Is there a senior version of a toning belt, or are they all the same?
geraldine cotter: seems to me any of the good ones will work for seniors as well as everybody else. i’ve been reading through some toning belt reviews & i think this is a great way for seniors to get our abs in better shape, no bending required.
RogerD: A friend told me to look up toning belt wiki and it looks like electronic muscle stimulation via ab toning belts would be a good way to get some work out of my out of practice stomach. I have looked at several online reviews and don’t think that a toning belt has any age restrictions.
AliceB: I think the only difference in the toning belts is that there are different strengths you can use, at least that’s what I’m figuring out so far, so I don’t think it matters about whether one’s for seniors or not, just be sure that you can change the voltage charge, or at least that’s what toning belt wiki says.
MARGOT: Yes well I am a senior but my daughter just had a baby and we are both thinking of some kinda device like this for firming up. I do believe they are a great way for women to tone after pregnancy, and these days, my middle is feeling just as outta shape. I just was wondering, if i get a toning belt do they work on the love handles as well as the upper & lower abs? I really want a good lower ab workout now!
JMyers: Think you can use electronic muscle stimulation at any age since it seems to be a pretty small shock. Be sure to use the toning belt gel that comes with most of them when you are adding this device to your exercise schedule.
NettieJacobs: How often do I have to buy the toning belt gel, I’m kind of on a fixed budget, and even though the ab belt looks like a great way to exercise for somebody my age, still, I’m wondering about the cost…
Claire: I saw a few toning belt reviews online but not one particularly for seniors. I think they work for all ages.
Renata: The toning belt for women, is it different for men, or seniors? Aren’t they all the same thing? What I’m hoping is that my husband and I can both use the same belt, we can just switch off, our neighbor down the hall has one, and she swears by it, in fact, she’s got men going in and out of her room far more than I think is healthy for a woman her age!
LindaM: More specifically, I would like to know if toning belt for women is the best way to firm up your abs? Looking for something easy that will help me get back into shape if I use it a few times a week and finally have good ab workouts at home for women.
loisloislois: now this is a good question, but i see lots of you are saying there is not a separate senior version of an abdominal toning belt. but now, i there a different type of toning belt for women than for men? we DO have different body shapes & fitnes levels after all.
Beatriz: A toning belt do they work, is my first question I’m sure seeing a lot of them advertised on line, and even when I went to Mexico for a little plastic/vacation, there was this ad on tv for them, so I’m thinking to myself, great idea! International at this point! So they must be good, why would there be so many around otherwise?
Felicity: The tony belt reviews I’ve been reading have sure been positive, the only one that sounded a little hokey to me was the one that runs on steam? I could see myself with a red wrinkled stomach from that one…but the ones that use that EMS technology? Think they look like they really may do the trick; I just have to make a final decision on which one to buy, think they’re fine for someone like me over a certain age.
Jurlique: I would think that seniors that are are in reasonably good health should be able to use an ab shocker. The real question is, toning belt do they work as easy as they say.
Marilu: Huh, I did not know there was any sort of toning belt gel that you need for the abs belt. is that standard for all brands or just some? is it real sticky..? I have just begun to look at online reviews and did not encounter this until now. Anyway, I dont get outdoors much during the winter months and would like to find a way to stay in shape while enjoying the latest dramas on tv.
Vince: Toning belt do they work for all ages really?
Carlotta: Would just like to say that, no ab belts are NOt al the same, like someone else said, they use different technologies so it is good to read reviews & see what works for others.I have never seena senior version and did look up facts on toning belt for some extra information. I am thinking, the Flex BElt look s lke a good one to try, a lot of positive reviews on that one.
MichelleM: You may want to look up some toning belt reviews online and see which abdominal belts are more comfortable for seniors to use. Looks like some of them can be very bulky, so maybe this plan will depend less on your age and more on your size.
Heloise: My boyfriend Abe and I are both wondering about the toning belt wiki we’ve been reading, it doesn’t really talk much about whether they’re for seniors or not, but we can’t see why they wouldn’t be, the only thing seems you have to be careful about is ordering extra tonlng belt gel so you don’t run out, which could happen if two people are using it. Other than that, seems like a solid way to tone abs without too much trouble. Plus, we think the fact that we still want to says a lot for us!
TJacobs: The toning belt wiki definition online is very interesting. Did not even know about EMS until I read this, but it looks like it could be a big part of my new health plan.
EricaJuggernaut: A toning belt for women? Aren’t the belts unisex/age? Seems like it would get mighty complicated otherwise…
Nancy: HOw much does that toning belt gel cost? YOu need more of that, what, every month or so? Trying to figure out my budget before gettting an a b belt and looking at some toning belt reviews.
