Which abdomen machine is best for men?

Zane: I need an abdomen machine because I cant seem to lose weight from my gut and I want to get 6 pack abs soon. So WHICH is THE Best Ab Machine to Buy?

Kent802: What I’ve been using is maybe not really considered an abdomen machine but it definitely works good for men trying to get more muscle tone; a flex belt. I happen to like the results I get from this better than from the Ab Rocket that i used before, plus I can use it while sitting at my desk at work, or while watching tv and not have to put forth muh extra effort. Ted Forsyth: I was using an abdomen machine call the Ab Coaster and i can tell u i did not like it. it didn’t work. I need something easy and fast that can help give me ab definition like a man. I have read about ab belts and i heard that Bruce Lee has used them. I think that is the way to go for this guy, anyway.
