The abs scissor how does it compare to ab toning belts?
Kim: Yes I do think the abs scissor can be a bit hard, i am not a senior but I don’t like to torture myself simply to get tone. I did hear that ab belts can be very quick and painless, i dont want to compare ab belts take the easy way out, but if the results are just as good why not?
Deb: IT all depends on what kind of ab equipment you looking for. I do think the abs scissor pretty solid equpment but I think it maybe only works the upper abs. WHere I’ve read some reviews on ab toning belts and some of them, also work lower abs and obliques. Plus, beltsa re more portable. I mean, just read online reviews and see what sounds good to you.
Heloise: Here’s what’s weird, the abs scissor and the flex belt cost almost the same amount of money, but give me the ab belt any day…so much easier to use, can take it in my suitcase when I travel so I don’t have to use any of those germy hotel gyms, and doesn’t even MENTION the word crunch, which I take as a huge plus.
BonnieGirl: I guess the abs scissor is supposed to work faster, like in 4 minutes a day? That one’s hard for me to believe, the 30 minutes on an ab toning belt sounds a whole lot more realistic to me, I like the abdominal toner idea a lot better mainly ’cause it’s not so demanding, just time; not all the tv ads in the world are gonna convince me different about the body by jake abs scissor thing.
Damon: Cannot speak from experience with either of these machines, only from reviews and other info I found online, But it seems like, the abs scissor is cool for a real quick & intense work out, probaly a good program. Seems maybe better than the Cardio Twister and the ab one machine
but am not sure. An ab belt, seems like an easy thing to use at your leisure even if you wear it for longer. Seems to get good results though as a home ab workouts for men and women.
