Am thinking of getting an abs trainer but want to make sure that it will work for me first. Whats a good starter routine?

Good starter routine is just getting on the floor a couple of times a week and doing some crunches. Some pople don’t do them correctly at first and and electronic abs belt could help with some abs trainer exercises.

Honestly, I think the best way to start any abs trainer exercises is with an ab toning belt, it will give your muscles a kick start to getting into shape, you won’t have sore muscles if you start out this easy way, and then you can move into something more hard core like a Pilates ball, that will DEFINITELY get you in shape in a very positive way.

My suggestion is to look at reviews online to find a suitable abs trainer. I mena, there are so many to choose from, you could go for something liek an Ab Rocket or more simple like a abs belt. Any of these things could work, if you stay dedicated to using them. I know that women like me need something at home that fits in our schedule, and not have to deal with sweaty beefy men at the gym.

I think an abs trainer pro machine might be a good way to start, but only do a few reps at a time until you get your muscles built up, and then add on an ab toning belt for later in the day, you’ll get some fast results if you use the two of them, check out the reviews online to see what I’m talking about.

Well the abs trainer pro will help lift you off the floor if you have trouble doing regular crunches. A little bulky, think I like the looks of some of the strap on electronic ab belts better, personally.

Theres about a million abs trainer machines, exercises, etc online you can look at, but maybe start with something simple like an ab contour belt and then go from there, don’t want to stress your muscles too much at first.

since you are looking for a starter routine, maybe stay away from the abs trainer pro devices, it may be too advanced. try for something to work the core muscles, and start easy and slow, gradually build up to a more intense program. PLUS, do cardio, that helps more than you ever realize.

I agree with Leticia, an abdominal belt is a great abs trainer starter. Once your abs are stronger you can try doing other ab routines.

An easy way to start abs trainer exercises is just some simple crunches, don’t do more than about 10 at a time to start, and then you can maybe work into something like an Ab Roller, that’s going to put some real stress on those belly muscles, or just by an abdominal toning belt and forget all the rest of it, strap that sucker on and let it do the work for you!

Hard to tell if an abs trainer will work without trying it, but could be a good idea to look at some online reviews before you buy anything. I went with a well reviewed ab toning belt to get me started.

Never hurts to do some basic abs trainer exercises to get yourself started. IF you looking for something to use as part of your routine, maybe loook at Ab Circle Pro, or if you prefer an abs belt, I think the Ab Contour Belt might be good. Have not read enough reviews, as I am new to this myself. I feel that getting something to help me stimulate my muscles, is gonna be better than going t alone with crunches.

Hmmmm, I’m thinking a lot of you are right, start with an ab toning belt, and then once you get your stomach muscles used to some action, move onto something more stressful, join a gym, buy an abs trainer pro, whatever, just keep those stomach muscles moving.

i think there are a lot of abs trainer products out there and i need to figure out which one is the best one. i see that some of these EMS devices are for physical therapy or soothing muscles i dont want that i want a toning one that will give visible results. Seems athere are a few that are designed just for that, and they look super easy. gonna look into a good ab belt.
