Was on here before about abs, now am looking for a way to exercise core. Is there a way to keep it tight?
Marty: To me the best abs exercises men include basic crunch exercise core workout at least every other day and y, good posture helps, use an ab belt and wear Sketchers shape ups! This will help hold you in at all times.
Vanessa: I really like the fitness ball to exercise core muscles. Works for me. I started after my pregnancy and have been hooked ever since:)
Sara: the most effective way to exercise core muscles is in my opinion to do Pilates. This is a genius method of exercise. I am strong from my center and my abs are flat and I am not afraid to show them off.
Charlotte: WEll actually I think doing Pilates is a great way to exercise core muscles it’s prety much changed my body shape. I know classes can be expensive, there are some good dvds to do at home and also using an abdominal belt can help keep muscles tight. That’s pretty easy to use.
Tyleronthenet: You know how to exercise core muscles? Sitting up straight when you are at work and when you are driving – anytime you are sitting make sure your core is engaged. Will also improve posture, can sit on Swiss ball or wear an abs belt if you need assistance.
Leah: well currently exercise core strength with stability balls also but sometimes it is hard on my back. i think i need to look for something easy that gives results but does not compromise my back. got find a good abdominal toner that also can work my core.
Kailin: I LOVE Pilates too! I’ve learned how to exercise core muscles, in fact, find them in the first place, I’m pretty hooked on this way to really strengthen my core, doing a DVD at home, it takes almost an hour but it’s so worth it, and then I get on the treadmill with my ab belt, and I’m telling you, 3 times a week is all you need.
CKlamath: I agree, to exercise core stability, you need to always have your core engaged, but that is not enough if you want to SEE results. Even when you are sitting down, remember your core! An ab toning belt is helpful for this.
Jennifer: I think one of the best tips for a way to exercise core stability is an exercise ball, it makes you flex those core muscles like anything, or fall off the ball! and then you’ll really concentrate, you know? Also, I’m reading a lot of reviews about something called a flex belt, says it’s good for core strength too, think I’ll be getting one for back up, like if I’m sick or something? Don’t want to lose my toned self!
Brenda: So I cannot help but wonder what you did for your abs? Just curious, I’m also always looking for whatever has worked for others. Mine are in pretty good shape now but I like to switch up my routine from time to time. I think anything you do to exercise core strength is gonna keep your muscles tight thogh, if its crunches, using a stability ball or an abs belt, whatever, so long as you engage the muscles.
Gladiola: I am curious how to exercise core muscles when you have very little time. I know we all know core is key. Whats the 411 on exercise core stability?
Peony: I want to find an exercise core workout that isn’t so hard as all the ones you’re all talking about, mabye one of the abs belts I’m hearing about does that too? It sounds like one of those might be my answer, gets right down to the core, not just the abs, EMS? that’s what’s gonna do it for me, fast and easy, no more sweating and going OOOPPPHHHH for 1/2 an hour, I’m tired of that.
Tammy: OMG the exercise core plank thing, Pilates? Just about kills me, but if I can hold it for 2 or 3 minutes, I can REALLY feel the burn, and then I do a little Yoga to cool off, use my abs belt for 1/2 an hour, no way I’m not gonna stay tight!
Michelle: My fitness ball exercise core strength the best in my opinion. Check online for some video on how to use it for core and for the how to exercise core muscles demos.
Mercerdes: What does “exercise core plank” means? Not sure what is plank.
cassandra: SO many ways to exercise core ball , belt or bench all can work great. IF you have little time, I think the toning belt i s best, you can wehere it no matter what else you’re dong, takes no extra time, and good for seniors too (my parents even use one)
IsabellaJ: To exercise core plank is best. Not easy but try to do for at least 3 monutes daily. The addition of ab ab contour belt is helpful to keep you “tight” or engaged.
