Is there a way to keep abs tight even if you do not follow a dedicated workout program or plan?

TheBlondeShell: How to make your abs tight also what’s the best ab diet? EXERCISE!!!!! and DIET!!!! and a FLEX BELT!!!! I’m telling you, the combination is unbeatable, just don’t leave out any of the three, have to take the time to do it right!

Danielle: Have a Crunchless Abs video that was supposed to show me how to make my abs tight but I think it was more for people that had a dedicated workout routine. Seems like some of the ab belts could be better for people who want to squeeze in a little work without going to the gym.

KathleenT: That’s a good question, one I wish i had…I’m still looking for a way to GET toned abs, let alone to keep my abs tight!! Seems like it would be easier to keep abs tight once you get there. But I have been considering getting an ab toner, seems like that could be useful for maintenance as well as initial toning. Anyway, I’ve read good online reviews, and it looks fairly easy to use.

Iris: I always wanted to know how to make my abs tight without giving up my fave foods and spending hours at the gym each week. Well. I have resgned myseld to the fact tht you have to put forth some effort. I dont go crazy, I just walk on my lunch break and after dinner and skip dessert, easy.

PetersonS: You wanna know how to make your abs tight? Lots of crunches! Not sure there is a magic bullet for people who aren’t willing to put in some effort and at least make time for some kind of dedicated plan.

DevilsinthePigTails: How to make my abs tight is what’s on my mind right now, how can I get into my size 6’s anymore? I can’t, and it’s so depressing…that’s why I’m thinking about getting an ab energizer, my schedule is such a mess, this looks like a fast and easy way to get results without having to go to the gym, maybe when work slows down a little bit I can get back into a regular routine, but for right now, this might just be my salvation.

marcyluvsjake: if you really want to know how to keep your abs tight just listen to me: cut down on excess fat & carbs, run a few times a week and do crunches or situps regularly. it is not a tough, excruciating program to follow, just basic maintenance,t rust me on this.

Leslie: Hard keeping abs tight, but some of the ab toning belts come with videos that show you how to keep your abs tight without having a dedicated workout plan. Think this is good and easy especially during this stressful time of the year.

Ophelia: I am wondering how to make your abs tight after you give birth? I am scheduled for a section next month and I want to get to work on getting my body back. no muffin top for me.

PrettyPeggySue: Keeping abs tight is not an easy task, I mean you don’t have to turn into a gym rat or anything, but you really have to want to make it happen, I’m using a slant board with weights 4 times a week and then I wear a toning belt for minutes a day, so far, so good, you don’t have to be dedicated, exactly, but you DO have to be focused.

erika: WEll soit took me some time & effort to get a toned tummy but i think the absolute best way for keeping abs tight is with a Flex belt. I put that baby on for 30 minutes, about every other day? and it does the work for me, SO EASY. ANd it s cool bcs, I can use it whenever I feellike, definitely no real dedicated plan to follow, just putit on while watching tv or whatever. love this thing!

Rhonda: I keep abs tight by sitting up straight and doing little micro excercises even when I’m driving, since that is all I can fit in between work. Sounds like some of the ab toning belts might work in the same way.

RebelCanon: How to keep your abs tight? Simple! Eat less, cut out fats and sugar, and ALCOHOL, that’s a really important one, try taking up running wearing an abs belt…it’s going to get you where you want to be, take a little time, but you’re going to feel great!

TheresaTrumbull: Keep abs tight when you’re at work with isometrics, you can do those practically non stop, then invest in an ab toner belt to use at the end of the day, you’ll be flat as a pancake before you know it.

Debbie_D: YEs I am way more in need of trying to figure out the best way to how to make your abs tight than for keeping them tihgt. Will an electric ab belt do that too then? I do cardio and strenght training,a nd watch what i eat, but it is never quite enough for that midsection it seems.

JKlass: Was also wondering how to make my abs tight without spending a lot of time on a dedicated workout program and appreciate the info on the ab belt systems and replacing ab belt pads.

Jolene: keeping abs tight after a certain age is something I need to know more about. I cannot exercise as often as I would like cause I have to work and take care of my grandbaby but I want to look good and be in shape to run around with him I hope there is a way to do so. help!

IF i got an ab belt would I be able to skip the situps altogether or wouldI still have towork?I m sure that thing is good for maintenance but I still have a ways to go before getting tight abs.

Eve: how to keep your abs tight when you are a freshmn in college and not used to eating on your own is what my daughter needs to know about.
