Is there an exercise machine I can use on a once a week schedule and still get results?
Lila: I want to know that too! I am a new mom and cant work out everyday. I want to know about a exercise machine for abs that tones, tightens and will give me back my shape so I cn fit into my skinny jeans soon!
Monique: Well once a week is not very often, but if you get a good exercise machine I guess it could be an ab and thigh machine
for abs you might see some results. Check out some of those abdominal toning belts or maybe ab Machine on TV stuff.
DALLASSTAR: HAve lately been reading lots & lots of exercise machine reviews and looking for the best one, one that gives fastest results with out too much hard work. Even though some of these look like there more effiicent than say, plain old situps, you still gotta use them more than once a week. Unless you combine the machines with other abdominal exercises, that might work ok.
MaryMary: I wish there was an exercise machine for abs we could use a week and get results, but I sure don’t know what it is! So far, the best thing I can suggest is to get you an ab toning belt and use it when you’re doing housework, working, running, whatever, and it’s going to make your stomach muscles better fast, and it’s very easy besides. I think you still have to watch your diet, too, it’s just not fair, is it?
NobodyKnows: Exercise machine workouts, but only once a week? Hmmm. Don’t think so, have to be a little more dedicated than that, even the ab toning belt I’m looking at advises 30 minutes a day, everyday, but it’s not really like exercising, just a belt that makes your muscles contract, so I think I can prolly stick with this.
KeiraGoLightly: The exercise machine as seen on tv that I’m liking so far is that one for the contour belt? Sure doesn’t seem like it would be too tough to work into a schedule, results are supposed to be fast and easy, which is exactly what I want.
Gina: So is like the GAzelle a as seen on tv exercise machine workouts? I want to be so skinny like those girls I see in the magazines. I hate shopping at Lane Bryant.
VW: Don’t get me wrong I’m as lazy as they come when it comes to abdominal workouts but, even still, I’m willing to put in time more than once per week if I find something fairly easy to use. HAve been looking into one of the exercise machine as seen on tv devices, the ab belt, looks pretty good. Figure, combine that with cardio and should get results soon.
Harry: It seems to me like there are some really effective exercise machine workouts but you still gotta put in the time to get results. But yeah, with an ab belt thing, you could cut the time down on what feels like “exercise” by putting the thing on to tone & not be stuck in a unrealistic schedule.
JMiller: Don’t waste your time with exercise machine workouts. I mean I like the FlexBelt ab belt, but I don’t really think of it as a machine. Used mine once a week after my pregnancy and have seen some good results.
Abby: This time I am trying to read exercise machine reviews. I usually just dive in and end up with a piece of equipment that gathers dust and dirty laundry. I need to get moving or else this weight is going to stick.
LeslieFae: Exercise machine reviews I’ve been reading online all point to this exercise machine for abs called the Flex Belt? And yeah, you have to use it more than once a week, but I don’t think I’d mind, and you probably wouldn’t either, because all you have to do is wear it like a big belt and it does all the work, now I mean, really, is that so tough?
Kennedy: Which exercise machine as seen on tv gets the best exercise machine reviews? Looking for something that will work that I don’t have to use daily also.
HastaPronto: Seems like the exercise machine workouts you have to do at the gym are WAY too hard, have to agree with you there, who wants to drag out of the house every other day or two to do that, so I’m on the same page with you, looking for something I can use at home, maybe a couple times a week, that will give me good results, ever heard of these ab shocker belts I’ve been reading about? They might be the way to go.
Evangeline: I am glad to hear that I can get an ab belt and it will be better than an exercise machine for abs. I dont have time or money to waiste!
CybillThreeTimes: The exercise machine as seen on tv that I like is that ab roller thingy, but there’s no way that’s going to work unless you use it like everyday, so I’m looking further, I don’t mind every other day or so if it’s not too much work, but I sure would like to find something I only had to do every once in a while, that would be so great! Don’t know if it exists, though.
Jake: I have used several exercise machine for abs but I never an abdominal toning belt. Looks like a good bet if you don’t have time to work out everyday.
CeCe: That toning belt idea, that really does seem like the best exercise machine for abs around, I think I coudl get into wearing that for 30 min a day. Cause I mean, youdon’t sweat when you use it, right? I always so time-crunched that I usually just run & skip the ab workout, the stretching, everything. But ablet like that, I sure I could find time for. So now, do you need a schedule, like can I use it in the evening one day, and then again the next morning or is it more like, every 24 hrs, anyone knows?
PriscillaEspecially: Exercise machine reviews, I don’t know which one to trust, there’s just so many ways an exercise machine for abs can be talked about, even the exercise machine as seen on tv has all kinds of guarantees of fast and easy results, but honestly, how to choose? That’s my problem.
Hadley: Which exercise machine as seen on tv gives you fast results? Sorry, I have questions too and am looking for something that will work even if I can’t use it daily.
roberta G.: well some of the exercise machine reviews seem over the top, too good to be true but some are pretty legit. i liked what i read about the FlEX belt and have been using that one & like what i;m seeing so far. seems like i could reduce to just a few times a week for maintenance once i get more toned.
Lorna: If I do get an exercise machine as seen on tv it will have to be when I have more time to commit. Right now I am v busy and if I get an ab belt it will be easier to use wile I do other things, so it sounds more right for me right now!