Geena: The best exercise core equipment is probably your very own body! Seriously, you don’t need anything but a floor mat and some instructions on how to do plank and swan, Pilates is like a miracle, you don’t have to do many reps if you do the moves right, your core will get tough in no time if you do it even every other day and now I’m using an abs belt for late afteroon when I’m haviing tea with my girl friends, we’re making it itno our new ritual, it’s good to have giggles and cookies all at the same time I’m still working my core, life is good.
Kaitielynn: are abs and core different? I just want to be skinny and look good to boys! what is a workout exercise I can do while working from my desk?
Mia: In my opinion, the balance ball is the best exercise core equipment you are gonna find. As for exercises, check online for core exercises that have picture including exercise core ball.
LisaRae: There is some decent exercise core equipment on the market, but also a lot of garbage. Crunches alone will not target your core muscles – use an ab toning belt twice a week and don’t eat junk food.
Mandy: Mercedes, go on line, look up Pilates plank, it’s killer, but once you do it you’ll see why as far as exercise core strengthening goes, it’s the best. I guess an ab belt wouldn’t hurt, but the pilates is core to getting yourself in shape, anything else that can help, great as an additoin.
vivienne: let me tell y’all, since i started to exercise core body never has looked so good! i am a really big fan of pilates and even the hanging ab machine
and it takes some practice but usin g the reformer machines are an excellent way for keeping muscles tight.
Lyle: Exercise core strengthening to keep tight requires constant work. Don’t let anyone tell you differently. Ab belts are ok, but you need to have a solid regular routine or that sh*&t will get out of control fast. Remember to exercise core stability for best results IMO.
Gabriella: Am also a little confused btwn the difference of abs and core, i thought if i just did an abs exercise core strengthening would happen as a result? IS that not the case? I not looking for an easy way but also want the best routine.
DebbieH: Keep your core tight with exercise core body movements like reverse crunches, balance trainers and a toning belt. You can find both online.
Zoe: Chances are some of the ab exercises you are doing are also exercise core workout. What do you do for abs?
Cindy: Exercise core body time! That’s what I keep telling myself, but like you, am looking for the best way to do it without having to exhaust myself in the process, I’m thinking maybe a yoga class, that’s good for just about everything, and for core, gonna get a flex belt, good reviews, sure thing, seems liek. I’ll let oyu know.
Tenille: USing a mat and doing basic things like situps and poses is not enough, at least it i not for me. It helps a lot if you use exercise core equipment like Swiss ball or the abs belt, tht does help. I’ve tried many things since i was pregnant and these types of things help my core tremendously. REad reviews online to see what sounds liek it work for you.
Yulieme: use exercise core ball – you know like a swiss ball – they force you to contract your core to maintain balance no matter which exercises you are doign on them – especailly good for women to keep everything tight.
LaLa: I think maybe the best exercise core ball is the Pilates one, I now I’m starting to sound like a broken record here, but that really is the best way to exercise for core strength and control, maybe an ab belt as a quick fix for wanting continued work, those little tingles have to do something, but the main thing is the every other day pilates to keep you tight and controlled.
Denainthehouse: I think these are all pretty good ways to exercise core strength, don’t forget that even walking with a good pair of shoes is helpful too, just keep everything engaged – I wear the FlexBelt ab toner whenever I walk around the Rose Bowl. 3 x a week to exercise core body!
Jeannette: Can never stay balanced o n those stupid balls, sorry im now doing to exercise core plank pose, it’s a killer but totally works! Hold it for minute or two and repeat, man, not easy but my muscles are tight. Def an exercise core workout.
Karina: Exercise core strength, that takes care of abs, the whole works, everything falls into place, you’ll even stand up straighter of all things, I’m loving the Pilates class I go to, it’s the answer to it all.
Patsy: Really tough at first to exercise core muscles! I didn’t even know what my core was until a few weeks ago. Will def. try one of those ab toning belt things, saw one online that looked like it was getting good reviews. Routines will follow, but I’m starting with that.
Geneva: I’m not doing anything but exercise core muscles and my whole body feels better, it gives me energy to want to get going on my arms and legs, too, start with your core, even crunches are good, exercise core strengthening is important and the whole rest of your body will feel better.
