Sorry if this has already been asked, but is there any ab equipment like an ab belt or ab energizer that can work better as a daily routine than say just using something once a week?
Rockin'Robin: I read all sorts of ab equipment reviews before I settled on Flex Belt to use everyday, it’s now part of my routine for getting firmer abs, easy way to program my body for a toned look, results are really fast, too, could have saved myself a lot of trips to the gym, I’ll tell you!
Samantha: I saw something on late night TV that struck me as interesting. It was an ab equipment infomercial and they were showing this product that you wrap around your waist (you know like a belt?), then you turn it on and there are these electronic impulses that start to stimulate your muscles. I know it sounds like something out of an old I love Lucy episode, but i was very intrigued!
Aeron: What are you using once a week? Not sure your question makes sense dude. i am using an ab equipment “as seen on tv” on a daily basis and it is pretty good, it’s an abdominal toning belt, is it what you are interested in?
terrence: First of all, I mean, ANYTHING that you do daily is gonna work better than just doing it once a week. You aint gonna ever get flat abs at that pace. Are you talking about the ab equipment as seen on tv, like from the infomercials? I dunno, all i can say is maybe you’d have better luckwith an ab belt, than I had with the Ab rocket.
Jessica: Hey all I am wondering the same. I am ready to commit to a weigth loss program and want to work out every day. I want an a b belt that goes with my busy lifestyle and gets the toning done and works for a post pregnant womans body. I have read the reviews but I;m confused. Thought id ask.
Diane: i have been reading a lot of ab equipment reviews lately, and it seems that some of them are better than others, but just about anything works better if you use it every day as a daily routine than if you use something just once a week. Anything you do more often will be more effective, is my opinon. but i guess maybe you are really asking if there is something that is kind of easy to fit into a daily routine and that gives you good results. there aren’t too many routines i have time to do every day, but one that i have kept up with his abs contour belt i recently found online. its super easy and it does work.
Cody: Best thing to do, before you just settle on anything, is read the ab equipment reviews, see what’s good, and what sucks. I mean, they put out new things every year and others become obsolete, so, its best to see whats been around awhile, not just a fad. Some real shoddy products out there. Even when looking at ab belt reviews, see whats better, not all of those are treated equal either. Take a look online, i think you get better info there than from tv.
Minda: Hate to say it, but have to agree that once a week is going to do nada, I don’t care what it is, have to check out the ab equipment ratings to see what you think will work best for you, for me, I’m in love with my FlexBelt, I tried it after I read all the ab equipment reviews I could find, use it for 30 minutes everyday, abs WAY flatter after only a couple of weeks, amazing!
Jillian: Would be cool if there was a good place to go online for ab equipment ratings. I’ve found that so much of this ab machine gym stuff is junk and a waste of money. I’ve seen some good ab belt reviews but am hesitant since I’ve been burned so many times before after buying stuff off the TV.
BYRON: So sounds like you want somethong to use at home, like an at-home ab equipment gym maybe. BUilding a home gym can get exepensive but so can a membership. I think those ab energizer things look good, and yeah probably a lot easier to use in a daily routine, than fiting a trip to the gym into your schedule. ONe I saw came witha moneyback guarantee so , no hurt in trying.
Suegra: Jillian, I guess all you can do is look at all the ab equipment ratings you can find, and then do your own comparing before you make a decision about whether or which! ab belt you want to buy, it’s a little bit of extra work, but then you won’t be kicking yourself about wasting money, and in a week or so you’ll have exactly the ab belt you’re after…flatter abs, couple of weeks! Working great for me, so far anyway….
Patsy: Here’s what convinced me to look at ab equipment reviews…I dropped a weight on my foot and broke my little toe! Now I’m using an ab toning belt, am not worried about hurting myself, dieting to get my fat % down, that part’s not as easy as I thought it would be, but hey, gotta do it, fat and 40 is NOT in the cards for me, thx!
