Tummy workouts are notoriously difficult for me, which is fast routine that will work for women?

Juliet: Me too! Tummy workouts are the WORST. I hate doing sit ups and crunches, but have been looking at some ofg the equipment from TV, like the abCircle, though I don’t think it looks too easy. Some of the abdominal toning belts look like they might work better for me.

Gina: Tummy workouts for women are so hard, have to agree, there’s just no easy way to get a flat belly that I can see, I tried the Malibu pilates routine, not so much success with it, mainly because the chair was so cheesy, so now I’m thinking maybe an ab belt, they have good reviews, thinking it might be the fast and easy solution for me…I’ll let you know!

Leslie: A fast morning routine for my tummy is crunches on a BenderBall, followed by 3 minutes of plank. Then I take a walk with a toning belt on. Intense and results oriented! Us women have it tough, but with a regular program, it is possible to keep your tummy in check. Am still searching for the best ab belt for women just to go a bit further.

Habib: I HATE TUMMY WORKOUTS! They are so boring and I can’t make myself do them for more than about a week, I tried the Pilates Ball, thought that would be sort of fun, but mostly I fell off of it, not so great after all, the ab roller is looking kinda good at the moment, but I don’t know how fast the results are, and I want a toned look in a hurry, dunno, guess I’ll keep looking for a little while…it’s a problem for us women who’ve had children, I’ll tell you that.

Maribel: Tummy workouts are fine as long as they are fun. I would like to learn a technique like yoga or pilates. Good to know Malibu Pilates is not a fave around here. I used to dance and I hope to get back to that. I just hate crunches, so repetetive. But there are a lot of other things you can do, I realize now!

JackieJones: ONe thing that will help with tummy workouts for women is cutting carbs…all of them! I can tell a huge difference in how I look if I don’t eat anything but protein, fruits and vegs for a few days, and I’ve been using an ab toning belt, too…one week? I’m looking a whole lot better, and my clothes don’t hurt me when I button them, a big plus. It’s back to the old diet and exercise routine, that’s the whole deal, darn it.

Kaylie: If you use a slant board, you’ll get your abs in shape pretty quick, it’s the one tummy workout I can stand, and my arms look awesome, too, double whammy, which I like, PLUS, then I use an ab toning belt when I’m cleaning up the kitchen after dinner…big changes in a hurry…

Hillary: I would like to find a good and fast tummy workout prgram as well. Have been reading some ab belt reviews online and am thinking that this might be a good way for me to get fit without doing crunches.

Donna: All those tummy workouts sound kind of hard, but the ab belt looks easy. Tried the abRocket before at my freinds, but it was not for me. Think you have to have a pretty strong core to make that work for you.

Gillian: I wish tummy workouts for women were easier. It seems so much harder for us between hormones, fat and cortisol. I would love a belt or seomething I could wear while I work at the computer. Not sure I need 6 pack abs I am a mother after all, but a little less flab and over the jeans roll would be so excellent.

Char: Tummy workouts for women can be easy if you use the right equipment to help you. I used to do crunches and I think I was doing them wrong for years, because I never really saw any results. Liked the sound of the abdominal toning belt and got one two weeks ago. It is now part of my daily ab routine.

Enid: I just was checking out a product called the vibra belt. It seems a little crazy but then again, who knows? I am not having luck with regular tummy workouts. Either I am not doing enough or I am stressed out, which is also very likely.

HannaT: You know which tummy workouts I like? The ones where you DON’T have to do crunches every week.\. I saw an ad for that cardioTwister on TV last night and though it looked pretty cool but am torn betweeen that and a good abs belt.

Flora: Are those electronic toning belts good tummy workouts for women? Looks like it could work pretty fast if you use them regularly. Confused about which one to get though. Is the VibroBelt a good one?

Sera: I think we as women stress out too much about food exercise and everything. Tummy workouts are the best ab machines for women can be so simple as walking and if you are listening to good music or tyalking with a friend it is easy to walk for an hour at least I have found. I am doing just that right now. Eating right, a little exercise and staying upbeat and stress free.

HManning: Some good tummy workouts for women mentioned here. I will look at all the ab belt reviews carfullty before making a decision. Want to make sure I get the best one and that it is somethign I will really use regularly.
