Using an abdominal belt can you get hard abs pretty easily?

stephanie: well to me it seems like the best way to get hard abs fast (and easy!) is to use an a b belt. they provide results regardless of your age or fitness level and they are easy to fit in to your routine. THe one thing that can be an issue is if you are majorly over weight you might not see the results til you loose the weight. But that is true of any kind of ab toning.

heidi: I have tried every hard abs workout under the sun, and i don’t think i would say any of them worked “pretty easily” as you say. They are a struggle, espeically situps if you have back issues. ii have not tried an ab belt so i cannot comment on that but from what I have read in terms of reviews, they do seem easy, and they make sense as a technology too. i am really considering trying one.

Clint: YEs, I would say pretty easy to use an electronic abs belt and also you’ll get hard abs fast , relative to doing situps or crunches. YOu get one of these, and you can forget about struggling through a hard abs workout every day, I guarantee that.

Yves: Not sure about getting hard abs fast with a belt, i have never tired but I know that crunches always worked for me.

Jake: Well I don’t think using an abdominal toning belt alone will get you hard abs in 2 weeks, but it can be a good part of a hard abs training routine that iincludes traditional ab work like crunches and push ups – hold everyone thrid one for at least 30 secconds. That should do it.

Hannah: Do you think I can get rock hard abs in 2 weeks with ONLY an abs belt, that’s the burning question in my mind, I am SO tired of crunches, pulleys that yank my arms out, an age inappropriate hula hoop, that I’m hoping my abs can get really toned that fast, I want to be able to wear a bikini when I go to South Beach in a couple of weeks and time’s a wastin’!

janet: i sometimes wonder is it even possible to get hard abs for women? i mean, we have more body fat and less muscle than men on average. I spend 45 mintues per day on cardio, and that barely fits in to my schedule. I am really not too eager to start doing abdominal toning exercises on top of that. it’s hard trying to balance everything! if these ab toning belts you all are discussing really do what they say, them maybe they are worht a try. What is the best brand, by the way?

Letty: Love the sound of an abdominal belt, can it be used to get hard abs for women too? I used to neverthink it would be possilbe for me to get toned but lately have been working really hard and doing all sorts of hard abs exercises. THey areworking pretty well but would like to see if that ab belt can sortof put me over the top. Would love to have rock hard abs in 2 weeks.

Joannie: I don’t mind doing some hard abs training, but I’d like to be getting toned faster than I am, so I’m thinking a nice easy way to add on some extra ab time is an ab contour belt, 30 minutes extra added on to my routine I already have would probably help me get to the goal I’m after way faster, I want a size 6 to fit without hurting me.

Petra: Hey jake that sounds like a pretty great, but intense hard abs routine! I can’t hold anything at the moment and think that maybe I should just start out by wearing the abdominal toner daily for the time they suggest. Will try to work my way up to what you desribe, but thanks! It really harder to get hard abs female. You guys are lucky.

Nesbitt: The hard abs routine I’m doing right now is wearing me right down to the bone, I may be fanatical but what I’m doing is too much starting with 150 crunches, moving to Pilates for core, then some Yoga to cool down, I must hve been nuts to start this, the Flex belt sounds like a nice easy way to calm down a little aobut this whole thinkg.

Kensey: No, I don’t think so. You gotta do a lot of hard abs exercises to see results fast.

bigT2: Not sure if you girl or guy. but I dont like to see hard abs for women. I want my woman nice and soft, but strong. No need to see too much definition though. I use an ab shocker after my workouts, and my girl borrows it sometimes to help keep her inner core strong.

maureen: am using an ab energizer, the flex belt and its very easy to fit into my schedule. I think for hard abs female DO need extra help from something like this. I tried many many different hard abs routine over the years and i tell you, thisis best. I run every other day,and lift for my upper body but only need this for my abs & seeing best improvement.

diane: I have tried a few hard abs exercises and now need something easier on my body since i am a senior. i am thinking maybe an ab shocker would help me because i know i would stick with it. it sounds so easy there would be no reason not to! my only concern is: does the EMS hurt? I am a big baby about pain. but, since this technology is used in physical theraPY I am guessing that it doesn’t hurt.

