Simple question ab belts do they work?

Lindsay: Vanessa, so they do sell Ab Belt In Stores? which ones? i haven’t really seen any in my area, yet. They do seem super easy and fast, and i can understand why they produce results, since the muscles get exercised by the EMS. seems that most of the ab belts i see are available online. pls let me know where else they can be found.

bryce stinson: yes, ab belts do work, so long as you get a good one, and don’t expect to transform your gut intoa six pack, simply by wearing it and not doing anythin g else. the one i got, i found after reading reviews online & seemed like the best thing. USes EMS technology, so it contracts the muscles? but still, reducing body fat percentage is important, for definition so Ive bee n working out a lot to, doing mostly cardio and some strenght trianigng aside from using this.

Vanessa: I would like to know the same thing! Seen a lot of things on tv about these and have also been looking at ab belts in stores and wondering if I should get one.

debra: heard so much about ab belts do they work for both men and women? Also i happen to be overweight, and would i need to loose the weight before an ab belt would work? i need something that is easy on the back and that i can work into my daily and weekly schedule.

Jessie: It looks to me like ab belts do work. I watched an informercial for something called Contour last night and every person they put the belt on kept saying they felt like they were doing crunches. More than that, it looks east to use and you could actually see people’s muscles twitiching. I am so tight on money, but really thinking I need to try this out. I wonder if Contour is the best one, I haven’t heard of any others.

marlene: for a long time was wondering the same thing about ab belts do they work? i mean it just seems so easy. i got the ab sonic bcs it was cheap and in that case, i would say no. but i have read ab belt reviews since that make me thing, maybe i just didn’t get the right one. i would also love to know a brand if someone has one to recommend!

Erica: The ab belts in stores I don’t think are as good as the Flex Belt I got on line, I did a whole lot of research on this before I finally bought, this one had the best reviews, I’ve been using it for 2 weeks, and YES! it works! My waist seems smaller already, and I can get my pants zipped all the way up! I don’t know if it does the same for everybody, but for me? Great!

Ken: ab belts do they work? Yes, but keep in mind that depending on how much fat you have on your abdominal area abs belts may or may not give the results you want.

Calliope: whats the deal w/ab belts do they work? I want a flat stomach but I love to eat. I do work out but I should focus more on abs but after cardio I am pooped I would absolutely be into an ab toning belt if they actually do something. thanks.

Riley: Okay so can you get ab belts in stores? I’d be interested in trying it on first and see how it feels & all that before buying it, if these things do work. Man, i never wanted to be one of those men with a gut tha t made him look preggo but here i am & in need of some help myself, thinking some sorta ab shocker gonna’s maybe do the trick.

Penny: Ab belts do they work? Yes, if you get the right one. My friend ordered that Contour one and didn’t like it – said it wasn’t giving her fast enough results. Did a little more research on some others and finally settled on one called The Flex Belt. Have only been using for a couple of weeks, but it seems to be working. At least I feel like it is.

Laila: What about ab belts in stores? Do they let you try them out? Seems like that would be a good test before I buy, see what it feels like and if it gives me a good tingle, or whatever it’s supposed to do…then maybe I’ll decide for sure on what brand is the best…

Dale: Ab belts do not work unless you put some effort. I mean I know all the advertisements say that simply putting them on and doing nothing will give you results, but I have seen better results since I started wearing mine on walks and whenever I am doing chores around the house. You don’t need to do much, but some activity definately helps them work fast.

Tyler: Actually I can;t say I’ve ever seen any ab Belt in Stores but then I don’t know how hard I looked. Seems like mostly have seen them on tv or advertised online. I’ve read some ab transform reviews lately because I’ve been trying to find some sorta new crunchless ab workout program to get back in shape.Just going to the gym, isn’t cutting it. I’m thinking about an abdominal toning belt to help work the muscles & fromwhat I’ve read, I think they can make a difference.

Anonymous: I have yet to see any ab belts in stores, it sure would be convenient to get to try before buying. I plan on loosing 10 pounds before investing in an abdominal belt, I’ll definitely check reviews online before i get one.

I have been wondering all day because I noticed this morning I have gotten to chubby and I want to diet and exercise and there is so much info on it all and I cant decide between low carb and low fat and if I should join a gym or try yoga, and what kind of machine or device to get. I am fat all over but I hate it when my belly is fat. So, let’s figure it out for once and for all!
