Is there a good ab sculptor that will work for women?

deedee: I would like to know the same thing! I do sit ups as often as I can fit them into my routine but they are not working. Have you tried an ab sculptor belt? Wondering if I should get one, but want to read Ab exercisers reviews first.

Neelie: I’ve been looking for an ab sculptor belt that will work for me, I’m only 3 weeks post pregnancy, and I can’t believe how my stomach looks, is this normal? I still look pregnant, and sag? Let me tell you, it’s a war between my breasts and my stomach on which looks worse, who knew about this???!!! And whydidn’t they tell me??? Anyway, I have GOT to get back in shape, what about that Flex Belt I’ve been hearing about , reviews on it look good, but will it take care of this kind of damage, fast?

Lottie: FOr about a week I did notthing but read different ab sculptor reviews to find THEvery best one, which for my criteria meant that a. it would get results in a reasonable amount of time; b. it would not fall apart after a month and c. it would not be too complicated to use. MY conclusion? An abdominal toning belt, works very great. Definitely good for women, although I;m sure they work for men too. Anyway I use mine about 5 days a week, for a half hour per day, and plus I do the exercise bike for cardio about that often too. Feeling the muscles finally, after years of nothing, and still trying to burn off the fat.

HelenfromBC: Well I own this Crunchless Abs ab sculptor video ann I can honestly say I have only watched and used it twice. It is BORING. Part of my new ab scuplting plan is to use one of those ab belt things that go around your waste with the gel and electrodes. I’ll let you know how that goes and get back to you.

janice m.: when i go to the gym i use an an ab sculptor machine that work really good. however lately i have been working overtime at my job and have not been going as often as i should, i am NOT a morning person and by 9pm at night, I just want to eat dinner and sleep. Am now reading reviews to find something for at home, those ab toning belts sound like a good deal.

MaryB: I am getting an ab sculptor belt because I have always been thin but now I want to be strong as well. I am working on core strength and I expect this will enhance my workout. Come on, not all women want to be skinny minnies. Strong is beautiful and good ladies!

Sarah: I too read a few ab sculptor reviews and I like the sounds of ab circle machine, I also like the abdominal toning belt belt. They seem to be good for women.

Dani: HAve ben seriously considering this ab sculptor bench i saw online and its onsale for real cheap. I think it looks good but have not bought it yet, ams till trying to get al the facts on what is the best thing to buy. anyone tried something like this?? it says it tones ur obliques, plus biceps & triceps so seem like a good deal especially for women needing toning. Would love to know is anyone tried this.

Anna: After my pregnancy I used a ab sculptor bench for get back into shape. Combined with a diet and a cardio routine, I retuned to normal size after about 6 months.

Kayla: I hear Michelangelo isn’t cheap, but he’s worth it! hahahahahaha! In fact, I maybe should make an ab sculptor video of my own, I could sell ab belts, and Antonioni could be the star? It could be so cool..existing technology, I’m telling you, I could do it, fast and easy results from the greatest sculptor of all times, he could do your abs! Ideas are flowing…

Desiree: He, He, I know a good ab sculptor for women – S*X! Just kidding (sort of). Seriously, I bought an EF Fitness Mini Ab ab sculptor bench about a year ago and just sold it a my last garage sale. That is the last time I buy something without reading reviews first. Have had a lot more luck with the ab toning belt – much easier to use and no heavy equipment.

Jackie: What’s this ab sculptor bench you’re all talking about? I guess I’d beeter look it up online, so far what I’ve been chasing is the ab belt I saw about on tv, there’s a simple way to get good abs again, the reivews on this look preettycool, I’m about convinced to get one, wont’ even have to have a regular schedule for it, can wear it anytime, doing dishes, whatever, sounds like a good way for me to get think again, hae to do it sooner rather than later…

Tonya Jenkins: Bought an ab toner thing last year, like a roller or something and it came with an ab sculptor video, that was wayyy cheezy. I mean, I watched it like, once or twice and not so impressed. THing was cheap, thnk god and diidn’t get me sculpte,d no six pack or even a four pack nothing. I’m al for ab belts now,its only been a week since i had mine but..can feel the burn and KNOW i’m gonna finally ge t results, it had the best reviews.

