My lower stomach is yucksville. How do I use a toning belt to see results?

Poppy: I need to do lower stomach exercises too. I am losing weight but cannot get rid of the flab on my abs. I think its because I never got back in shape after having baby 2 years ago. But Now I want to get serious about it and get an b belt or gym machines for abs.

TanyaK: Yucksville. Ha! I hear you. I hated doing lower stomach exercises but have really felt like I have a lot more strength in my core since using an abdominal toning belt while doing some crunches on a swiss ball. You can also just wear it and do nothing but I think you’ll see results faster by doing something with it on. Just make it part of your fitness plan and you will be out of Yucksville in no time.

josie: for a long time i was not very happy with they way my lower stomach looked either but i do think using an ab toning belt is useful. all you do is put it on, turn it on and wear it for about ahalf hour most days of the week. i am feeling results pretty fast with this, and it fits in my schedule better than any other old a b work out ever did.

Shannon W.: Well, the ab belt I use tones both my upper and lower stomach, there isn’t anything special i have to “do” just put it on and it covers the abs. The gel pads go where the electronic muscle stimulation belongs and it seems to target a lot of the different muslces. i used to have big problmes with lower abs too, situps didn’t quite cut it for me. This routine is kind of cool bcs it is easy and i don’t have to worry about am i doing the situp right or not.

margaret: i think that is particularly a problem for women, the lower stomach area. no matter how tight i can get the ‘above the belly button’ area, there is still this dumb little roll that i have in the lower abs. I want a program that gives results, doesn’t have to be easy, I am willing to do the work, i just want to see a difference for a change. Going to look into some of these ab shockers maybe they will work for me.

Maggie: The toning belt I have really targets my lower stomach if I do lunges and squats when wearing it. To me this feels like the best ab exercises for women you can do…especially good IMHO for women who want to see some tightening results after a pregnancy.

Esme: Using a toning belt is much more easy than doing any type of lower stomach exercises like crunches or what have you, especially for seniors. I had used an Ab Roller for a long time and it was great until I got older.I liek how I can use the a b belt and take a walk, or sit and watch tv and still get stronger ab muscles. I say, for best results, combine the belt with some formof cardio.

Anonymous: My lower stomach looks gross and I cant wear the clothes I want to and feel sexy. Would love to feel like a beautiful woman for once which is why I am going low carb and working on my core to get strong abs. Looks like Kirstie Alley is getting in shape again anyone try her Organic Liaison program yet? The review sounds pretty good. Is it really ALL ORGANIC?

HKaring: Lower stomach exercises wearing an a b belt are not hard at all. You can even just walk around with it on if your schedule doesn’t allow a set work out time. Any activity using a good one and you’re bound to feel results fast.

Erin: I think IF you wear a toning belt like the flex belt you will work your lower stomach as well as the upper abs and obliques, its a pretty complete workout. Great for men and women with a busy schedule, and certainly one of the better abs program i can stick to. very easy. :)
