So six pack machines are supposed to work fast. Does this program apply even to seniors?

BlueFoxx: Six pack machines like what? Only one I’m using now, senior time has finally struck, is this ab belt I ordered online, and it’s working about as fast as I expected, really, everything seems a little slower for us over 60, but I’m feeling good about the way it’s making me look, now if I could just do something about my arms once my old belly’s under control, I’d be really happy.

Lee: YEah sir, what six pack machines pack machine are you talking about? Usually workout machines are design for all ages I think, so senior included- just not for kids.

Harold: The problem for seniors is simply that, its harder to build muscle as we age. So to use those six pack machines is not gonna work as fast as on hte younger crowd. I personally am liking the ab toning belt better than any other type of machine, because the program is easy to follow and also it feels like theres no strain on my neck or back. At my age, I don’t know that i ever expect to see a six pack, but feel lik e this is helping me firm the flab and thats good enough for me.

Joelle: Well yes I think some six pack machines are made more with seniors in mind. If you look at some of the reviews for those abdominal belts, for instance, it looks like they are very easy to use and can provide some toning for older folks.

NBeals: Not all six pack machines are meant for seniors. Do not think my mother would be able to use a Malibu Pilates machine, for one thing. Still trying to find something that would be easy for her, but will also make her feel like she is doing a little work.

Elian: I’m not quite sure what program you’re talking about, all I know is that the six pack machines I’ve been meaning to try at the gym now are looking a little scary to me, who would think that turning 60 would be so traumatic? I feel kind of like I’m walking on eggs all the time, so I want to get some ZEST back in my life, think maybe an ab toning belt might make me feel better, women my age want a program that will give results that doesn’t include any routine like a teenager could do, I’m WAY beyond that!

Annie: Six pack machines sound interesting and good also what about ab belts? Those tone abs I have red reviews tht claim as much I am getting something to help me lose fat from belly.

jo ann: I think some six pack machines are appropriate for seniors…i havent tried a six pack program yet, i dont necessarily want such a dramatic look, but i would love for my belly to be flat. I have heard a lot of good things and reviews about using an ab shocker…i might look into this. Best of luck too everyone in finding something that fits your schedule and your needs.
