Looking at one of the ab toning belts or maybe even the cardio twister. Yes they are different but which routine is a better overall program?

ParisG: Cardio Twister video looks fun. The ab toning belt I have read about seems efficient. Very different, and I just have to choose one. I dont know because I have not been a fitness person in years and years but I want to see a strong core because I know it is important to get in shape with.

Carolyn: Seems like to me the CArdio Twister exercise machine would be a lot of fun to use and plus you get a cardio workout at the same time as an abs workout. But I guess you could do the same with an ab toning belt, just put it on while running or using the elliptical machines or whatever your normal routine is. I think in this case, ‘better” is subjective it depends on what approach you want.

Melania: Think that neither is a better overall program, but either could be part of a good overall program. You might notice that you see more cardio twister for sale than ab belts. The good ones of those hardly ever go on sale.

bonnie raymond: The Cardio Twister exercise machine, I am wondering if this is OK for someone with disc alignment problems of the back..there certainly does seem to be a lot of twisting around. at the same time, I do like the idea that it gives a cardio and ab workout all at once. however, couldn;t that same thing be achieved by exercising on a treadmill while wearing an ab belt?

Charisma: The Cardio Twister Video DOES make it look fun, but why not just get a hoola hoop Iheard those are a great way to get some good cardio and work on your abs and it sure doesn’t cost much, then maybe you wouldn’t need any machine at all, this has a certain appeal to me.

Rumee: I do know but it seems like a better overall program for sure is to use a really good toning belt at least 4 times a week. The Cardio Twister pro seems totally different, and MAYBE not a good machine for seniors and people with limited athletic ability, IMO. Belts look cool cuz you do not move is what I am saying.

Anonymous: So the Cardio Twister DVD, does it give lots of different ways to use this machine? It looks kind of challenging to me, but then I’m not used to doing this kind of exercise, I’m liking the looks of the Flex Belt, better for me because it’s simple to use and I don’t have to try and figure anything out, just strap it on and done.

Eddie: I think combined with a good cardio routine such as running, an ab toning belt would be better-The cardio twister exercise machine seem to be more for burning calories that to tone you abs.

Riley: So I had thought that maybe the Cardio Twister was better for abs because it supposed to help tone your obliques too. BUt then I saw one of the comparison CArdio Twister review and some of the better ab toning belts can do that too, work the upper & lower abs plus obliques. I feel liek, for people on a tight schedule, men and women, using a a b belt might be a better plan.

Gale: The the Cardio Twister customer reviews are kind of mixed, nobody’s really raving so much about this as you’d think, it looks sort of like a twisting eliptical, and isn’t exactly cheap at $154, so I’m thinking it’s a little faddish for me, I’d rather go with something like an ab contour belt that’s getting some very good reviews.

CC.Evans: Heard a few cardio twister complaints regarding assembly, but seems like it worked well for some folks after they got it together. An ab toning belt requires no assembly and targets a lot of the same muscles. I guess it just depends on ho much work you want to do to see results.

Wayne: Cardio Twister DVD makes it seem simple to do especially foe someone like myself who is very into fitness. I think that an an energizer would be interesting to try and I will get one if I find one that is a real good one.

DEB: The Cardio Twister Exercise Machine seems pretty good, i don’t know whether it would give as good results as an ab shocker. For seniors especially i think a person needs to go easy on the back. not sure if the twisting motion is ideal, even tho it is probably ebntter than teh situp back strain,.

Erica James: Cardio Twister customer reviews make it seem like it is not for me at all. I would prefer an ab shocker to tone my abdominals because I already run and am dieting but I need this to work when I cannot with technoligy.

Deirdre: Which routine is better overall, ab toning belts or the Cardio Twister…such a good question! Guess its good that the cardio Twister comes with a DvD and a meal plan, that might help, for weihgt loss. I;m sorta excited about this after readin ghte Cardio twister exercise machine reviews.

HeavenstoBetsy: No I see there are Cardio twister ebay sales going on all the time, but not so much for any of the ab belts, that tells me the whole story right there, people don’t get rid of something that they like and that works for them, and they DO unload machines that don’t do the job like they thought they would…that’s all I really need to know in helping me make a decision.

FelicityM: I think that the very idea of an cardio twister is weird I would rather hike or run outside and then maybe get an ab belt just to finish off my ab work and get tones. I like abdominal belts I think they use technology!

angie: Have there been any Cardio Twister complaints? I have read mixed reviews, but I just want to be sure there are no real concerns about the company or the customer service, etc.

