Why is Malibu Pilates such a popular routine I mean is it really as easy to use as an abdominal toning belt?

claudia: well so i am not so sure it’s fair to compare the two; i have only read malibu pilates reviews and from what i can gather, the routine will work your thighs, arms and butt, as well as the abs. so if you just want an easy ab workout, maybe go for an abdominal toning belt. but for cardio and more sculpting, i think it looks like plenty of women and men could benefit from using the Malibu pilates chair.

Sarah: WEll nothing is as easy as putting an abdominal belt on! I think the Malibu Pilates chair is popular because it’s from Malibu land of thin and beautiful!

Donna Reynolds: No! I have taken pilates classes which are not that easy and the chair seems like it is made for the masses, but even with a Malibu Pilates dvd, it is still PILATES and very hard work. Think that using an abdominal toning belt would be a lot less tiresome.

Catherine: Well, I have read some Malibu Pilates reviews that are rather mixed…seems like some people think that the equipment does nto quite manage to replicate real Pilates moves. Additionally, i do think the chair seems a bit awkward in its size and may take up space. I don’t know much at all about an abdominal toning belt, so I can’t make that comparison. All i know is I am still not totally convinced that the Malibu Pilates is for me, even as popular as pilates is.

68Markie: No, I dont think Malibu Pilates is as easy to use as an ab belt. Obvioulsy an ab belt uses technology to make life easier. Pilates is awesome, But thats really not the point. In my life rigth now I need to get my abs worked efficiently which is why I am going with this for now.

Nina: I agree it is not very fair to compare the 2. What is the best malibu pilates chair sale price you guys found?

Avery J: Well the Malibu Pilates customer reviews I’ve seen on the website seem pretty positive and realistic, like the people don’t look like anorexic models o r anyhtning. But I’ve also read some negatives, like the quality of the chair itself is not always so good. I personally like the idea of an a b belt, I just think it wold fit in my schedule better, and well, I can go to the gym to work on other muscle groups, I do anyways!

roryadams: Malibu Pilates seems okay but I need a quick ab workout so I can have a strong core muscles in my abdomen. I think an ab energizer utilizes the best of inventions and is what is for me – still reading…

Yvonne: good question…i saw malibu pilates ebay auctions but i never saw what the price finally got up to. I wouldn’t mind trying one used, just to see how iot works. seems like i might get some use out of it.

sienna: Maybe a malibu pilates chair used is the way to go or a good ab belt will target those same muscles with about half the effort it seems.

Anonymous: The Malibu Pilates Sculpting Handles add even more of a work out to one that looks tough already, I’m not so sure I want this much action! I think this Malibu thing is fine if you’re already used to doing Pilates, which, btw, I am not, and I’m sure it’s great for your core, that’s the big sell, but so’s an ab belt, and for my money, that kind of exercise has a lot more appeal to me at this stage of my seniors game, than a chair that looks like it would be fine for people younger than me, but a little too hard for where I am now.

Bibi: The Malibu Pilates DVD doesn’t look anywhere near as easy as using an ab toning belt, and maybe the pilates idea is a really good one, but for me, for right now, the fast and easy results from only 45 minutes or so of wearing one of these belts daily has a lot of appeal, more so than using this kind of resistance exercise like the Malibu Pilates chair offers.

Vanessa: Was actually thinking you could maybe do a few Malibu Pilates exercises while wearing a toning belt. That would probably be an awesome ab routine, even if you only did it a few times per week. :)

Begonia: I watched a tv infomercial about the Malibu Pilates way to exercise, complete with Susan Lucci, who, lets face it, is still amazing, but I dunno, it all looks really hard and mostly I just want my abs toned, not so worried about my upper body, it’s the middle that’s the worst part so that’s why an abs contour belt I think would be very appropriate for me, good results in the part of me that needs it the most.

Jessica: Seems like you might be able to find a Malibu PIlates chair sale online , just google it. Still kinda expensive though. And from the malibu pilates reviews it’s about a hundred bucks more than a Flex belt, and requires a lot of hard work to see results.

Eva: It maybe also depends on your age, I cannot really picture seniors doing malibu pilates exercises. Keep that in mind too.

jerry_hamradioking: I think an ab belt is obviously good for abs but Malibu PIlates gets you in shape it all depends on what your goals are and for me I want to see total body results.

Cassia: I don’t think the Malibu Pilates chair used that I saw is exactly what I want to do, even though it’s way less money than buying it new, it’s just that it doesn’t look all that easy to use, and I always have to ask myself, why is this person getting rid of this piece of equipment? I think I’d rather by an ab toning belt new, you hardly ever see those online at any place like ebay, I’m thinking there’s a reason for this.

Adam: THey both sound like a joke!! My workout routine consist of lifting, running and doing old school crunches and guess what I am in terrific shape! GET STARTED AND STOP TALKIN!

Daniel: Well i think some men might feel ridiculous using this Malibu Pilates chair. i know they say its for men and women, but in my gut i always feel that pilates is a chick-thing. And a ab belt might also be better for my back which has been giving me some trouble lately,.

Anonymous: Malibu Pilates reviews seems to be positive but for my life right now I need a quick home workout I can do in bed or while otherwise occupied. I think an ab belt is the way to go I mean, the results seem to be there so why the heck not.

