This year I plan to get into a routine where I can exercise abdomen exclusively. Will a toning belt be all I need?
kelly: Totally, like to exercise abdomen is what it’s all about! Toning belts are good according to the reviews I’ve read, but you also need to cut starch and sugars out of your diet and walk or jog as part of your routine according to abs machine reviews.
SAM: I too want to exercise abdomen muscles and get strong in my core which I believe leads to entire fitness in your systems and body. Getting strong and fit and thin this year.
Nadia: So…when you say you want to exercise abdomen exclusively, do you mean you are not doing anything else, or you want to try an isolated work out for your abs? For an abs workout, I think a good ab toning belt using eMs technoligy is a great way to go. BUt its no substitute for cardio, you gotta keep your heart strong! But I do find I like the way it works my muscles better than the Ab Coaster I used before.
Alicia: A toning belt may not be all, I have one and as much as i like what is does (helps toning) I still go to the gym 4 times a week to use the treadmill and lift.
Olivia: In addition of using an abdominal toner I also use a pltates ball a few days a week, it’s to exercise abdomen too.
Savannah: I don’t know if an ab belt is going to be enough for a really thorough way to exercise abdomen muscles, it’s great as a backup to cardio/weight bearing, but I don’t know as you’ll be happy with the results you get using just the one thing. Don’t be so sure there’s a fast and easy way to get where you want to go!
Jane: Well for my new year’s resolution i want to exercise abdomen, butt, thighs and arms. Basically want a Jane redux. Have an ab belt and think that is is really good for peple like you who are just concentrating on that area – I basically need EMS stocking that I can wear over my entire body.
Chase: One of the things I really like about exercising is that it makes me feel really great, guess I’m kinda hooked on the endorphins, and you’re not gonna exercise abdomen muscles with just an ab toning belt to get that “up”, so maybe you should consider a trainer for awhile, and then use the ab shocker when you’re watching tv, relaxing at home, but still workingout…
AbbraCadabra: A Jane Redux! I like it! that’s kind of where i want to go too, maybe I’ll look at what else Flex Belt sells, could be onto something here, not just a way to exercise abdomen muscles, but the whole tamale!
Serra: YOu must be in great shape if all you need to do is exercise abdomen muscles! I think a toning belt works great for that area but I do think women need more upper body workouts to stay in shape too. I need to finda good routine in addition to using an Ab Contour belt i think.
Margot: Must learn to exercise abdomen now so I can get pregnany and not worry about losing the weight later I am going to get strong core by doing yoga and Malibu Pilates now and have fit pregnancy and a happy baby someday.
