Which exercise gear whether its an ab shocker or not can fit into a suitcase easy?
Leslie: The ab roller or ab wheels fit into a suitcase but they can weigh your bag down. I travel with an abdominal belt, it’s light and flat and great maternity exercise gear!
Morena: Yeah those ab belts look like they would fit really well into a suitcase, but I wondered if they were good for plus size exercise gear.
Annie: Maternity exercise gear, the Flex Belt, is the only thing I travel with.
Georgina: Plus size exercise gear, the one that I can’t be without, flying or not, is my ab belt, I know there’s gyms and everything at the hotels where I stay, but I’m too embarrassed to walk down the halls to get to them, this is much better I can just stay in my room and wear it while I order room service.
Renee: The easiest type of exercise gear for women to travel with is an ab belt, in my opinion. Fits in my carry on and I don’t have to bother anyone for getting it down, or up. Nothing worse than being ‘that’ woman, in need of help from someone stronger on the plane, yuck. Anyway, this helps me stay fit even on business trips.
Nancy: maternity exercise gear is all boring and lame. I miss my jazz class. I def want to get my abs tight.
Natalie: I’m not about to carry any exercise gear for men in my suitcase, my husband can carry his own! Although, have to say, you sure could stuff an ab belt into a suitcase, exercise gear for women is exactly the same with these belts, and it wouldn’t be hard to deal with at all.
Sam: Yeah, you want something that is portable, for sure. Why neglect your routine when you’re on the road? I think the Flex belt is probly the best piece of exercise gear for men and women I’ve ever travled with. Got some co-workers turned onto it too.
Mandy: Well, I don’t know, Renee, I LOVE it when somebody will get my carry on for me, I like playing the weakling, even though I could prolly bench press half the weight of some of these big strong guys, hey, if they want to get me my bag down off the overhead, GREAT! And they sure don’t have to know I’m carrying my own exercise gear for women, why give away my secret?
Pamela: YEah whats some good maternity exercise gear???
Sookie: I am searching for plus size exercise gear. It is too embarrassing to go to the gym right now at my size but I dont want that to stop me from trying to lose weight and get in shape. I want to be halthy and one day to have tones abs.
jMatheson: Well you can always put a deflated bender ball or maybe even one of those ab workout balls in your suitcase and bring a pump when you travel. Wasn’t sure what an ab shocker was, but just looked it up and looks like it could be good exercise gear for men. Bonus if you don’t have to blow it up to use it.
Marty: What kind of exercise gear for men can help me get rid of a beer gut? Just want simple abs workouts men.
EricaRedd: Who ever heard of plus size exercise gear? Well, me, for one, and I sure am glad to have the abs belt I’ve got, can take it with me anywhere, light, easy, pack the gel in an extra zip lock just in case even though I know I don’t need to, good to go at a moments notice.
Ginny: what exercise gear for women can be usetd by a young women in college her mother (me) and an older women in pretty good shape? We ll want to get in better condition this year, I have more weight to those than my daughter and mother but is there a machine or belt we al can use to get nice figures and strong cores?
Harriet: Well I’ve found that generally plus size exercise gear is difficult to travel with because everything is so bulky. I like that my ab shocker belt is more compact, plus I don’ need ot always pack extra workout clothes or shoes, depending on thelength of my trip. For a quick overnight or two, just the belt and I;m good to go.
Thomasina: What exercise gear for men is gonna travel in a suitcase? Not really interested in the exercise gear for women right now.
Dora: So then would a fLex belt be considered maternity exercise gear ?
Jules: I think putting a ball in your suitcase and expecting to inflate it on a trip is kidding yourself. Think the ab shocker or ab toning belt is a much better piece of easily packed exercise gear for women.
tia: I think a lot of the exercise gear for women, and almost ALL the exercise gear for men, tends to be clunky and not too portable. this is one of the reasons i ended up deciding to try an ab belt. I also heard good stuff about the results and how easy they are to incorporate into your daily routine. I just started using mine but so far i like it.
