Really want to get on to an abdominal training schedule, but dont want to waste my time. Is there one program thats fast, that I can maybe make part of my daily routine?
Anonymous: Lots of interesting abdominal training exercises described here! Thanks! I will look at some more ab belt reviews before I decide on that one that is the true abdominal training machines. What about abdominal training with weights for a good ab routine?
Jill: A good abdominal training programme is an abdominal training with weights, or a medicine ball. You can do squats with weights in front of the tv on a daily basis – the only equipment you might want to consider is an ab belt to train your muscles while at rest. This is a handy thing to have that is easy to use, even if you miss a day of exercise.
SEan: Have you tried doing crunches everyday? to me its the best abdominal training exercises and it does work pretty fast if you get in the routine for doing it on a regular schedule.
Jenny: I ordered this abdominal training programme from Britain, but it’s not what I was hoping, the machine roller things keep getting stuck, so now I’m wanting something I can order closer to home, I’m tired of wasting my time, too! So I’m thinking an ab belt, can use it everyday, fit it into MY routine instead of the other way around, and I’m reading that I’ll get toned really fast and easy, shop in the U.S.A, that’s what I say!
Holly: So abdominal training with weights works, sure, I use ankle weights to do leg lifts, but I’m telling you, it DOES take a lot of time to get results, and if I don’t do them just right then I get a back ache, hoping that the ab belt reviews I’ve been reading are actually on target, every day use for 30 minutes and I don’t have to do anything? Sounds good to me…
della: There are a lot of different abdominal training exercises out there, even machines such as the ab coaster cs 1000 – but not all are good. For me and my hectic schedule, there isn;t time for an ab workout routine on top of my cardio exercise. so for this reason i use an ab belt it uses EMS technology to tone my muslces while i multitask at other stuff. It works for my lifestyle.
Sue: I am huge fan of abdominal training wheels, that’s what i would recommend.
4836Cheyanne: With a few minor adjustments, an abdominal training schedule is something you can incorporate into your daily routine very quickly. There are lots of good tips online. I would also suggest pruchasing a swiss ball if you don’t already have one. Don’t know anything about ab belts, so I can’t speak to that.
Harry: Well I think for best results, you gotta do abdominal training exercises every single day, plus cardio & wegiht training. Crunches work great, or use the machines with weights, create a plan that works and just do it everyday. It doesn’t have t o take a long time, even 15 minutes is ok.
Carmina: I’m keeping a pretty tough abdominal training schedule that includes 3 times a week to the gym to use their abdominal training machines, and at home I’ve been doing a least 150 crunches on the days I don’t go, PLUS I’m really trying to watch what I eat…I’m exhausted! It’s a routine that doesn’t leave much time for me to do anything fun, that’s what I’m thinking, so now I’m looking at maybe an abdominal toning belt for my “down” days instead of the crunches, I need some time to myself for crying out loud…looks like that might be an effective combination that doesn’t waste time, yet still is not so strenuous as what I’ve been doing.
Ali: Tons of abdominal training program out there man. An abdominal toning belt may be your best option if like you said you “don’t want to waste time” I mean exercising is never a waste of time in my opinion but the belt works while you are doing other things.
Ruthie: Sue: what exactly are abdominal training wheels I never heard of them? JUst curious. Anyway, what I was gonna say is, I use a flex belt every day, or at least 5 day s a week, as part of my abdominal training program & it only takes 30 mintues per session. Best part is, I don’t even HAVe to be in “workout mode” to use it, I can watch tv or do chorses or whatever and it works prety fast.
Sara: I’m with you, I’m about through with the abdominal training frequency I’ve been tied to, gonna go for something more simple that I can use everyday and not have it this huge commitment to sweating and exertion, you know? I’m thinking an abs belt might just have my name on it, can make my own routine, schedule it into my day when I feel like it, and still get results that will show up fast. Sounds like a great way to get fit without being crazy about it.
Jamila: There are a ton of great ab workout videos now – I don’t think you need to invest in any abdominal training machines, but an abdominal belt is always a good idea (i don’t consider this a machine) if you can afford one. If you want to see fast results, one of these will help your progress.
William: I use the abdominal training equipment at my gym 3 times a week and do cardio and lifting the other days of the week. I am getting really close to getting the 6 pack:) I have been training like that for 2.5 months now, not sure what you consider fast results but to me 2-3 months is pretty fast.
