 5 days a week in order to see the best results easily and conveniently in just 6 weeks.