Fern: The Malibu Pilates exercises look hard to me, not easy at all, the Flex Belt looks way more like what I’m after, concentrated on my belly, even though the Malibu Pilates reviews I read said that each and every one of their exercises are tied to core strengthening, why not get something that will for sure hit that target area of squishy belly that I’m most concerned about? And the results from the toning belt look like they’d be fast and easy, too, not like having to work out hard forever to see any changes…

Tim: Good for you man! But not everyone can do what you are doing lifting etc… I personally have some back pain and I cannot do lifting or crunches really that well any more.

georgia: So then i guess if I found a Malibu Pilates chair cheap then maybe I would try the routine. BUt would it still come with the DVDs and all that? I dont think you’d get as much out of it without the workout guides. will soon want to get rid of this pregnant belly, seems like a toning belt would be easy especially for my hectic schedule but I sorta want to get that all-over sculpted look.

Almira: I don’t think anything could be as easy to use as an abdominal toning belt, so the question is sort of moot, isn’t it? All you have to do is wear the thing and your stomach gets exercised by EMS, a proven way to tighten your muscles, so why even talk about the Malibu Pilates thing?

Clara C.: well I saw Malibu Pilates chair cheap and was thinking about it. Am beginning to think that incorporating an abdominal toner into my fitness plan may be a way better way to go after the reviews I have seen.

Gazelle: I keep seeing Malibu Pilates ebay listings, so I’m suspicious that this might not be as simple and easy as it says, otherwise why would there be so many for sale? An ab belt makes a lot more sense to me, and even though it might not give you quite the same toned looks as doing pilates every other day or so, what the heck, it’s sure got to be a lot easier way to get in shape without any kind of rigorous schedule or anything.

Bea: Actually, I would say if you’re gonna order Malibu Pilates Ebay is probably not the best place, I mean, maybe you wouldn’t get the guarantee? Although really, I have read that the Malibu Pilates chair is not always the easiest use if you are not into exercise.

Dervish: I have a whole lot of energy, so if I could use the Malibu Pilates resistance exercise in the morning it would probably be fine, but I never have the time to do anything until after the kids are in bed and by that point I can hardly even get up, never mind do some hard exercise, so I’m thinking the ab energizer belt is a way better way for me to go, at least I can wear it while I’m just sitting on the couch watching tv, which is all I’m about food for after 8 at night.

Caprice: I think it is a good debate about Malibu Pilates or an ab toning belt. I think that they can both be used. I like every other day to do pilates and then to focus on abs and strenth training. I have never tried using an ab machine but I think this could be a new way to stay intersted in my workouts.

Beth Stevens: I have read some pretty good Malibu Pilates customer reviews. the one thing i am concerned about is how much space it would take up in my small apartment. For that factor i think an abdominal toning belt might make more sense for me. still thinking it over and reading up.

sarah: I have not seen an easier way for women to firm their ab muscles after pregnancy than with an ab toning belt! The Malibu pilates exercises don’t seem as good as wht i would get from going to a class anyway and I think I would prefer to do that a couple time s a week, and use a flex belt or something at home.

jj678: Does seem like there is always a Malibu Pilates chair sale going on someplace online. That kind of makes me think that it may not be all that popular with people. Looks like it requires a lot of work, but some of those abs belts seem like they are still holding at full price – that means to me that they probably do exactly what they say.

Karen&Marc: I went to see PeeWee Herman show the other day and in his show he used an abdominal belt! LOL–So I guess those belts are becoming pretty popular too.

Janice: an ab shocker doesnt sound good to me. I dont know about exercise and I dont have the money to experiement. Pilates works and I think the Malibu Pilates program in particular is proven. It seems to me like it you want results you have to work and I am ready to start paying, in sweat.

Arnette: I don’t know why we have to have exercise be easy and fun, it mostly isn’t either one of those things, it’s hard work…and I think that Pilates is the best exercise going, but honestly, to do it? You don’t need either a Malibu Pilates chair OR an abdominal toning belt, you just have to have the will and determination to outdo yourself every time you exercise and do that plank…that’s what pays off in the end.

J.J.: Sorry but I don’t see why anyone would want to get a Malibu PIlates chair used. Overall, the routine is probably effective so long as you ACTUALLY do it regularly adn follow the Malibu pilates Dvd that comes with it. But if you really want something easy, I am pretty much convinced from reading reviews that the Flex belt will be effective and easier than doing the Malibu pilates exercises alone.

Cassandra: You can always find a Malibu Pilates chair sale somewhere, maybe they’re not as popular as they once were? And just by looking at it it no way looks as easy as an ab belt, I guess it’s the end result you’re looking for, all over toning, strengthening, or mostly abs work, I dunno, I think I might need both of them. :)

Adele: Well I am a senior and i need to be careful about the way i twist my body around these days! i think malibu pilates might make sense for younger women but I think I just want results without having to work too hard. I will have to learn more about what an abdominal toner can do for me.

Anonymous: Malibu Pilates customer reviews look like they are kind of all over the place. I’m thinking that it probably works better for someone who already has some general knowledge and perhaps, experience with pilates. Not sure it would be as easy for some seniors to use as something like an ab energizer.

Marie-jo: How about the Ab Circle Pro VS the Malibu pilates ? Which is better?

Contra4life: ab Ab Toning Belt seems a little too easy, Maliby PIlates is popular cause the results are there. I want a cute butt as well as toned abs. I think for me as a woman I need to be the total package. Not really sure what the malibu pilates sculpting handles are?