None: Don’t need to apologize for asking a question on a site made just for that! LOL I don’t have your answer I just recommend using ab equipment gym 3-4 times a week or just doing all kind of ab workouts exercises. Works for me.
judy: if you just do a search on google or someplace online, and know what brands you are interested in, you will find plenty of ab equipment ratings, folks. just gotta have a starting point. i was debating between the ab contour belt and the flex belt until i saw the reviews. and i’ve been impressed with how easy the flex belt is to use, especially for us seniors (my twin sister and husband have them too now)
Kirk: Tried Ab Circle Pro even tried Bowflex for ab equipment gym stuff and none of it is as easy as it looks on TV, but the abs belt technology looked decent enough for me to try. Have not been dissapointed in this little FlexBelt gizmo yet. Can really feel my muscles jumpin.
Sonia: never tried the ab circle pro but I wanted to get a piece of machinery that works my whole body but then I saw my stomach in the mirror and realize how gross it is I want to tone my abs first right away so I dont have to feel embarrassed I want something for my abs equipment that works quickly and that will be worth it I like the diet I am doing which is called the south beach but I need more info I came here to this community for reviews for women and men thanks.
ralph pearson: sometimes i can’t sleep at night, get sucked into th e tv. was watching an ab equipment infomercial and almost ordered. decided to check reviews online, saw better rating s for the ab Lounge Ultra than for the Ab coaster an I got it. Anyway, my point is, i still didn’t use the thing every day, last about 2 weeks and then got bored. just be read ab equipment ratings on anything you buy, an ab toning belt or whatever else, no guarantee your gonna use it daily. Just saying i have yet to find my easy ab workout for men… still searching.
JOnesy: The ab equipment informercial I saw on t.v. got me interested in the whole ab belt idea, I don’t want to have to exercise all the time, once a week? Not going to get you or me anywhere, so that’s why I’m thinking about an ab contour belt, or even an ab belt pro, seems like a good way to get daily exercise that’s easy and fast, good results, looks like from the before and after pics I’ve seen, hope it’s gonna work for me!
PattieDC: You can use the abdominal toning belt every day for about 20 to 30 mins. I read a lot of ab equipment reviews before I went with the Flex belt one. It is a good thing to have around so that I do not feel like I’m lagging when I get home late from work and don’t have time to go to the gym.
edie: well 2 answer your question, i once ordered the Ab Rocker after watching an ab equipment infomercial and it did not do much even when i used it as part of a daily routine. i thought it was hard to do and the results weren’t happening. As for an ab energizer or ab belt I recently got the flex belt and i am using it every day in my daily routine and it’s giving good results so far. i put it on while i am watching TV and it does all the work. i laugh now when i see an ab equipment infomercial come on.
Mumu: An ab belt or an ab energizer? um good question, the answer is i don’t know but check online for ab equipment reviews. All I am sure of it repetition is what you want when it comes to exercises, once a week, whatever you are doing is just not enough, of course it’s better than not doing anything but not that much different, u know what i mean?
Kip: Yeah well, I;ve always heard its best to work the abs every other day, not every day, unless your doing a cardio workout also. But like other people have said, once a week isnt’ gonna do much of anyhing for you. I know theres lots of the ab equipment as seen on tv and if thats where your looking, i personally wasn;t happy with the ab tronic. Maybe run a few days a week and try some kinda abs belt & see how that goes.
margot: always its best to read all of teh ab equipment reviews before you buy something, bcs you just never know. but i agree that an ab belt is real easy to use every day, or at least about 5 days per week. combine it with cardio and a lower fat/carb diet and you get results even faster.
Marie: good to read reviews and in my opinio it is best to exercise daily or get out of the habit I try to do cardio every ther day and I want a ab belt for those days when it is time to engage my core and I want it to be good.
Sam: So really? I can only do an ab workout every other day not more than that? what happen if i do crunches everyday? What about ab equipment as seen on tv? Or a good review slendertone system abs?
Ruth: A lot of the ab equipment as seen on TV is too complicated for me. I just turned 68 and I still look pretty good, but the little in the middle is now a lot and think this ab shocker gizmo looks like it might be just the ticket for me. Is is safe for older folks? Or is it best to stay with ab equipment gym or from a club?
dustin: nothings gonna happen sam, that’s just it. you just r wasting your time, unless you folllow those crunches with a run or something. Stop watching ab equipment infomercial!
