Someone was asking about stomach oblique and I too want to know the secret to getting these to show fast?
Vlad: to get muscles such as stomach oblique you have to do cardio, diet use a a belt and get ready for no carbs. It wont happen fast in my experience but it will happen you will get toned and defined muscles and a good core.
