Looking for an ab belt that exercises abdominals fast. Do all work the same?
Germaine: No, not all same, look at abs belt reviews and you will see. A medicine ball exercises abdominals well like someone said here, but they are not that easy to use alone and not really an ab belt comparison.
LanaClark: Weight exercises abdominals if you put those leg things on, you know, on your anckels and thendo leg lifts you’ll get better results, but nothing like the Flex Belt I tried, that’s the best one to look at I think if yu’re wanting to buy, stay wway from that steam one, it doesnt do anyting but make your stomach sweat.
Jarvis: Swiss ball exercises abdominals, for sure, but I’m just fat enough for it to be not a good fit for right now, reading lots of reviews online about ab belts, haven’t made a final decision yet, looking for the one that’s the most powerful as far as the gel packs go, want a max energizer, not something that just gives me a tiny little jolt.
Jenna: No, they do NOT all work the same, make sure you read a lot of ab belt reviews before you send yur money to anyone. EMS is a proven technology but not all products are created equal. You can also use a medicine ball weight exercises abdominals – that works for me.
MDavis: I think the Flex Belt is one of the better ab belts out there. I have also heard that a swiss ball exercises abdominals very well but the toning belts will help you see results fast if you do both.
Beatriz: A medicine ball exercises abdominals, that’s for sure, my husband and I use one together, but sometimes I think he’s trying to hurt me with the darn thing, that’s why I’m getting my own abdominal toning belt, I’m bailing out of whatever competition he thinks we’re in, and going my own way for exercise, just have to decide for sure what belt to by, doing research right this minute, forget the big lug, he can find his own exercise program.
Marvelous: I’m tired of any kinds of weights, I know they make things work faster, but like dumbbell exercises abdominals, but they also arent’ good if you drop one on your foot so my dumbbells job right now is keeping my front door open, I’m looking at a Flex Belt, that’s the one that I decided on after reading about a whole bunch of them online, it’s a little bit expensive, but hey with this kind of equipment I bet you sure do get what you pay for.
savannah: The ab belts that I’ve read about all work using the same principal, but make sure you get one that has been cleared for use by the FDA. Oh yeah and NEVER use a dumbbell exercises abdominals if you are a woman. Just too hard on your pelvis.
MaryKate: me too! I think it seems a medicine ball exercises abdominals really good but so does PIlates. but I do those at the gym, now I need some exercise I can do from home because I have a new baby!
BellaDonna: What exercises abdominal obliques? The ab contour belt I have, that’s what. I ordered the one I saw on t.v., and it’s doing a pretty good job, at least that’s what I thought until I used my boyfriend’s flex belt, his seems to give a much better sort of a tingle than the one I have, so I’m switching over to using his when he’s not home, I can adjust it down to me, just fine, and I think it’s the better of the two that I’ve tried, for sure.
FDamon: Yeah a good ab belt exercises abdominals obliques fast, the transverse, but not internal obbliques, need to do more deep core exercises for that. Try pilates or yoga at least twice a week or maybe dumbbell exercises abdominals.
Hyacinth: you know what exercises abdominals swiss ball is the thing for me. I never knew about it until my sister told me about it 6 months ago and I am getting pretty good results not very fast but fast enpough. Just thought I’d add my two cents.
CarpenteriaCadence: Weight exercises abdominals for sure, I been using one of those slant boards that has those pulleys and you use your own weight as resistance, but I’m telling you I thought my arms were gonna fall out with that thing, so now I’ll looking at the ab belts online, they sure ARE different, you’re right about that, I think the idea of sweating off the weight like some of them say sounds like it would come right back so I’m leaning more to the EMS types, but there’s lots of those, too, guees I have to decide by how strong the ab shocker part is, is there a comparison chart somewhere?
JB: If you get a good ab belt, like flex or contour, you will see fast results, but you also should do some cardio and weight exercises abdominals real good and will become easy more you do it.
Joy: please tell me what are some medicine ball exercises I can do wile 6 mos pg? Not really into exercises abdominals obliques.
Laidlaw: Swiss ball exercises abdominals, all those kinds of exercises do, don’t quit them, just ad on a abs belt that uses EMS stimulation, you can’t go wrong with the results you’re gonna see…there are always the old exercises abdominals obliques that are sometimes harder than an ab stimulation belt.
cincinatti: Did someone say swiss ball exercises abdominals? I disagree if you are over 60, those things are too hard to balance on. I like the abdominal toner and thin that is all you need, easy to use and if you wear it while walking works even better. They don’t all work the same, so make sure you research some reviews first.
Leile: are there dumbbell exercises abdominals when you are on a low cal diet? I am on a fast and I dont want to do too much or do something like a medicine ball exercises abdominals.
PJ: exercises abdominals obliques are fast working exercises in my opinion. I am changing the shape of my body and It feels so good.
