What will work for abdomen fitness?

KassieK: I keep my abdomen in shape by doing at least 30 crunches a day, everyday, even when I’m wathicng tv, after I wear an ab toning belt for about 15 minuts (usually while I’m in the kitchen making dinner) and feel like this gives me some extra results.

Jan: I think to really get abdominally fit you have to do a whole bunch of different things, like exercise and South Beach to start with, and then use on of those ab toning belts as a kicker to really stimulate your muscles fast, keep a schedule of all that you’re doing, a plan that you can stick to is crucial!

Clothilde: for abdomen fitness ?> I use a sit up machine at the gym. I would not say I have 6 pack abs yet though disappointed. SO I am reading reviews of ab belts so I have a better sense of the meachanics and how to buy a product for use at home.

Dianna: I sure hope I can get some sort of abdomen fitness going again, even though I’m 60 next month I want to still look good, can’t ever drop that ball, so that’s what I’m working with, a ball! and it’s good, although my balance isn’t as good as it used to be, I’m feeling more toned, I use it 3 times a week, now I’m thinking an ab shocker would be a good addition for fast results, want to look fab and dance at my own birthday party!

bryan: Yeah I agree, it takes a combo to have ideal shape in the abs, more protein, fewer carbs (refined carbs that is, white flour, sugar, etc) cardio exercise regularly. just create a workout routine for yourself and maybe a diet plan if you need to. then do targeted exercise. I’ve lately been using a flex belt but you could jsut as easily get stability ball or just do lots & lots of crunches. NOt really sure there is one best ab machines for men or women.

Anonymous: I like pilates exercises for abs and core. It’s not easy at first but once u get into it it’s just awesome and keeps me in great shape. My routine consist on 3 classes a week.

stamptramp: The first thing you need to consider for abdomen fitness is your diet. Once I cut out most carbs and stopped drinking so much alcohol, I noticed a difference in my belly fast. Of course coming up with a good ab workout routine is key also. If you don’t have time to workout daily, an abs workout belt will give you at least some muscle stimulation for the days you take off. good Luck!

Granger: What’s working best for me for abdomen fitness is cutting back on all the carbs I usually have, beer is now the ENEMY! and I’m doing all kinds of crunches, full sit ups included, it’s working, I’m not crazy about it, think I’m going to get one of those abdominal toner belts too, that ought to make this whole thing fast, maybe in a week I’ll be able to tell the difference, I’m not liking all the work I’m having to do to get rid of this belly.

Janie: I need an energizer for my midriff and have been reading ab sonic electronic massage belt review. I have never tried this ab belt but admonimal fitness is so impotrant for women wheher eyou plan to have children or not. I want to look my best in my 20s be healthy and than have a baby when I am still hot so I need to lose 15 pounds. you know?

Francine: I think a whole lot of things will work for abdomen fitness, you just have to find out what suits you best, like for me? I’m doing pilates, lots of core exercises, and I wear a flex belt most afternoon, gives me a good tight feeling in my middle, but you really have to decide what works best for you, maybe it’s weights or resistance training? I just like the fast reuslts I’m getting from what I’m doing now, the routine I’m on hardly seems like work at all.

SharnotCher: Keeping your abs fit and healthy is pretty easy once you find a good routine. I feel like I’m repeating what has already been mentioned here, but all is true- better diet, less booze (though red wine is ok for me) and lots of ab work like crunches and running in place on a balance trainer. They are the best, you can even do crunches on them with some work. Can’t speak to the ab toning belts – have not used one of those yet.

Brie: cutting our carbs and ab belt for toning? Ug. I am on day 1 and already bored with this diet. I want a sandwich. I hope the reviews are right and this belt is good for women like me. I know I should workout more but I am buzy! Ug, I need to work on ab fitness but come on we need some fun and comfort too.

Madge: My routine for abdomen fitness is running, yep, it works on your abs, takes awhile, but it does, and then when I get home from 5 miles of that I do 100 crunches, I know that sounds like a lot but the running really pumps me up so I feel like I can do anything…then I use an ab belt late afternoon, feel like it ties up my whole day and makes the work I’m doing in the morning come full circle.

Eliza, Philly: Basic sit-ups work but if you want equipment I rec a toning belt, I’ve had one for a couple of weeks and like it better than the ab lounge I was using before, not only bcs I feel the results coming are a little faster but also, it’s easy to create a program with ti…i just wear it for a half hour as soon as i get home from work & don’t have to think about ti.

Jacob: Regarding abdomen fitness and best ab exercises for men -Diet and cardio are only good if you want to get rid of fat, do get get some firm abs you actually do need to exercise them! For that do all kind of things. I so crunches, sit-ups and use a balance ball. I 4-5 series every single day and that’s how I have firm abs!
