Why does it seem that all exercise machines require hard work?

Cherry: now there are exercise machines to lose weight and ones for toning, and even abs machine as seen on TV , am I correct? I think I need both, obviously but I figure I will take classesa t my gym and get a toning device for supplemental workout at home. I am going to lose pounds and inches and get toned to I can be a MILF!

Lisa McKay: Well, some of the exercise machines as seen on tv make ab workout routines seem easy (bcs they are all in shape and beautiful people etc). but i have found that when u are at home using these machines by yourself, they aren’t so effortless or fun. In particular i thought the ab roller was very hard to do and other machines i have tried at gyms have also been really hard. I have to look around for somehting better. I work hard, I guess i want to find an abdominal toner that will be easy. it HAS to exist!

LBhead: Because hard work yield results! It applies to every other aspect of your life doesn’t it? Why not here too? Some exercise machines to lose weight are easy (like those ab shocker things) but you need to put in your own effort and do some kind of cardio at least twice a week to see real results with something like that.

Will: Because it is! lol. Are u talking about the gym or the exercise machines as seen on tv stuff?

Connie: Well, I think most of them are designe d to make life easy for us, when working out. I mean actually, when I’ve lloked into those exercise machines as seen on tv I always think it looks like a breeze. Course, those people are alrady in good shape. I think, more than hard work, they just take a bit of effort & commitment to keep on using them.

Alison: Exercise machines to lose weight DO require hard work, there’s no way around it, you have to get your heart rate up, sweat, pant, groan, if you want to burn calories, wish it weren’t so, but that’s the deal.

TylerTNelson: WHich ones d o you mean, the exercise machines for abs ? MOst of those, once you learn how to use ‘em proeprly, are more easy than crunches, I think. OR you could always get a pretty effortless ab device, an abs belt, those are way easy, best ab routine I Ever had.

Anette: I am looking for exercise machines for seniors, something that wont be too hard because I have broken my back and am not as strong as I used to be. But I am willing to work as I can I want to lose a few pounds.

StantonW: I agree and want to know why exercise machines for seniors are so damned hard too. My doctor says I need to be more active, but I can’t run or anything due to arthritis. My grandson told me about this ab shocker gizmo, but I wanted to do some research on my own first. I think he’s giving me one for Christmas.

Zed: Exercise machines for seniors that AREN’T hard work is what I’m after, I’m older, no more of that stress exercise for me, don’t care if I’m a little overweight, just want to be toned for the ladies in my life, using an ab energizer to keep my belly where it belongs, so I can keep other things where they want to be, if you catch my drift.

Meridith: I am wondering if there are exercise machines for sale that require a little leass energy. When I have the time and wherewith I can revists this issue but right now with four kids under five I need to ge tin my workouts for ab toning when I have a few minutes but will have my attention focused in 10 directions.

Gwenyth: Man there are a LOT of exercise machines for sale online right now. If you can, try and get an elliptical machine, they are not that easy either, but they work. If you do at least 30 minutes a day on one of these, then strap on a toning belt after your done, you will see amazing things happen to your torso. No joke.

Carumba: Exercise machines for sale? And I’m looking all over the place, want one that gives me a workout I can live with, not like some of them that about tear your arms and legs off, that’s not my concern, anyway, want a way to get my stomach toned without feeling like I’ve been in a blender, who wants to live with the no pain no gain thing, anyway what about an ab toning belt, looks like a good workout that’s fast and easy that won’t actually hurt me!

Leslie: Exercise machines for home use, are there any that will really do the job? or do I have to join a gym? I don’t mind a little hard work, but to get it done right seems like I need some heavier weight stuff than I can afford, still think a trainer and an ab belt may be the best combination I can come up with for right now.

Stacie: Im intested in exercise machines for home because I dont like to leave the house in winte. I dont mind had wok but I hate driving on icy roads.

Courtney: I just want an exercise machines for abs that isnt too hard I bought a gazelle and it made me sweat I want to tone my abs without getting too presprired.

Beryl: exercise machines as seen on tv and even the ab belts as seen on tv look fun to me but I am afraid that me doing the xercise is differnet because I am not coordinated and I dont want to believe false advertising I want to read real reviews of what works for women over 50 why have desire to be thinner but cant be as athletic as a 20 year old.

RZeiss: Exercise machines for home require whatever amount of work you put in to them. I have had a stationary bike in my garage for 3 years and I just got rid of it because I couldn’t ever get into a routine of working out. I read some ab belt reviews and am thinking of getting one of them now, looks pretty easy.

Vincent: I have an ab exercise machines for home and a treadmill in the garage, I must say it is half the hassle. I don’t have to like think about scheduling a trip to the gym or mess with germs ect. So does or require hard work, yes but it’s easier when u are at home somehow.

Sanders: Exercise machines for abs, the last one I bought was that roller thing, very hard at first but then got too easy once I got the hang of it, so yeah, hard work at FIRST, guess I need something I can adjust, like the Flex Belt I’ve been looking at, goes from 1 – 100 in strength and I don’t really have to do any work at all, it does it, think I might be ready to give this a try, results on line sure look good.

MOR: They don’t all require hard work! If you want exercise machines for abs, look at some of the exercise machines as seen on tv, like the Flex belt, works for men and women.

Cabot: Exercise machines as seen on tv, the only good one I ever bought was a slant board, and it WAS hard work, but it got so boring I hated to even look at it, my wife made me sell it at her last garage sale, looking at an abs belt now, doesn’t seem like it would be that tough, which would be good, and maybe I’d stick to it, all I have to do is put it on.

miranda, AL: it’s not so much that they are hard work to use but, those exercise machines for home are SO hard to assemble! i’m getting a toning belt for my abs, that looks easy & sorta fun.

Boyd: HAve seen some exercise machines for sale online that I’ve considered but am reading reviews first to see what the highest quality is. I think anything you do, if you wanna see results, is gonna take hard work, thats just the bottom line.

Esther: Am in agreement, they all llook hard to use to me. Are therye any good exercise machines for seniors did someone ask this? I need something easy on my joints that can help me stay in shape.

babs: well i myself have tried many different exercise machines to lose weight and som are better than others. in general, its the ones that are harder to use, that actually WORK better, so keep that in mind. proper form is KEY as is consistency. for my abdominals, I do prefer to use an ab shocker however, and well, that’s not too tough to use at all. Good for seniors too, IMO.
