What exercises abdomen and can ab toning belts really provided abs fast?


Camilla: I think yoga exercises abdomen but best exercises abdomen are still crunches, if you want to see results fast and a good abs fast workouts.

Liza: Well I think pilates exercises abdomen very well, and a good abdominal belt can mimick the same types of small muscle movements. Might make make your abs show up faster.

Norene: The best exercises abdomen can have are crunches, but who in their right mind wants to do those? Or leg lifts? HA! so that’s why I’m thinking Ab Belt toning for me, too, why suffer when you don’t have to, and with this belt, it really looks like I don’t have to.
