Will an ab shocker make my abs electric abs. Just joking, but are these ab belts a good program in general?
Becky: Ive never considered an electric abs trainer but heck, why not? I am too busy to exercise rigth now with work and everything so if this could work to help keep me in shape what is wrong with that? I am going to research a device today so I can have a 6 pack abs.
Bianca: Electric abs? Yowzer, now that’s something I hadn’t thought of! hahahahaha! I think the electric abs trainer is a great idea, I just don’t have one yet, I’m wanting the best one, and it’s close to $200 but I think it’s gonna be worth the wait, great reviews…
Naomi: LOL!! Well you need to be careful about which electric abs trainer you buy. Do some research online and read the different ab belt reviews before making a desicion.
Victoria: An electric abs workout is all you need, that’s what the reviews on line say, so I’m going to go for it, but keep up my cardio, too, can’t be too careful at my age, getting to be in my 60’s is a mean leap!
OliviaSanchez: Well you would make Eddy Grant happy with that joke!! An electric abs workout is a good start to any program, but you also need to stick with a regular exercise schedule and eat right.

Beatrice: How exactly does an electric abs toner work? I’m confused about the EMS they keep talking about, I thought that was for building muscles after your leg was broken or something, how can this make me look toned and also thinner?
Royce: An electric abs toner is not really a program, IMO. I think it is a good tool to train your muscles, but a real program includes exercise and a good diet. Look online for good tips – there is a ton of free info out there to help you.
Viola: Is there such a thing as an electric abs machine or even one of the newest ab machines, or are am I thinking of an abs belt? Either way, I think this kind of electrical stimulation is a good thing to do to make your muscles look better, but it works best if you do your regular workout, too, don’t think just the belt results are gonna make you happy? I dunno, I never used one.
Mira: For me an electric abs workout just makes one part of my life a little easier. I still have to do my busy day eat right, go for walks, carry my toddler, etc. I will take all the help I can get!
Cindy: Is an electric abs toner more approriate for someone who is already pretty thin? I have to lose quite a biut of weight and wonder if I am right for this type of product now?
JJP: An electric abs machine sounds like something out of the 50s doesn’t it? Read the electric abs belt reviews online before you pick one.

Katherine: An electric abs belt sounds like a great idea to me, I’m so tired of all the exercises I’ve been doing, been researching them, sounds like these Flex Belt people might really be onto something for fast and easy results.
Juliet: Do you have to have an electric abs trainer to show you how to use the ab belt? That might be kind of out of my league, I can’t even afford a gym membership.
Pam: I used an electric abs machine at a gym but I am not sure about buying one for home use. I need to get something I will use. Doing more research…
Trudie: My electric abs belt has helped me to get more of a hour glass shape. I used to be more of an athletic build and now I have a wasite!

Titania: I think an electric abs machine like I’ve been reading about, I think they call it a contour belt, I saw it on an infomercial last night, sounds like a great addition to what I’m already doing, like the idea of being able to exercise practically around the clock if I want to, THAT’s going to get me some fast results, couple hours a day and an abs belt…
Cleo: The electric abs belt idea sounds like a good one to me, between that and jumping rope, I should be getting the right kinds of exercise.

Nancy: I saw an electric abs toner on tv and think it looked too easy, but you guys are making it sound like it might actually work. I am going to look at some more reviews.
