nina: good to know as I;m considering becoming pregnant right now…i know your not supposed to use it while pregnant, plus, i doubt an ab belt could even fit around some stomach like that, lol. IF you are in decent shape trying to tone, and doing regular exercise, balance d diet, you probably will see good results? But if you want a six pack in a week don’t expect that, then you’ll be spreading the news of flex belt scam or something. if used as directed, seems pretty legit to me.
Sean: Well that’s all well and good ladies but does the Flex Belt work for men too? Believe me i would be doing some hard core workouts with my ab rocket but my lower back is messed up. let me know if this ab belt can give results for men, esp. for the obliques.

I feel like it work s for me, but yeah, you gotta have realistic expectations and remember, its no magic belt. Maybe a subsitute for sit ups or crunches, not regular exercise or good diet. And yes, I do believe it works for men as well as women – IMHO!
