My oblique muscles never ever show results. Whats a real routine I can do that works?
ThompsonG: Oblique exercises for women are a lot tougher then they are for men for some reason, but just read a review of a thing called an ab shocker that I think is going to help me work those muscles. I hope so anyway, have to get rid of all the fat from my last pregnancy.
Roxxy: Yeah, I always have the same problem. I think oblique exercises are tough to do, in terms of find ing ones that work. Actually what I;ve been doing lately is swimming and using an abs belt, that routine works for me. SO hard to get back in shape after being pregnant for most o f the year but I’m geting there.
JohnG: Well I’m a guy and its hard for me to see results in my obliques too – lots of love handles frm too much beer. Reverse crunches and using an ab belt looks like good oblique exercises for men, too.
Tina: The oblique exercises that have been working for me so far are the one i do with my swiss ball side. It’s easier for me with the ball than just old plain oblique crunches on the floor.
Corinthia: I need oblique exercises for women because my belly fat is gross I am losing weight but slowly since I am over a certain age and my stress fat is getting to much. I need a ab belt!
Deb: I need to teach my hubby oblique exercises for men because he has a ft beer gut,. I am getting in shape with lean cuisine but he wont get off the couch! I am indignant nd want to help him out.
kenneth: I gotta say that i have tried quite a few oblique exercises for men and they are almost all really tough to do and don’t give me results. i have heard that ab belts are better for men and obliques bcs they can target lots of muscle groups that don’t get engaged with just situps or crunches or waht not.
Chaz: That oblique muscle is TOuGH to tone! Love handles have been a part of me for too long…am now using a flex belt plus getting on the treadmill every day and they’re going away. Works upper & lower abs too, which is really cool.
RhondaSerpiento: Oblique exercises for women that work for me anyway are the side leg lifts? I just get really bored with them though, and it seems like they’re very slow to show any kinds of results, that’s why I’m thinking an ab contour belt, seems like that would hit all the way around, not just love handles but belly, too, don’t see how it could be bad.
Carter: Have you tried oblique crunchfrom a bench? You have to do a lot of them to see results, but they work. If you’re looking for something easy, try one of those ab toner things that use electricity to stimulate and train those hard to reach muscles.
Silvia: Is there sucha thing as an oblique crunch anyone know? I am also looking for a good routine and not wanting to spend money on belts or machines or anything f that nature.
Molly: I hve to start doing some oblique crunch routines because I want to show off rock hard abs and not look flabby for the summer.
LisaDaily: Oblique exercises for men? Are they different than they are for women? Seems like that’s the hardest part of anybody’s body to get into shape…maybe that’s why the Flex Belt looks so good, can maybe zap what an oblique crunch would never get to?
Kaylee: Which one is your oblique muscle? Is it the same as your abs? My whole stomach is a mess of fat. Was hoping that an a b belt might help me see something change if I add it to a good diet and exercise plan.
Jamila: A real routine for oblique exercises is a little different for everyone. My friend has to stick to a very tough schedule of crunches and not eat any carbs to allow her to see oblique definition, but I have found that just using an ab toning belt and walking every morning is giving me some good results. Seems like the flex belt is one of the best ab belts around.
robert: have tried many options, realy don’t think theres any difference between oblique exercises for men or oblique exercises for women, seems like if you do the right exercise and enough reps, you will see results. i sometimes use the machine s at the gym, or the medicine balls, tehy work. anything you stick to will work, just give it time.
Lana: oblique exercises are hard. I want results without so much effort. WIll an ab belt help me to achieve my goal of not being afrid to bare my midriff?
SMiller: You know what oblique exercises for women i like? Pilates! Great way to figure out where all your different ab muscles are and once you know where you need to concentrate your work, it will be easy to see real results.
christina: Why do we need to work on our oblique muscle? Does that mean i need to some something else than crunches? I am a bit confused.
Morgan: I am not sure what oblique muscle are. I am still many pounds overweight and am sure I need to lose lbs etcs before I can tone but when I do I will want to do crunches and learn more about ab machines. thnks. M
Gerald: Using weights when you do crunches is really good oblique exercises for men – like to use a medicine ball myslef, but it is not that easy. Those ab belts that I’ve seen onlince look like they could help target obliques too.
LAnce: YEah there are different exercises for the oblique muscle. I’m right now trying some specific oblique exercises for men I found online. IF they don’t work, might get myself a n abs belt of some sort.
Karin: yeah i am sorry but i dont think i have time to do oblique exercises along with regular situps AND my cardio workout + my hanging ab workouts…i mean come on! i like the way toned obliques look, but if i can’t get that without spending half of my day exercising, forget it.
What seems cool about ab belts is they seem 2 work without torturing you. I am gonna go for it, and try one. I need a new routine anyway!
rita: so is an oblique crunch like, a bicycle crunch? those are tough. no wonder mine are so blah, i never do anything to tone them. am trying an ab toner nan hope that helps.
