is there a such thing as a cardio ab workout or program that will give a real flat stomach?
Jennie: A cardio ab workout sounds like way too much work to me, I’m going to try a Flex Belt I’ve been reading reviews about, and hope the heck that’s going to do it for me, I’m REALLY tired of all this pressure to exercise all the time esp, flat stomach exercises for women seem tough to me, so…am trying to get abs in 2 weeks.
Trish: I got flat stomach after c section by using a balance trainer, you know, the half domes that you run in place on? Was a little pricey but it works and can do it while watching tv. Cardio and abs, no on floor sit ups.

mina: Yes there is! Cardio ab workout that includes flat stomach exercises is achievable with Insanity. I ordered it off the TV a few weeks ago and half alreay felt like lost some. Really good flat stomach exercises in this progam. Not selling it, really does work magic though.
