Nate: What the heck is a B belt? Just want to find good abs machine exercise.
Kiki: ab belt, silly. and I sure as heck dont know. I need a good abs routine so I can has a six pack abs like a hot celeb. going to find the best belt, one that can work to contour my blabby saggy belly pooch. help me out!
Sarah: I think for women we face some particular challenges that men dont. such as, our stomachs stretching and becoming flabby after pregnancy. That is very difficult to fix, at least i have found that to be true. For some reason i thought getting my pre-baby shape back was going to be fast and easy, but its been anything but. I know there are a lot of ab toning belts out there, and they sound great! bcs of my busy schedule, but i just want to make sure they are safe and really produce results. can anyone who used ab toning belts give their opinion?>
Patricia Hinkley: Such a tough question! I mean, men have it so easy, right? Seems like my husband can decide to slim down, and eat better for a week and hes down a few pounds, looks great that fast. But us women? We need to find the best tools or pills or creams or whatever. I myself have been reading some of these online reviews for ab belts and still unsure what to get. I am leaning towards the Flex Belt though, it seems like a decent quality product and gets fast results.
Kelly: I have heard a lot about this a b belt thing and I want to know if it requires a specific routine or can I just do it about 2 times a week – i don’t have a lot of time but I like the idea of an ab energizer.
JC: sorry miss spelled “ab” meant ab belt. ThX.
Zoe: Have been reading a lot of abs belt reviews this week and still cannot make up my mind. Not sure what’s the best, like u would like to know.
carlee_sunshine: so true sarah. also thought i’d lose my weight and reshape my belly fast after being pregnant but no luck Here I am wiht a 19-month old and still look 5 mos preggers! i’ve been looking for a good diet program and now also leaning towards a b belt of some sort. where are you all finding these ab belt reviews? love to have more facts.
Jada: I think the best a b belt for women is the flexBelt. Easy to use, real results.
joanne: ok i am going to take this question even further. What i want to know is which ab belt works best for SENIOR women? I have osteoporosis and osteopenia, situps and crunches are OUT. but after reaching menopause last year i have been noticing a thickening of my waist and a “muffin top” that i never did have before. I am willing to do the work to get rid of this, but it seems that with an abdominal toner you really dont have to work that hard. if i could get some good results without having to compromise my bones and joints i would be a happy gal.
Nate: Hey kiki, before calling people “silly” go back to school to learn grammar! “I can has a six pack abs” is not english as far as i know!
Janie: question: an ab belt is for someone with a already tight stomach? Or do I need to lose weigth all over my body – thighs and hips and bum before trying to achieve sex pack abs? thanks.
Anonymous: Just google ab belt and the work review and you will see tons of them. The flex belt seem to have highest ratings online that’s the one i will probably get once i loose the baby fat if i ever do:(
mamamia: I think a b belts are great if you don’t have a lot of time and especially if you’re like me and are still trying to get rid of blubber from a recent pregnancy. Before I got one, no amount of sit ups or crunches (which I couldn’t even do, btw) would show me any results. Now I have built back up enough core strength to actually do some crunches, but I still loke to use the toning belt.
Caroline: Do I have to follow any kind of program if I’m using an ab belt? Like do I have to put it on at the same time every day? I like the sounds of the EMS way of losing weight, I looked at the Flex Belt video and I think that’s the one I’m going to go with.
Brittney: I didnt know about ab belts until today it has always been my dream goal to have six pack abs since my belly has always been round and I am usually 15 – 20 pounds overweight. pleasingly plump, my mom says. I tried srarve myself but that didnt work so I want an ab routine, an exercise device that works good.
Tina: thanks for the advice, I found several good reviews online for ab toning belts. seems there are some that seem really solid and that give good results, some of them even seem to be used by pro athletes & the like. jada the one you said, flexbelt, does seem like its getting some good reviews. gonna read up a little more but i think i have an understanding of the technology now and i am psyched.
xtina.nyc.: My mom actually purchased an a b belt and i thought she was kidding herfelf because it seemed too easy, but she is seeing results and I am now using it too. Feels a little silly but it’s working.
Fiona: I want an easy way to get a flat belly, I know that I’m supposed to exercise for cardio and all that, but I just want to look good, the heck with the rest of it, how bad off can I be at 26? So I’m looking at the ab toning belt reviews, too, this sure seems like a good way to get fabulous without a big work out routine…
SHeila: The best ab belt for woman are kids! Mine keep me so active that I am still a size two after having 3. Skin is not as tight as it used to be though.
Carmen: Last week I ordered an a b belt after reading some good online reveiws and I am happy with the results so far.
