Looking for an a b machine that is easy to do, shows results and can be part of a daily routine?

Marc: I want an a b machine that is not too hard to do because I get fustrated easy and I just want to now tht I will use it if I by it every day as part of a exercise routine. which mahine garantees that and is best ab machine for home?

pat carter: well the one i do is at the gym,a nd would not say its easy to do, is any of these ab workouts easy? i mean, i don’t know too much about a b machinery, i’ve seen all sorts of thing like rollers and ab belts, but i do know using ‘em is better than doing situps. Still takes work but, am getting results this way, just uing the a b machine at the gym. If there’s a better way, I;d love to know about it.

laura: Seems there is lots of a b machinery out there, but some of these products seem hard and not practical for someone with a busy schedule. i want a routine that is fast and easy. i am looking for a good abdominal toner that isn’t made from crappy materials and will give me the results i am after. so glad these reviews can be found online.

Larissa: I kind of ahve trouble keeping to any kind of abs workouts women routine, that’s why I’m looking for an a b machine that I can use anytime, anywhere, think maybe one of these toning belts I’ve been seeing a lot about is what would be the best for me, what about the slendertone reviews female is it good. Also so like if I’m getting a pedicure or something I could still be exercising and getting a flat tummy, gonna find out more for sure.

Josh_MT: Best a b machinery is your own body dude! Cardi is good but I think the only thing those basic machine are good for is toning. So just look online for the one that has the best review, i don’t really have teh answer for you sorry.

deidre: Well i need to lose this pregnancy belly, but try telling that to my 5 month old who keeps me to a rigorous schedule ! i barely have time to think let alone to to use any sort of a b machinery at the gym. i need HOME erquipment and something that is fast and that i can do in front of the TV, i have heard a lot about ab shockers and ab energizers, u know with the EMS technology and i think for me that might be a practical solution.

gilbert: also used to just use the a b machine at the gym, definitely gave a good workout but when the whole gym has like, one or two pieces of a b machinery? not easy to get in and out every day, you know? I thought it was hard to stick to a routine that way and am now using an abdominal toning belt that i found online. super easy to fit into my daily schedule. i say just look for one with a good review and give it atry.

Athena: I like the flex belt, it’s pretty easy to use but i haven’t tried any other ab toning belt or any other ab machinery. You should check it out, if i find the link I’ll post it for u later or read the abs toning belt review out there.

Hera: a b machine that is a good ab workout of course, my main results I want to determine are a flat stomach with 6 pack abs but if it can be quick and so I see results soon so I want as to continue so that also the work may be easy because I work very hard and I just want a nice body.

Kaylie: My only a b machine is myself, I use resistance weights and it’s pretty good but my back get tired a lot so I’m hoping that maybe one of those ab shocker things will be better for me, I been reading about them online and the results looks really godd in the befores and afters, thinking it prolly wil owrk for me and then I won’t have a back ache all the time, I can hardly tie my shoes, someday.ss

Edna L.: THe Flex belt, is that one I’ve seen on TV or no? I’ve seen some kinda abs belt advertised, as well as lot of other new fangled a b machinery. Haven’t been able to do sit-ups in years, they put strain on my neck and my back. Seems like an ab belt of some sort, mgiht be better for seniors like me? Just wonder how good a shape you got to be in, for them to d o the job.

Samantha: for lower abs I actually own an ab machine at home and it give us pretty good results (my husband& I) I know u said “easy” and it’s not the easier thing to use but it works and could be part of your daily routine, u just have to make time for it.

anna: i tryed all kind of a b machinery in the past, and today there are even more a b machines than there ever were. i dont even care about a 6 pack i just want to look slim and toned and be able to fit an ab routine in to my schedule. I work all the time and i would love it if my ab workout could just be easy and not more hard work. might try an abdominal toning belt as well, i need to find a good one.

Jane Allen: I have never tried a ab belt or any other ab machinery or ab stimulator belt but I have done a rowing machine it works out many muscles it this the same idea I want to be efficient and economical in my movement and burn calories and get a tones ab section.

Deva, Seattle: Would agree that an ab contour belt of some sort is probably the easiest way to go, and definitely will show results. I mean, you can waste your money on a number of different a b machinery that miht or might not work, a lot I’ve seen or tried, tned to fall apart or they Are SUPER tough to use. Using a belt is less cumbersome than a big ol’ a b machine and I mean, I use mine whenever, either when taking a walk, or washing dishes, super easy to make a a workout program with it. And Edna, I woudlnt say you have to be in good shape to use them, but doiing some regular cardio definitely helps!

Karen: what is the differencce between upper abs and lower ones I want an a b machine because I have a fat belly i would be happy if it were flat. thanks. so curious about all the machines but I also half to diet. eat less. ug.

robert: abs belts are good, and i mean, they use technology, the EMS, so its kinda considered an a b machine still rihgt? maybe not like a roller or rowing sorta a b machinery but still. Not like getting on the floor with a mat doing crunches. i get fast results, no change in diet plan or nothing, just yeah, gotta exercise still, best for the heart, you know. good for men, women, whoever, as far as i’m concerned and better to use one that sit and complain about the flab!
