Why do abs trainers like Ab Circle Pro etc all seem to talk about the core I just want an abs routine I can stick too any recommendations?

Jana: Seems to me like some of these abs trainers talk about toning the core because they tone more than just one muscle group, and supposedly, a lot of strenght comes from the core muscles. Its not a bad thing at all but if you want an easy abs routine, I say look into reviews on ab toning belts, I’ve had good results with mine.

FionaFinley: Abs trainers can be anything from the ab circle you’re talking about to a Contour Ab Belt, both will work your core to get it stronger, I’m leaning towards an ab belt type thing because I don’t want to have to feel pressured into going someplace to work out, like it that I can use this at home or work…

Carmen: Because i think most abs trainers are intended to make your core stronger. Building these muscles is the one thing that will make you able to stick to a solid routine. I do 30 minutes of ab work 3 times a week, which includes some sit ups and running in place with my abdominal belt on.

Mira: core strengthening is synonymous to abdominal strengthening. It is a good thing that most abs trainers focus on core too now. I am have not tried one but I have been readings some good reviews on abs contour belt.

Denise: yeah i am sick of this core stuff, i just want a flat stomach. i was thinking about the Malibu Pilates or one of the other abs trainers but all that core talk was confusing me. i have enough trouble with simple situps. I think I am going to resad some reviews find something that is easy and that gives results. i am not an apple i am not worried about the core,.

Mary: When I get an abs trainers I want to get thin looking abs I dont know about core strength I just wnt to get skinny nd have skynny stomach. I need to strt dieting also but It is hard because I work in a retsurant.

Jamie: I think the core term comes from Pilates originally, it’s the core of your physical being, what holds all of you together, and that happens to be a strong set of abs and a strong lower back, all the rest of it falls into place if that part of your body is toned and tough. But I don’t think you have to do all the hard kinds of exercise anymore since I’ve been reading about this EMS technology online…an ab belt seems like it will strengthen that part of my body just fine, and I can pick my own sort of routine/schedule to make it work. Ah, 21st Century, Thank You!

Tessa: Why is it bad to talk about your core? I didn’t even know what that was, but heard that strengthening it will help my back pain. Started looking at some online ab exercises and some interesting equipment like those ab toning belts. Just trying to figure out whihc one to get now.

Tom_MTN: Not tried that AB CIRCLE Pro & did not know it works the core. WHat I’ve tried is the Malibu Pilates and its alright. NOt such an easy program but am making progress. Am thinking maybe men like me need more advanced technology to see fast results though. Thats why I;m reading reviews online, leanig towards an a b belt and if I were you, I’d do the same.
