Will something like an Ab Rocket routine give the same results as an ab shocker?

Penny Jones: I think so, but I have heard that the ab rocket workouts are hard. If you want something that will still give results, and is a bit more easy to use, I say go with the ab shocker.

Kennedy: I don’t knowe about the ab shocker but the ab rocket I have been eanting to try my girlfriend is using an ab belt and she loves it but she is already skinny and just wants 6 pack abs wheresa I am a little chubbier and am trying to get healthy. But some day I definitely want a small waist and toned muscles on my abdomen.

Francis: IN terms of muscle tone, from the ab rocket reviews i’ve read, i think you might get similar results in the end. Probably not as fast though, and with the Ab Rocket abdominal trainer, you definitely gotta work hard for it. Guess it depends on hwat sorta exercise routine you looking for

Lena: well based on some of the ab rocket customer I have read , the resistence coils on the ab rocket dont seem to make much difference and that they don’t provide a lot of resistance. i dont want to exert myself for nothing. i dont know much about an ab shocker but i would be open to any idea that helped me get it done easily,

JennMK: I wonder if the ab rocket workout is less targeted I just want to focus on my abs for the present and get toned and tight. I think an ab belt is the way for me to go. And by the way I am cutting out crbs.

Liz: Ab rocket exersizes will work if you have a strong back. The problem is, most of us that need to work on our abs, don’t. I wouldn’t add that to your routine until your have built up some core strength and and an a b belt will totally help you do that it seems.

Alice: I don;t know but I am curious about the ab Rocket too because I just realized i need something to help me work on my abs. I tried to do crunches yesterday and I was terrible at it! I had to lock my feet under the bed, that’s how bad i am.SO I just want to know is the AB Rocket is any good.

Chastity: I saw an Ab Rocket for sale on ebay and I have to say I didn’t want to jump right in and bid, it looked kind of hard to do and honestly,if it’s so good, how come it’s on ebay? I think the idea of an ab belt is way more appealing, that ab shocker belt idea is kind of new to me, but when I read about it it made a whole lot of sense and I bet you do get the same kinds of results, just in an easy way, without having to get all sweaty and tired, much better, I’d say.

Dave: Really, i don’t think its it the routine you gotta worrry about with the ab rocket so much as the device itself. IF you’ve seen any of the Ab rocket customer reviews, you’ll know what I mean; the thing looksjust okay from what i can tell. I had considered going for that, I kept seeing it everywhere, but I’m quite hapy with my abs belt instead. Feel like its a better choice, especially for busy men & women who don’t have alot of time to be messing with a sit up assist-er…

Sam: You know I see ab rocket in stores more often than I remember and keep thinking that could be a good part of my work out routine, but have not tried one yet. The abdominal belt I have tried and it is def good for training those mucles if you use it at least 3 times a week.

ThundercatFan: Seems like I have seen the Ab Rocket in stores like Walmart and I was always curious but I glad I came online to read the ab rocket reviews YOu know the thing may weighs a lot?? I’m goin g for a Flex belt think it’ll be the best way to make my belly not look like i’m still pregnant. :)

Rachel: Definitely the ab shocker seems more effective to the people who have used both it and the ab rocket which I think seems a little silly I m all for the technology and efficience of an ab belt for toning and I think this wittles your waist and gives you definition.

Kim: Ab rocket exercises seem like just situps no? I am trying to avoid back strain. I have heard that an ab shocker places no strain on the back, because you just put it on and it does the workout for you.

Anonymous: The Ab Rocket abdominal trainer is effective but yes I think a bit more difficult to use than a toning belt. Think you could use both as part of a healthy fitness plan and be very happy with the results.

Elaine: Yes I also read a lot of Ab Rocket customer reviews that say its not the most effective workout. I am looking to get a really toned almost 6 pack look and i just don’t see how the Ab rocket is gonna deliver on that. Might have to check out an ab shocker. Hey, what does it feel like>? That is myt quesiton.

Gabby: Ab Rocket workouts look hard! I guess you can take a class using it, but I don’t know, it looks kind of difficult and for senior women like me it might be better to use something gentler, like an ab belt, that way I can get toned without having to have what looks like strain on my back, it just has more appeal to me, the ab belt I mean, and I can keep my own program of tv watching and use it at the same time!

RanylitR: soo, no one really likes the ab rocket it seems???? an ab energizer is more what i am looking for anyway. I do crunches and reverse crunches from time to time but want to be able to engage my muscles and get my fitness even on days when I am busy and lazy I would consider the ab shocker and am looking more into this type of thing.

Kevin: They both work, You Just have to have a constant routine to get results. Ab rocket or Ab shocker you cannot go wrong. What I personally like about abdominal belts is that it’s versatile you can jog while working on your abs but that’s just me.

james m.: that’ s what i was gonna say , i mean the ab rocket exercises don’t seem to be all that much different from doing situps, you just are in some kinda beach chair think. sorry it just looks cheap, maybe its the color? i dunno. i’m sure you see some kinda ab toning results from doing the ab rocket workouts but too have read that you might get to your goal faster with an abs belt. maybe since you can wear it any time and have more time to devote to cardio?

