Remember the old stomach ball routine, rolling around on the floor. Are ab belts that much different?
Rachel: i think ab belts are very different from stomach ball exercises….you can’t get much more different, really…from what i understand, the ab belts can just be strapped on and used at any time, even if your sitting around doing nothing. as opposed to rolling on the floor. Seems really easy actually. I am currently using an ab coaster but i am not liking it so now I am reading reviews about ab belts and they seem pretty interesting.
Lois: I do stomach ball exercises but not rolling around on the floor. I do sit ups and crunches on it. I would like to have an ab belt for days when I am busy but I am reading reviews to find the best one for my ab workout.
Connie: Yeah, those stomach ball exercises where you have to bring the ball back to you on the floor drove me crazy and I always felt really uncoordinated. I guess now technically nearly being a senior, not as easy for me to get on my back – have been reading some good reviews about ab belts, but have yet to order one.
wendy_w: Actually, I don’t remember any sort of stomach ball routine where you roll around on the floor, I have tried some like the swiss balll that you sit on top of, or the medicine ball that you hold like a weight. Either of those workouts are great for getting a burn! I have been looking at the Vibro Belt and I think the concept is the same, just hte method is different. Depends on what you are looknig for, what your schedule islike and al that.
Jessica: You talking about a stomach ball like a swiss ball or a medicine ball? Neither is easy to use at first, but if you are just starting a fitness plan, a good ab belt will definitely help train those muscles you may not have ever used before. Once you build up your core, you will have a lot more control to do those ball exercises.
Amanda: a stomach ball is cool but I think an a belt would be more portable and I could use it while I work. So cool! I want one but I wnt to read more reviews to get a good abs machines!!! Is there a ab workout videos men that my husband would like?
TLawrence: Yeah stomach ball exercises are way different than using a toning belt. For one thing, you don’t have to lie on your back so you will get the work done without getting on the floor. Really good for men and women.
Nina: stomach ball exercises worked for a while and well but in order to get 6 pack abs I am getting an ab belt for the final inches and getting tight.
Cindy: I like the Bender Ball stomach balls but these are completely different then ab belts. They actually do a lot of the work for you.
Nora: Yes, if you don’t like to do stomach ball exercises, an ab toning belt is an easy way to get some good results without buying some bulky ab machine off the tv.