Gail: The abdominal training for women I’ve been doing at Curves is kind of a waste of time, I want to work mostly on my stomach, not do the whole cycle thing, but you really don’t have that as an option, so I might still go just so I can see my friends, but I’m thinking to really attack my belly I’m going to try one of those ab toning belts I’ve been reading reviews about, seems like that will go directly after the area the needs the most work…and I won’t have to waste anymore time doing exercises I really don’t need.
Kurt: Understand about not wanting to waste time, I mean, some of things you do can take hours & years to see results. USe a good piece of abdominal training equipment tho, and it’ll be more efficent. USe one of them ab shocker devices and it’s like doing hundreds of crunches, but a whole lot easier.
Sheila: The piece of abdominal training equipment I’ve been using, the Ab Roller? Pretty flimsy, not giving me the kinds of results I want in any fast sort of way, I’ll tell you that, so I’m thinking of buying an abs contour belt, no time wasted on exercises that don’t work very well, and I can do it any time I want, build my own routine around it, gotta be better than what I’ve been doing.
marietta: Maybe this has been answered already but what in the heck are abdominal training wheels? That sounds weird, and hard. Could someone pls explain? It doesn’t sound like somehting i could work into my schedule. I need an easy abdominal toner.
LorettaS: I was also wondering about abdominal training frequency – am willing to put in time if can come up with schedule that will produce results. Seeing some good ideas here but am primarily interested in abdominal training for women. thx.
Sheila: Would an ab belt work as a primary abdominal training for women that are pregnant?
Kitty: I’m so tired of the abdominal training program I’ve tried to keep myself on, it’s boring and hard, I’m ready for something easy, fast, daily, sounds like we’re all looking for the same thing, looking at ab belts right this minute.
carrie G.: well i dunno if theres just one program that is fast, things i’ve read about abdominal training for women seem to indicate its good to do variations on exercises from time to time and plus, you really should do something to burn fat as well as just doing teh exercises. but its good you want something daily because, I DO think the abdominal training frequency is important, to keep consistent. i spent 20 minutes a day doing floor exercises, either crunches or Pilates poses or whatever I feel like tat day and am gettting results. Am not sure about abs exercise belt but I want one
IonaSkye: Why in the world I ever thought those abdominal training wheels would ever work is a mystery to me, sort of like when you see a pair of shoes you think are just great and you get them home and go eeuuuggghhh, what was I thinking? Same with the wheels, just silly to put those things on your feet and think that fast leg exercises are going to work, give me a break! If I’m going to strap anything on, it’s going to be an ab belt, those things sound AWESOME!
Antonio213: I have looked at A LOT of abdominal training equipment, purchased way too much stuff that I never used and am now getting the best results I’ve ever had with a simple, daily regimen of crunches, planks, push ups and cardio. I use an a b belt too and think it definitely has helped decrease my work out time.
Sarah: IF you go to a gym just use the abdominal training machines before getting on the elliptical, it doesn’t take much extra time & totally works.
Gina: I need a abdominal training programme because I just had a baby and I look awaful not like beautiful celebs that have babies. what is worng with me?
DelaceyST.: Abdominal training exercises? Sure, why not? But they take a lot of time, and, like you, I’m sick of waiting around for abs to show up after 3 months of hard work, gonna try the abdominal belt I’ve been reading about, says it’s way fast and easy, I’m about ready for that.
Julia: I can tell you about an abdominal training program that doesn’t work. It’s called Abdominal Training Wheels – stupidest purchase I’ve ever made. Other than a toning belt, I say, yeah stick to simple crunches.
Charles: Took me awhile, too to get on an abdominal training schedule that seemed pretty efficient, I liketo see results fast and if I ain’t seeing it, I move on to something else. Iwould strongly agree that you get more out of abdominal training with weights than just doing your basic sit-up. But for hte past few months, Ive been hooked on my a b belt, nothing is better for getting firm & toned without straining your neck mucscles. I think its a good easy ab workouts for men at least it is for me.
Marnie: Have been using yoga as part of my abdominal training programme, and if you do it daily, it is quite rejuvenating. there are abs-specific exercises you can do, I prefer this to any machines or weights. Not sure about abdominal training frequency or a good abdominal training schedule??? ANyone?
