Is there a particular stomach machine thats better for women as opposed to men?
Lonnie: Hm, I believe that Malibu Pilates is the best abs Exercises for women
even though it was developed for men. I dont know about a stomach machine. That is what I am researching. I want a strong core and good abs again after yoyo dieting for years looking for something better than the Malibu thing.
Harriette: I dunno what stomach machine might work best for you, male or female, the products out there are all pretty different, but I think most can be used by both sexes, things like the ab roller for sure, malibu pilates chair, maybe more for women, ab belt, both can use, works great for either, that’s what I’ve been reading about, so I guess it depends on what kind of shape you’re in and how much effort you want to spend to get a toned tummy…you’ll maybe have to read some reviews online to think which one will be easy and fast for you.
claudia roberts: I think they make some stomach machine so different for men and women, but IMHO one that can be used easily by both sexes is an abdominal toning belt. I got one for my husband and I to share and we will use it to begin our New Year’s Fitness resolution schedule. Excited!
Denny: Anyone used the Contour Ab Belt, abs belt? Looks like a good stomach machine that is pretty easy to use for guys and gals. The flex belt seems though to have better ratings overall anyone use both?
Julie: No, but that Ab roller stomach machine (if you want to call it a machine) is pretty much for guys, I think. Was really hard on my back and didn’t feel like I had the right kind of arm strength to use it properly. Would not put that into any woman’s exercise routine.
GinaLouise: Think the Cardio Twister is maybe more of a guy thing, but the contour ab belt sure looks like its taylor made for women,we’re all so darn busy and I guess all you have to do is wear the belt for about 30 minutes a day, any time you wnat, no schedule to keep or anything, and you end up with toned belly look after about a month, I think this fits anywoman’s life style, seems liek you couldn’t go wrong with somthing like this.
Katrina: a machine that would help me to do the workout in an efficient manner would be great. I try to exercise but I am pinched for time. If I could get good at home workout gear thing I know I would step it up and get toned.
HKenall: Do you really consider an ab belt to be a stomach machine? Just read some reviews online on it looks liek it would be easy for both men and women.
Eleanor: ug I feel so lazy and tired and gross and not like exercising or eating well. All I want is past. I hope that if I buy an ab stomach machine or belt I will be more compelled to workout.
CindyT: Well I think the Malibu Pilates Chair is definitely a woman’s stomach machine. It is hard to use and requires dedication (at least 4 times a week for 45 minutes), but the results will be amazing. Sounds like the ab belt things are a lot less work, that’s for sure.
TinaMarieFaith: A stomach machine like the Flex Belt, I guess you can call that a machine, after all it has some moving parts, sort of, anyway, good for both men and women but I somehow get the feeling women use them more than men because it fits so easy into their lives, put it on while running, cooking, whatever, and still get a smokin body, why the heck would any lady worth her salt do anything else?
Gina: my husband loses weight fast which is frustrating. I need a stomach workout or ab belt so I can feel good and look good enough for my man.
Anonymous: I think the abdominal toning belts are good for both guys and girls if you’re looking for a fast and easy workout program. The flex belt seems like the best of the ab belts out there.