Hannah: Is an ab belt an ab sculptor machine? Hard to think of those belts as machines, but I guess they really are, just sort of passive ones? WEll, actually, I’M going to be the passive one, and hopefully my abs will start looking toned and wonderful with this “devise” maybe that’s what to call it, I want rock hard abs without the crunches, do you think this is a fix for a 6 weeks past delivery pregnancy belly? I sure hope so!

Alexandra: I need an ab sculptor video so teach me to do the right exercises to tone my abs and create a siz pack. This is new to me but I am trying to eat right and diet. No more cheese, which stinks but if I can be a size 6 I will be happy I think.

DonnaT: If you are just concerned about your abdominals don’t bother with an ab sculptor machine – a toning belt will help, especially if you’ve just had a baby and they are fairly easy to use.

Camille_KS: check out an ab sculptor video like yoga burn with Rodney Yee, it’s not easy but it’s great for abs. Plus he is really cute to look at :)

Cindy: where can I get an ab sculptor belt that actually I want to do? I donbt know how mys husband always has energyt o go to the gym maybe because i am raising his children. I need to workout at home and I need to know what is best for women to get slim.

Lori, Clearwater: No kidding Alexandra, thank you for saying so, cheese stinks! I don;t know why so many women just love to eat it. And its fattening besdies. I so sick of hearing women complain about their belies and then just gorge out on whatever they want to. Ladies, get a good ab sculptor belt & you won’t be sorrry, I’m telling you. any one can fit it into her schedule and you just wear i t for a half hour. I wear mine on the treadmill but, whatever works for you all is fine, you will see more toned tummy in a matter of week.

DonnaT: ab sculptor reviews geared to women are not useful, in my opnion. I think the best way to tone your abs is simple crunches – not easy or fast but they work better than anything I have seen – except maybe for those electronic ab toning belts – they will intensify any work out.

Anonymous: So does that mean that if i get an ab sculptor belt I’ll still need to do crunches?

Maggie_May: Am definitely ordering the Flex belt, its had the best reviews I;ve read out of any product. I dont know what you all have rea but I saw the ab sculptor reviews that were pretty bad, I would never get that product. Looks no better than a ab roller, a belt is just..easy & makes sense, esp for busy women like me.

Erica: OK, Donna, thx, now I get it! So the ab sculptor reviews I’ve been reading, mostly about the ab toner belts, are to make an existing workout BETTER! Aha! Id didn’t see how stopping crunches and all the rest of it was going to get me the reulsts I want, not ust with an ab shocker, so this makes a lot of sense to me know, use it WHILE you’re working out, like on the treadmill etc. great idea for fast results, I can see how it could be a big boost.

LynnMontanaro: thanks fore the reviews of the ab sculptor belt. It gets so confusing to know whch are the good products and I def need help in the battle of the buldge.

GEnine: I don’t know if I can afford an ab sculptor belt right now! It’s such a bummer, i think I’ve inally found the solution to my fat belly, and my cash flow is about crunched for the next couple of weeks, guess I’ll have to do floor exercises until then, no fast and easy results that way I can tell you, but when I get my next check? An abdominal toner is gonna be MINE!

Viv: THe best thing to try is an ab sculptor machine, like the ones with weights at the gym, or on e of the more simpler thing syou can use at home. I feel like its good to use these bcs I can push mysel f and get my heart beat up there. I like to do my ab workouts as a warm up before cardio, you get results if you combine them, god luck.

Quigley: I got really inspired watching an ab sculptor video, ordered it, and you know what? Not so hot. So now I’m reading reviews of the other ones that are out there, should have just bought the Flex Belt in the first place looks like, oh well, live and learn, by next week I should have the right one and be on my way to a flatter belly, or at least I hope so.

Tannis: I tried an ab sculptor belt and it didn’t give me much in the way of results until I started exercising while wearing it. Duh! I think this is good idea for women.

Elle: Haha I like the idea of an artist to hire to sculpt my abs…seems much more romantic than getting lipo or some kind of surgery. You ladies are funny! For now I;m using my ab sculptor bench…it works better than doing crunches on the floor but not easy or fast results. I fee l that if I am consistent I will get there. So but now I have a question,if I use an ab belt, do I need to still do sit-ups or not?
