You know exercises machines have been around along time. Can some tell me how the technology in the latest abs belts work?
Eve: exercises machines are what I use at the gym Now I looking for a ab belt to use for home time so I can has an easy workout. Want to know too the best ab workouts to get a six pack.
Alanslikskies: I like and use both : exercises machines and abs belts. But to answer you question the technology behind ab belts is actually quite old too. Bruce Lee is said to have used the same tech I guess the idea is to stimulate the group of muscles under your abdominal area. GO SCIENCE!
Junior_C: Yeah you know, its interesting because, most of themore old school exercises machines are based on mechanics, simulating sit ups or crunches. Or helping wiht form. But with the abs belts, they work by contracting the muscles, but you can be sititng down or standing up, or walking around, and the belt is still gonna work the same way. I read a review on the Ab Contour Belt think it looks like a strong possibility. Definitely could create a solid program with something like this, but me, I just need to research online a bit more to find hte best deal.
eileen: Exercises machines are great, but it depends on which one you use. I think one thing that i like about the new generation of ab belts is that they use electronic muscle stimulation to really target the ab muscles. it is really easy and fast and so far i think this is a good progam.
Janice: Does seem like exercises machines have been around as long as we’ve all been overeating. Read up on the ab belts and it looks like the decent ones use something called EMS Electronic Muscle Stimulation, which has been used to help atrified musscles in physical therapy.
TaraDay: YEAH EMS is the technology they use in these ab shocker belts, I think it’s great, just twitches your muscles for you so you don’t have to work so hard to get toned, why would I want to work out on something like an ab Roller when all I have to do is this? I wouldn’t.
Holly: I like exercises machines I want to get one now that focuses on abs I have a lef lifting technique that has sculpted my thighs now I want a toned stomach.
LeonaTemple: All these new exercises machines, who wouldn’t rather use practically any of them than the old fashioned ab workout crunches, sit ups, all that? I mean with a slant board and some resistance pulleys, you can do wonders, and if you don’t want to work that hard you can get an ab belt to tone your belly away painlessly they say, to me it’s all good!
Royce: Used the Ab Roller exercises machines for awhile, but haven’t tried a lot of the others. The EMS thing sounds VERy interesting and am wondering if it is worth getting to start my new fitness plan.
leanne: when it comes to ab exercises machines haven;t always been my favorite approach, and yet I hate situps too! i didn’t like the ab rocket, the malibu pilates machine or any of the others i have tired. i guess i could be open to the idea of an ab belt, but i would have to read up on them a bit more. Going to check out some of the info online,.
ElaineY: Usually I get bored with the exercises machines I’ve bought. Of course I often order whatever looks good on the tv infomercials. Thats how I wound up with the Ab Coaster. Those ab belts do sound intriguing and the technology seems pretty sound too.
