What abdominal stomach exercise or exercises should you do while on an abdominal belt program?
SheilaBanks: Experts say you should walk at least 30 mins everyday or jog 4 times a week. That’s what I don’t really do any additional abdominal stomach exercises. I like the looks of these abs machine belt i have seen.
Laura: abdominal stomach exercises should be done to get six pack abs and to get a strong core I want to be graceful and have better balance and of course be skinneir so I am doing everything from sit ups to using a swiss ball an ab belt and taking up running. I hope to be in shape within a few months.

tim: not sure its really necessary to do additional abdominal stomach exercises while using an ab toning belt. i’ve gotten results simply by using it every day and running 4 -5 days a week. feel like this kind of plan is the best thing for busy men & women who just want to stay in shape and maybe get a little more toned. any guys try the tummy belt for men?
aimee: um, when i am wearing an ab belt, the only other abdominal stomach exercises I do is from maybe from bending over for the remote control or whatever. The abs contour belt I am using is a complete ab routine in itself, it doesn’t need anything else. I am finding it to be fast and easy and i think the results are starting to show.

Take it easy and just gradually increase the intensity level & maybe then you will see results in no time.