Havens: Are the Ab Rocket exercises as difficult as they look? I think this maybe for people who are already in shape, I’m looking to get toned before I try something like this, don’t want to jump into this idea of exercising in too crazy a way, that’s why I think an ab shocker would be a good idea for right now, to get my muscles moving in a good way and then maybe I can approach something a little more difficult if I need it, the reviews I’m reading though say this ab belt is fast and easy, maybe it will be enough all by itself?

Emillee: I don’t think so, actually. Based on AB Rocket customer reviews, it seems like this machine targets mostly your upper abs where as a toning belt or shocker as you’ve called it, focuses on your lower abs too, as well as obliques. Think this is best to get total core results. Especially for women.

Laura: I agree…I think both the ab rocket abdominal toner and the ab shocker work. It depends on which is best for you. I think that for me, with my back problems, the ab rocket exercises are not ideal. it seems to me that an ab shocker is designed to give a workout without harming the lower back so i think for me that would be the best option.,

MarlaJacobs: Ab Rocket in stores, sure, everybody’s friendly Walmart has them and they cost about $97 everyday. But I think they look cheesy, all that blue plastic, I dunno, the ab belts I’ve been looking at look kind of sleek and sexy and but they cost more.

Ryan: Well one good thing I guess is that they give you a DVD to follow in order to do the Ab Rocket exercises , but it seems its defintely gonna take more time & work than if you use an ab shocker belt type thingy.

Watersign: Ab Rocket reviews that I have seen are all pretty positive, but it does sound like it just gives yoo that one range of motion.

Peaches: Ab Rocket customer reviews are kind of mixed, I think young people like them better than we seniors do, and you can see why if you watch one of the videos about them, I’m more inclined to try an ab shocker belt right now, it’s looks like it would work just as well, for sure, and in a more appropriate way for me, some good results for women like me who have done their gym time, but now want to keep that toned look in an easy way.

Milton: Have also been thinking the thing looks pretty cheap, but I don; thinnk it means we’re looking at an Ab Rocket scam or anything, just the nature of the business I guess. I think the workouts might be tough, I’d say an a b belt is better for seniors because it seems pretty easy to use but otherwise, you just take a chance and see if its good for you.

Anonymous: Just bcs ab rocket in stores doesn’t make it the superior product. I have been reading online how its sortacheep and plastic and the springs break and stuff. i think i will have to look around and see what i can find out about the ab shocker bcs I also want to have some obliques muscles and i heard u can really get to them with EMS technology as used in ab shocker.

Annie: The Ab Rocket abdominal trainer looks like it’s kind of limited, like it wont do anything for love handles or belly pooches, both of which I am the proud owner of, and the ab belt, on the other hand, looks like it would help both problems, so there’s really not much of a decision for me to make as to which one I think will give me better results…

Terry Jo: So wait, what is this talk about needing to replace certain Ab Rocket parts? Are they hard to find? I also saw the Ab rocket for sale online on ebay and almost ordered, but I bet I wouldn’t get a guarantee that way would I? Hmm, do you need extra parts wth the ab shocker thingy?? I want something simple & easy to use as possible for my ab workout program.

Jovanna: DId Ab Rocket workouts for while, AND i have used an EMS toning belt too. The results you get with each of them are different, but they both work well if you work too. Now I try to plan out exercise rotations and they are both part of the program.

Ken: You guys are funny you think the ab rocket exercises is enough to get rid of “belly pooches” ect…? Just start dieting people!

Thalia: All the Ab Rocket reviews I’ve been reading online make it sound pretty good, but I’m still thinking the machine itself looks lkind of junky I looked at one at Walmart and it’s kind of like a plastic lawn chair that folds out flat and then you sit up etc. and somethoe, that’s not very appealing and I wonder if those slats on the back give you sore spots, they look like they might, so for my money the ab shocker belt looks like a far better way to get a toned belly, and plust I won’t haveto thinkg about losing nuts and bolts on the ground I want to be realxaed when I exercise, not stressed.

JJtaylor: NO I actually don’ think you will get the same results. I was tempted because the Ab ROcket price was pretty low but I then read some testimonials online. The thing is, there have not been any clinical trials to prove that that the AB Rocket workouts really work! I feell Im better off with a Flex belt because of the reports.

Nina: OMG you are not investing in a house!! It’s just a silly ab workout device! Just pick one and use it, if it breaks put it in the trash. The Ab Rocket and the Ab shocker or Ab belt, are 2 completely different devices just pick the one that will fit your schedule better and use it!

Donna: Yeah i truly feel like it is a little hard to compare the two. Think Ab rocket routine works different muscles than an ab shocker but they will both give you visible results.

Johnny P: Haha, you are funny but hey I work hard for my dollars, I gotta make sure what I am buying is worth it, so i understand the conversation here. I decided to invest in a mat and do crunches at home at least for now!

Bliss_cat: An Ab Rocket might be one way to exercise, and the ab shocker another, I have to agree, the key to all this is a good diet and exercise plan and then either one will work.

Anonymous: Yeah i agree . its apples and oranges these two. i kind of think the ab rocket exercises seem easy for someone with a decent back and who just wants to sto0p their stomach from being all flabby. seems like an ab shocker is better for getting the six pack look but i think it costs a little more.

Donna: Appreciate the responses. Guess it wouldn’t be bad to get either one of these, but seems an ab shokcer is better for full ab fitness. Will go ahead and research those now and come up with a good plan.
