To flatten abs is there an easy routine for seniors?

Twyla: Started doing water aerobics several years ago, and that has helped me get into shape bu t I too still had an issue wth my abdominal muscles. I’m just turning 60 this year finally learned of a way to flatten abs fast, or relatively fast, using one of them ab toning belts. In my opinion, its ideal for seniors, bcs its just sorta, making my muscles contract and I can build up intensity at my own speed. And best part is, I don’t need to stick around th e gym to use it, I schedule it in whenever I feel lik it. Look into online reviews , that should help you get a good one.

Frank Kaplan: An easy way to flatten your abs fast is first diet, cutting carbs will give result pretty quickly. As far as exercise you mentioned senior s so I would say walking is good and if you have a membership at a gym just use the ab machine at least 3 times a week that gets the blood a movin.

Peony: There’s a ton of ways to flatten abs fast I guess, but for people over 50, mostly I think theyr’e too hard, and my bak always gives out after tring to do crunches for more than about 3 days, sometimes I think, well, jsut when do I haveto stop worrying about having kind of a bulgey stomeach but I guess the answer is never, so I’m thinking one of those abs contour belt things I saw on t.v., seems like it wouldn’t hurt me if I used it every day which is what I need to do but has somebody tried one of these want some feedback before I order.

genevieve: I work with seniors and many of them have been talking about fitness and have a desire that I find suprising to flatten and tone their abs. I am all for encouraging them to be engaged and I love to health kick going on so I wonder if there is trylu an ab machine that works safely and effectively for theM?

Fredrick: I just got a divorce at 67, who expected that, blindsided! And I have this gut, I didn’t think my wife minded it, but I guess she did, anyway, I want to flatten my abs fast because who know, maybe I’m prime on the dating list, how many men my age are out here single? But I sure am not gonna turn into any kind of muscle builder at my age, thinking some kind of ab belt might be just what the doctor ordered at this stage of my life, women are so funny, guess you never know what they’re looking for, a fat old man is not high on their list, but a toned good looking man my age? Could be a whole new chapter…

Erik: genevieve, i am a physical therapist & i deal with seniors fairly often, and I know that due to some of their health problems, it is hard for them to do the typical ab exercises or use the usual ab machines. Most of them have bad backs and are looking for a fast easy way to flatten abs without crunches or situps. i use EMS techology for muscle atrophy post-stroke and other conditions, and i ahve found several ab toning belts that work in a similar way as this physical therapy. I recommend these belts to my senior clients and they seem to love it. good luck you,

Ira: Is there a program that will flatten abs in two weeks ? Or what about a review abs diet that works!

paul: have tried many dvds & such with routines & tips for flatten ab exercises and they work okay but man, they do tkae Work! was looking online myself for a easy way that doesn;t require a rigorous program, and saw reviews on ab toning belts that looked really good. i ordered the flex belt & like it a lot, i t works for men & women, my wife sometimes uses mine. thinking about getting one for my mother too, seems an ideal piece of equipment for seniors and sure as heck beats watching videos to get toned abs.

Anonymous: I’ve found the easiest way for me to flatten my abs at 63 is to use an ab contour belt, that, and walking, are keeping me in pretty good shape, I don’t have to do crunches or anything it might be the best ab workout belt.

Supermanfan: Do you want to flatten your abs without crunches? Because crunches are really good for that. If not crunches look for a abdominal toning belt online, i have been hearing good stuff about those, just make sure it has high ratings.

Margaret: What I would like to know is, if you are able to flatten abs fast using these ab shockers, will the result last? and also..how safe is the electricity factor, for us seniors? i just want to be sure i choose a program that is effective and safe.

Josie: cutting carbs is so hard an easy exercise to flatten abs and do to tone my stomach Just because I am over 65 doesnt mean I am old lazy and dont care about my appearance seniors today are a much different class of citizens we are active and healthy and want the best ab machine their is!

BABS: Well I sure would love to flatten abs without crunches! I certainly don’t have a good back for doing those things anymore. Am glad to see this questions being answered, I will look into abs belt reviews online & see what uses that EMS technology, sure seems easy enough!

PerkyUPS741: I WISH that there was a way to flatten abs in 2 weeks! I think when you get to be my age everything takes a whole lot longer, getting msucles back ncluded and that’s my question for today if these ab belt reviews are telling the truth even I can get a flat stomach in a short amount of time, well HOW short, that’s what I want to know, I’m still vain enough to want one, not so worried about QUICK results, just ANY results will do!

delia needs help 2: Hi all, so I know a lot of you are seniors but i am wondering is there a way to flatten abs after pregnancy? i mean, will these ab shocker things you all are talking about work for me too? I know lots of women tell me the weight’s gonna come off fast if I breast feed but I;m afraid I will still have a lot of stretched out skin and what not, and want to exercise themuscles? And also, ho w many times per week do you need to use it?

myan: am using a flex belt- it had the highest online reviews from any of the ab belt reviews i read – and seeing results. super easy to use, in terms of straping it on and setting the controls, and also for fitting into a routine. i just wear mine 30 minutes a day. maybe it won’t flatten abs in 2 weeks but it will definitely start toning and you see the changes that fast. course it al depends on where your starting from too. ope that helps.

Marsha: So annoying to be called senior, I am only 54 and I feel my body is tighter than a 25 yrold, it takes a lot of work but it’s not because society has decided to put a label on you that you have to stop living life fully!! Go hiking man, go swimming, walk, jog,go to yoga, you can do it all. Time does not matter and by that way of thinking don’t think u can flatten abs in 2 weeks this is sorta like just setting yourself up for failure. Anyway thats my 2 cents.

Richie: For me I am not so concerned about the easy part but would love to know how to flatten abs fast. By that, i’d be happy with gettting flat absin 2 months, doesn’t need to be 2 weeks, that seems unrealiztic for where I;m at rihgt now. Have been reading more and more about ab contour belts and think that looks like a good way to go, seniors or not. I don’t mind putting in some work to get there, if I use one, is it faster if I also do crunches or something?

Halle Adams: I’m annoyed at being called a senior, too, I’ve about had it with that, I think I’m going to get a boob job and then see about how to flatten abs without crunches, my chest will be too heavy…hahahahaha! I think the only routine I want in my life is to keep exercising and healthy, look good until the day I die, why the heck not, we can all do it, and if an abs contour belt will help with that great! I say we all use what’s available, and give Death and Old Age a Spit in the Face!

AnnaFalco: cutting cabrs without crunches sounds fantastic. lets do it gals. we feel young and want to look it and want to show off those abs we have lived and we want to enjoy life and our bodies old as they are an ab machine would be just the ticket. Im with you.

Tina D: The label may be a little upsetting but I tell ya I am sure am feeling the effects of my age. And if there a way that,a s seniors, we can flatten abs fast or with a easy routine that doesn’t possible lead to more injuries, I’m all for it. And my whole life I done nothing but work so if I can just snap on a n a b belt and sit in fron the TV while it tones my muscles, that’s fine with me.

admin: can anyone answer on how to flatten abs after pregnancy ?
