Will pro abs belts work even if you have a layer of fat?
Johanna: Is the pro abs king good for women? I am and busy most all of the time. What about abs machine seen TV?
Jim: I am wondering the same re: pro abs trainer because I have more work to do to lose fat but I wnt to reveal awesome abs once I am fit. I think it is a good idea and I am going to keep researchin.
Sheila: You mean that pro abs trainer? Saw an ad for that online recently and was kind of intrigued too. I have about 3 layers of fat to get through myself, but was thinking this might be a good place for me to start my new workout routine.
Gigi: Sure will, so long as you incorporate cardio into your routine with your pro abs machine. YOU gotta make sure you try & burn the fat as well as tone the muscles.
Sam: What’s pro abs belts? I have never heard of such a thing.
Victory: I had a layer of fat and it was not until I started to do a lot of cardio that I started noticing that I actually have muscles under there. Have not tried pro bas trainer but am using a very cool ab belt that I found online. Don’t get pro abs king – that one doesn’t do much.
Rolf: Am really hoping the belt will work to get thru my layer of fat, because the pro abs exercises I’ve been doing the past few weeks are getting me nowhere. Just need to start researching a good one, am beging to read some online reviews to find out whats best.
Julia: celebrity ab workout or even a pro abs machine or not, if you have a layer of fat you are either gonna need to diet or/and do some cardio workout. That’s the truth with any ab routine in my opinion.
E.J.: I do have a layer of fat and hope to use a pro abs machine to reduce that, along with diet and regular cardio. the idea of an ab belt sounds like the easiest part for me and i am looking forward to putting that into my routine.
Edwin: Think the pro abs trainer that I’m looking at, an ab belt, is going to be a fast and easy fix, I can’t see getting all worked up at the gym anymore, tired of the whole pro abs exercises you’re supposed to do to get results, and, fat or not, none of it’s showed much, hoping this new belt idea is gonna make a difference. Finally.
AstridS: Have started to use a flex belt and am liking it a lot, definitely feeling results, more than I got with the pro abs king machine I had used before. I feellike, I focus more on eating right too, using the belt, that helps Im sure. But yes, cardio is also important for fat burning!
Nancy: Looked at the pro abs king, but it looks like a hard way to do crunches, and even though the people who were fat when it started ended up looking skinny in what they said took only a few days, I find it kinda hard to believe. Think the ab belt I’ve been looking at online is more my speed, and that layer of fat is just gonna have to get lost by dieting, I guess, and then some easy workout like what the ab belts offer.
JimB: Found some real decent pro abs exercises online – using a weighted ball with crunches is a good one. Think the abs belts will work if you have fat layers, but you prob need to add some cardio too.
SickofDieting: A Pro abs machine like the Flex Belt seems like a good way to help get rid of the flabby belly, that and some cardio, some dieting, Damn! It’s all so hard!
Linnea: pro abs exercises I dont know what to do thnks for tlking flex belt I am ready to try something new that will tone me
NedHandsome: Does a pro abs trainer mean like at the gym? That’s what I’m thinking, go there AND do an ab belt, sure to get rid of my gut, doncha think?
JimB: If you look online, the AB circle is the first pro abs machine that comes up, but that didn’t help me get rid of my fat layer. If you dig a little deeper and read some reviews, you will find some good stuff, including some good ab toning belts if you want something that will work fast.
monique: well so i was pretty big and i got a pro abs trainer and started using that plus going to the gym and i saw results. what these things do is, they tone the muscles. they don’t get rid of the fat but it helps to burn fat, if you get stronger & more toned,i think. anyway. yeah, cardio is key too but i think these sorts of at home machines are a life saver.
Sanderson: Tried the pro abs king, MEH, especially where you do the reverse crunch? I’m too old for this looking for a more relaxed way to get rid of the layer of fat I have, thinking the abs belts you’re all talking about is something I need to read reviews about, and be an informed and realistic buyer this time.
jon P.: got to get a pro abs trainer, that’s that, bcs after i threw out my back i have not been able to do a single sit-up and let me tell you it shows. not good. i have to go on this diet too but i need an ab routine that fits my schedule and isn’t too punishing or hard on my body. I think an abdominal toner is the way to go. Gonna look around and go for it.
Vera: Not sure about “life saver” but for toning, pro abs king is a good option. As far as getting rid of belly fat, I am all about staying away from beer refine sugar and carbs. I can’t jog anymore but I walk about everyday.
Dale: Yeah, pro abs belts will work on any size waist, but you gotta move to burn fat and don’t think a pro abs trainer will help you do that on its own if you just strap it on and sit on the couch.
CarpenterAnts: I think that’s the only thing that’s going to eat away my fat belly, some sort of parasite! hahahaha Meanwhile, I’m going to try the ab belt I’ve been reading about online, looks fast and easy, and maybe I can get rid of this belly in a healthy way.
edwin: I am pretty busy and i was wondering if the flex belt helps you loose the fat layer around your sto
mach and brings out your 6 pack?
madison: im always to busy to go and work out at the gym and i need something that will help get rid of this layer of fat!!!! im a volleyball player and im very active but it just seems nothing works should i try the flex belt????