Maggie: You can find a lot of cardio twister exercise machine reviews all over the net. For the most part, they seem pretty positive, minus the bulk and assembly issues. There are just so many ab machines and it looks like a lot of them end up on ebay because people never really stick to a regular plan. To me, seems like an abs belt would make it a lot easier to use it on a regular basis and keep your promises to yourself.

Cinnamon: Is the Cardio twister for sale in sports stores, I sure would like to get a look at one of these before I buy, it looks like a lot of action going on on a machine that looks kind of flimsy, which for me would not be a good buy, and I’m actually kind of sold of the ab contour belt I saw on tv, the technology looks new and exciting and I hope it will work for me like it does for the people on youtube.

Will: Yeah I hear you all, so many devices out there, I don’t know which one to get to start a ab workout routine. I like the Ab Roller and also the Contour Ab belt, I don’t really think the cardio twister is for me though, I do enough cardio as it is outdoors. I guess whatever you end up getting make sure you use it. :)

frank: not sure the answer to your question, but mines – how many calories can you burn using the Cardio Twister Exercise Machine?

Mike: I dont think that ab belt can help me not the Vibro Pro but I think the cardio Twister maybe will inspire me I can do this and watch TV!

Anonymous: Here’s a cardio twister exercise machine comparison review, that might answer your question!

goldenNuggetPlaya: There seem to be a lot of cardio Twister questions posted online. Not sure but I think an ab belt with an extension for the waist line would suit me better than this machine would, for now at least, and when I get a little bit thinner from the dieting I’m going to do too.

LindaA: Cardio twister review i saw was not very positive at all. I would much rather buy something like an ab contour belt and not have to worry about putting anything together. To me, it seems clear what the best overall program is, for women, especially.

Jazz: I think the cardio twister will give me good obliques. I think that an ab belt might be better for someone who already has an almost flat stomach but this is just my opinion.

kelly: i just dont think the cardio twister looks like something I would want to try. i just recently became familiar with ab belts but they really do seem to be a far superior technology! They seem like they are good for whether you are physically fit or not, or even if you are not able to do crunches due to your back. i like the idea of just putting the ab belt on and watching my favorite TV program while it does its thing.

Olive: The Cardio TWister review I read said mainly meh about it, so I’m thinking that now I’m gonna read a whole bunch about the abdominal toning belt, then I’ll be able to tell which way to go, if either of them is the one I want, what about the Malibu Pilates Chair? I always thought Pilates was the best thing for your core, maybe a little tough, but good…could use some more input I guess.

KMartin: I think an electronic toning belt looks like a way better and easy to use overall program. Cardio Twister exercise machine may work well for some, but does not seem convenient or like anything that would be part of a regular schedule for me.

Marnie: I don’t know about the cardio twister or the ab belt either, for that matter, but from what I’m reading so far, the abdominal belt has the edge, I just feel like I have to give some more time to online research before I can make up my mind about either one, looking for testimonials right now to see what’s being said by people who’ve actually used these machines, that kind of info always helps me alot.

Amberlane: What no love for the Cardio Twister? I WANT to get 6 pack abs…

Quentin: Crunches lazy people, crunchers is the only way to get abs. That combined with cardio and diet.

suri: thought i liked the looks of the cardio twister pro but am thinking the program may not be as good as the cardio Twister video made it look. I need a plan I can stick to seems like the ab toning belts are the better overall program.

veronica: Did someone say they saw a Cardio Twister for sale? Was it under $50? That’s all I would be willing to spend on one of those things after reading what i have read online. Sites like this make me very interested in an ab shocker belt for fitness, but still feel a little more research is needed to find the best one for me.

TimPanic: Cardio Twister or ab belt, this is the question. I cant decide. I am still reading and comparing the reviews.

Kristen: What is the difference between the Cardio Twister Pro and the Cardio Twister? or is it the same? I think the Cardio Twister looks OK but for me i think a portable device like an abdominal toning belt might be the more realistic choice. i don’t want to have to interrupt my workout schedule every time i have to go out of town.

Sam: Dude the cardio twister is to help you burn fat and the ab toning belt for abs, you could potentially use both. You cannot really compare the routine and results as it is 2 different exercise devices.

zztoplover: Cardio Twister Pro is not for me, but sounds like it has worked well for other people’s routines and programs. I think MY chances of success are much better with an ab belt, getting regular cardio a few times a week, and eating properly!
