Is there an easy way to flatten abdomen without going through a big sweaty ab workout plan?
Davina: Sure is: its called using an a b belt. No sweat required! Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE to sweat while working out, but nothing grosses me out more than lying on a mat dripping sweat. I use an ab belt and can sit on my comfy couch watching tv to work my abs!
Julia: Tummy tuck:) Pricey but effective i hear. Sure beats SWEATING for hours to get a flatten abdomen.
susan: LOL you guys are funny…actually i use an ab belt and i do sweat a little bit when i use it. it’s not gross or anything but i am getting a workout so i sweat a bit. I also get a lil bit sore, I don’t mind, because otherwise it is easy and so far i think its a great program to flatten abdomen muscles.
Marlena: You don’t need to sweat to flatten abdomen because it really comes down to micro muscle control. I think a good ab belt will help you achieve this type of control for faster results that you can see.
Debra: Not a fan of pilates at all. what’s your diet plan Alison? I have tried some many to help me flatten abdomen but none worked for me.
StingRay: Well I had THOUGHT the Malibu Pilates was going to be an easy way to flatten abdomen muscles but its pretty hard to follow the program. I get, mildly sweaty, nota big deal. But yeah, mayb e separating cardio and abs work out will be better for you, just do whatever fits in your schedule.
Mathilde: I want to flatten abdomen muscles without having to wear sweats and all that that entails, that’s why I’m thinking an ab belt might be the answer for me, fast and easy without all the work!
Leona: What about those ab shocker belt things? I can’t see how you’d get all sweaty with one of those, no matter how high you kicked it up…that’s my kinda exercise.
JNWinston: I would not say there is ever a totally easy way to flatten abdomen, but the use of a good toning belt will surely help you along without getting all sweaty. Just repeat, repeat, repeat – solid routine is what it’s all about.