Sarah: I am not a big fan of hard abs workout so the toning belt is all I use. Easy and pretty fast.

Harry: Don’t know much about them ab shocker things but i think you wanna see results you gotta do some hard abs training and keep up with the program, bottom line for good ab workouts for the gym.

Rachael: Am using an abs belt for toning, not sure taht I will get rock hard abs in 2 weeks only, but I’m sure I’ll will see results with it. Already feel firmer in just a week, and not on any diet plan or antying, just walking. So yeah, I think is easy to use!

SallyJones: The hard abs female routine I’m doing is from Jillian Michaels, she is such a worker but she looks so fabulous, I hope I can get close towhere she is, and that’s why I think that all this abs belt, easy results thing is maybe something I don’t even want to do? Exercise is so good for you, cardio is included in what I’m doing, i don’t think I want to trade it off for just an ab energizer, add it on? Sure, but have it be all I do, I don’tthink so.

Rachel32: YES! If you use the abdominal belt with a hard abs workout that has been mentioned in several variations here already, you will get hard abs more easily then just ding the traditional work alone.

Kelly: hard abs for women isn’t as easy to achieve than it is for men in my opinion. My husband got faster and better results than me with the same ab routine.

Loretta: I think hard abs exercises are great if you have the time, but I half the time don’t even get home from work until 7 or so so I’m hoping the abdominal belt I bought is going to bring me some fast and easy results, that’s what I bought it for, and that’s what I’m counting on!

CJ: when you want hard abs female exercisers have to work very hard. For me especially there is trouble with my lower abs, where i always get that little pouch which got worse after i was pregnant with my first son. i worked really hard to exercise my abs but the results were just OK. And then sadly the rest of my cardio suffered and i gained overall weight and you couldnt even see my abs result that i worked for. So i thought hey thiis is not worth it. I have made up my mind to try an ab belt. Its the last thing i am going to try and if it doesnt work so be it.

Dean: Not really anyway to get hard abs fast unless you change your whole lifestyle. I’m not willing to do that. I like my schedule the way it is and will just keep woking hard enough to keep me feeling good. Not familiar with the abs belt you are all talking about but that looks like a good opetion for me too. ME TOO AM ALL = rock hard abs in 2 weeks.

EricaKingsley: Hard abs for women are almost a dream I think, I mean, I want some toning, but hard? not somuch, it’s a little manly for me, I want to be toned, sure, but I don’t want to have a lot of tough guy muscles that’s why I’m thinking the ab belt idea is maybe just right for me, toned, but nice, not ripply or anything, just tight.

Peony: The hard abs workout I’ve been doing? I’m giving up. I’ve spent about an hour and a half every other day trying to get my stomach to collapse once and for all and I’m exhausted and discouraged, so I’m going to try, along with you! that I can get abs pretty easily by this new technology approach, the EMS sounds like a break through to me, and I’m sure willing to give it a shot, hard abs training sounds good to me. :)

Camille: Well I disagree Dean, I’ve had an a b belt for only 3 weeks and have gotten stronger muscles, feel firmer. SO I think it IS possible to get hard abs fast from using somethng like this. JUst should read reviews online to find the best one.

Georgina: Hard abs fast, that’s what we all want, but I don’t think you can do any shortcuts, it’s going to take time and work to have that happen, the ab belt you’re talking about can help when you don’t feel like doing your usual routine, and I think can be worn if your’re doing some cardio like running, but I don’t think it’s gonna work all by itself…

sean: gotta find a hard abs routine that’s better than this ab rocket this thing is so uncomfortable and poorly made and really isn’t giving much in terms of results. plus i do have a busy schedule just like everyone does and i don t have time to be messing around on this thing for such lame results. I am going to look into some of these ab belts online.
