Really need to do more tummy exercises and have read many reviews just looking for an easy plan. Your thoughts?

EffieM: Just finished reading some ab belt reviews because was lookig for a tummy belt to use at work , i mean tht I can do there. Don’t have time at home with my schedule, but ab belts sound pretty easy.

Linds80: Me too. I specifically am interesdting in tummy exercises for pregnant women as I am 8 weeks aling and have no desire to become fat. I want to be healthy and y a healthI want a healthy little baby girl!

Jennifer: I think an easy plan if you can afford it, is to get an abdominal toner. Seems like this gves some good tummy exercises for pregnant women

RaeAnne: Well, I’m having to do tummy exercises for pregnant women right now, thank the Lord, I NEVER thought this was going to happen at 43! so I’m doing lots of isometric tummy exercises at work, that’s about all I can do about now, I’m being very careful now that I’m in my 7th month, let me tell you, and then after I have the baby I’m thinking maybe I’ll start out with an ab belt, think that looks easy for getting myself used to doing tummy exercises after pregnancy, that’s my plan so far.

HelenO'Doyle: Hi, my tummy exercises at home are pretty easy, when I get up I do about 30 minutes of tummy exercises with ball, a Pilates one I ordered about a year ago, and then I run with my abs belt on for 4 miles, that gives me a total of an hour workout, starts my day off great! Simple, easy, take a shower, done with exercise for the day!

Hedda: Oh! I have to start doing tummy exercises at work because I am getting a desk gut. It is gross. My pants are tight and I have a muffin top. I have to start resisiting all the snacks that people offer but I need to burn calories and tighten my core as well.

KatieS: I recommend tummy exercises with ball as part if a pretty easy plan. If you feel like you are not quite strong enough for the best ab workout routine at the beginning, an ab shocker is not a bad idea to get your mucles trained.

Maisie: Everybody tells me that tummy exercises after c section are hard to do, so that’s why I’m looking at a plan that’s mainly an ab belt at first, and then when I get some muscle tone back, I’ll be able to start working out with the tummy exercises video I bought for post pregnancy toning and stretching, hope this is going to be as easy a plan as it sounds, the only thing I haven’t factored in….I’ll have a baby!

Morganna: Is an ab belt good for tummy exercises after c section? This may not really answer question, but I’m looking for a good, easy plan too. thanks.

Simone: I know I should be practicing tummy exercises at home but I get so unmotivated when I get home after work I just want to eat dinner on the couch. I cant go to the gym right now so I need ot find a belt or a ball of a video that will keep me interested so I workout every day. Must lose 20 lbs.

Cassandra: The tummy exercises for men I’ve been watching my husband do at the gym? They’re really the same as mine, only he has more resistance with his than I do, we sort of compete, go at the same time, use the same machines, it’s an easy plan for exercise, just get somebody to put one together for you when you sign up for a membership, then you can gradually increase weights etc. as you go along.

ChristineS: You can always buy a tummy exercises video to give you an at home fitness test. I am trying too get slimmed down with my husband before all the holiday parties start and am looking for good tummy exercises for men as well.

Abbie: Tummy exercises at your desk are so easy…get a Flex Belt, put it on at lunch, nobody knows, simple, fast and easy results, it’s the best thing I’ve discovered so far as a way to work in extra exercise time.

FrecklesMcGee: I think tummy exercises women do are kind of boring, there’s only so many, right, and I was just watching that old Kate and Leopold movie and there was Meg Ryan working out with a Pilates dvd, ho hum, how long ago was that? So I’m glad to see something new come along, I’m trying an abs belt, like how it feels, gets my muscles sore with the EMS technology it uses, so something good must be happening, looking for results in another week or so, if it’s as thorough as it seems, this may be my ONLY plan for exercise!

Kendra: Did someone say that an ab belt is good for tummy exercises at your desk? So you just wear it while your sitting? Looks pretty easy based on the reviews I read. I would think this would be a logical addition to any core exercise plan.

Ilaria: I used to do tummy exercises with ball but now I am a busy mother I need an ab belt ot something to make me swiss ball ab workout more efficient. i cant think about myself 24/7 any more. I am lucky if I get 10 minutes of me time these days.

Jacinda: Is it safe to do tummy exercises after c section? it’s been 3 weeks and I am ready to have my flat stomach back.

DMaconGA: I think for tummy exercises after pregnancy or tummy exercises after c section, an a b belt is a good choice for an easy start-up plan. To help you get your abdominals tight – this and walking will give you some fast results.

desiree: when doing tummy exercises women often don’t get the kind of definition we want, esp. in the oblique muscles…i have never gotten a “six pack” from situps, ever. All that hard work and i am never so thrilled with the results. if there is an abdominal toner that can really help get that look i always am after, i would love to try it.

KarenAnderson: I think tummy exercises for pregnant women are just silly, ladies, enjoy your state, revel in, don’t be so worried about how you’re going to look every minute, be so very happy you can be a mom, I wasn’t blessed with that and it makes me very sad.

Laurel: Is there a tummy exercises video that I will want to do every other day? I must lose this belly fat and I am not sure how.

Belinda: So tummy exercises at work, easy as pie, abs belt, tummy exercises at your desk, undetectable, plan of the century for easy results!

Addie: Must research tummy exercises for men. My husband has gotten a fat gut this year and I am detetrmined to get him thin again. I will not tolerate fatness in either men or women!

Brooke: Tummy exercises women – crunches on a swiss ball, weighted squats, at least 20 minutes every day is pretty easy plan – just set up a schedule and stick to it. I have not tried an abs belt, so cannot speak to that.

Theda: doing tummy exercises at your desk is easy and discrete. I like that I can take control even in an environment that stifles my spirit for 8 hours every day.

midlifemama: I did tummy exercises after pregnancy with my first but now I am almost 40 and I need to get back in shape the easier way which is why I am getting an ab belt today!

Ana: I am trying to find out tummy exercises women as well as tummy exercises for men. We both could lose a few lbs and I think it will be nice to diet and exercise together.

Jolene: Tummy exercises at home are easy if you use a tummy exercises video that has you doing lots of tummy exercises with ball assist, I’m liking it, easy plan to follow, just switch on the dvd player!

Joyce: Tummy exercises at home are usually to hard to stick with for me. My new plan is to wear an abdominal toner around the house while I do chores. Looks easy!

brittany: Someone already said it, but I think tummy exercises with ball are good, gentle, tummy exercises for pregnant women. Really important to keep your inner core muscles working during this time so you can bounce back.

shawna: I know i will need to do tummy exercises after pregnancy but i am not sure how that will fit into my schedule. I barely had time for an ab routine with only 1 child, and now I am pregnant with my second. I need something fast and easy, and some of the reviews i have been reading online have me considering an ab belt. i will let you know what i end up doing and how it works.
