Is there an easy way to use an ab belt to flatten abdominal faster?


forthelove: Flatten abdominal muscles fast by using an ab belt at least 4 times a week.

Tia: I want to flatten abdominal muscles either with an a belt or with a ab exercises video that I can do at home like whats the best home ab machine? Something quick but effective is what I am going for. I have three little kids and hardly time for myself. I would love to be a 6 again or even a size 8.

Mia: For faster results try dieting. I have been doing a low carb diet and it helped a lot.

nora: I thought the Ab roller was pretty good but my back is bad and it felt just like situps to me. I was having the same lower back issues with that as i was before with situps. I don’t know to much about the ab belts either but it is starting to seem like the only option if i want to flatten abdominal muscles without ending up in traction.
