Will an abdominal toner work fast even if you are a bit overweight?
Jeanne: Well what i think is if you are over weight, a abdominal toner belt will still work but u might not be able to see those results as well as inf you had less fat covering the ab area. i got an abs contour belt bcs i am a senior with a bad back and at first i didn’t not think it work bcs i didn’t see the results. but then i lost weight and i started to see a differnce. i think this is a great routine very fast and easy.
Kendall: Yes I think you cans ee results pretty fast with an abdominal toner even if you are overweight. YOu mean a toning belt right? But probablyeven with something like an Ab Roller you will see more muscle tone, anything that work to isolate the ab muscles, better to mak e that part of the routine than cardio alone.
Dually: Actually, i think that an abdominal toner belt is mostly meant for people that are over weight so that we can lose wieght, epecially around our middles. I for one, am loking at several right now that I think will give me some good results.
Andrea: I have to agree Jeanne, that’s about where I am to, maybe 20 over, but the flex belt is still making a difference in how I feel, kind of like I’m in charge of my body again, and I’m hoping that once I start looking a little better I’ll head back to the gym again, maybe even diet, I guess we all have to start somewhere.
Aixa: Just think of an abdominal toner as something that ton your ab muscles, if you have much fat on the top of the muscle even though your are stronger it still won’t much.
Lynn: I think ab abdominal toner belt works best if you are already in shape. I have about 40 pounds to lose so I am doing Malibu Pilates and going to the gym.
Loralei: I just was reading about the Flex Belt online, and it said that it’s got an extender for the belt in case your waist is over 44 inches, so I GUESS it will work for people that are overweight! What a great way to start a new exercise program, a routine that let’s you stay at home until you feel presentable again, nice.
Gina: You can use an abdominal toner of you are over weight – most of the good ones are adjustbale to fit almost any size waste. Like the flex belt and contour – do not get the Vibro Belt.
Kelly: an abdominal toner will help you to lose weight IMHO because getting your core to workout helps every muscle and you get more out of a workout. I think there is a lot fo tbe said for going to pilates or yoga or dance clss and using a a b belt or mchine in addition.

You still HAVE the muscles don’t you? CancunCalls: and I wanna be ready when I get there, so I’m doing South Beach, wearing my abdominal toner belt, got my fingers crossed that I’ll be bikini fit in a month or so, for sure I have to lose maybe a few pounds to look as good as I want, but with the right kind of ab toner, think I can do it.

Of course I was also biking, swimming, jogging, and walking a lot but those ab muscles are stubborn! I really think this is the wya to go for strengthening core muscles,a n abs belt, plus no real schedule to follow.
