There are so many abs machines online which one will work best?

Zia: yeah you know, i’ve don’e some research online about some of the abs machines as seen on tv because, i don’t know, some look good and others, too good ot be true you know? like especially the abs belt, i thought it might be, too easy to get results but actually, i’ve seen good reviews and aer thinking of going for one of those.

Lola: So, do abs machines work – heck ya. I have an ab belt I love it toned my middle and has nipped my waste, I almost have a six pack abs, well, almost. Of course, You also have to walk, do cardio exercise, and eat right, that s less calories a day, but all those things combined plus a good nights rest and being happy and you should see results.

Almost went for an ab coaster thing but have begun to use an electric abs belt and its working well for me. Not suer its the “best” but I do feel improvement, and it fits well in my workout routine.

DeeDeeFinch: The abs machines reviews I’ve been reading all seem to point the finger at some sort of toning belt…some of them look a little expensive, but you know, in this case it really does look like you get what you pay for…so far I’m thinking Flex Belt, it seems to be the most powerful and would probably work fast for me, thinking that one is probably the way to go.

PClare: Seen some abs machines for sale on Ebay and wonder which one would be good for someone over a certain amount of lbs. Do the ab shockers fit around big wastes, I wonder. The ab roller looked pretty good, but may be too hard for me at this point.

Kyler: Well in my opinion, there are really not a whole lot of abs machines that work , a lot of them are really cheaply made and seem to cause more of a headache than helping to achieve a six-pack. Or some equipment/machines do work but, you still gotta workfor them you know? Like actualy getting down on the floor and USING the ab roller or hte balance balls. I think the best bet is to skip hte machinesand do old fashioned sit-ups or crunches,maybe take an abs class. Although, I am a bit intrigued by this ab belt thing.

Stephanie: Abs machines as seen on tv are not always as easy as they look, but the Ab Contour looks like it could be a good a bs belt of you;re looking for one of those.

TerryTalbot: Abs machines that work, or course that’s what we’re all after, I tried the ab roller for a little while, but really, my knees got all callused not a look I was crazy about, and it seemed to work on my arms as much as anything else, so now I’m looking at an abdominal toner belt that uses EMS it’s a lot like physical therapists use when you need to get muscles back into shape, I don’t see why it wouldn’t work great, now I’m trying to decide which one, will let you know.

Felicidades: Does anybody know where I can get an abs machines for sale, a used one? I can’t spend any money right now, not the prices they have online anyway, so I’m hoping someplace like Play it Again Sam’s might have something, or if any of you have tried something that didn’t work out too well? I’d really like an ab belt, but I dunno if anyone’s willing to part with one?

Seraphina: abs machines that work are the ones that engage the core. You have to work and then the technology boosts your efforts so you can go frostom a flat stomach to 6 pack abs.

Shawna: Yeah I was wondering do abs machines work? Saw one on tv called Ab Cirlce and it looked pretty good for someone with a busy schedule. Think its available online too.

cassidy: i think its defintely the best idea to just go online and read the abs machines reviews before buying anything. that should tell you a lot about a product and whether or not its what your looking for. you know, things work differnt for all of us, and we all have difrent needs, and price ranges, etc. good luck to you on your quest..i’ve given up on tryng and just to Pilates videos at home.

Jason: There are some honest abs machines reviews on this site, but still not sure which works best. Have tried the AbCircle and the something called Exercise Wheel – seem to be pretty good ones for men, but have not tried an abdominal belt yet.

Daphne: I have seen some abs machines for sale that look hard to use like you have to already be in shape and be coordinated. I am trying very hard to lose weight and learn to exercise but I want to get a ab belt so I can start to see some results so I can feel encourged so I can work toward my goal of being thin, and strong.

Cheyanne: I have also seen a lot of abs machines for sale online and abs machines as seen on tv – if you think you see a good ab belt for less than $150, you should make sure it is coming from a good source. Just because it looks easy, doesn’t mean it will work.

Michelina: Well I for one have recently come to the conclusion that, the answer to the ever-elusive question ‘ do abs machines work ‘ is…YES! As long as you get a quality product, of course. I never had much luck with crunches or anything, but I’ve gotten some good results from the ones t the gym, with wiehts and even more recently, with my electronic ab belt at home! I think the technology has developed enough that there ARE good products to be found!

HelenaRigby: Do abs machines work as good as they say? I’m thinking a Pilates ball might be just as good, but my balance isn’t very hot so I dunno, maybe one of those ab belt doo dahs might be better, I don’t want to have to work and work to get a flat belly, so this other idea of just putting a belt on while I wash dishes, whatever, seems to be something to consider…that’s where I am right this minute, anyway.
