Is it possible to wear abdominal exercisers and not get results?


Lorinda: Abs machine that works are there any? I mean maybe these abdominal exercisers wouldn’t work if you didn’t watch what you were eating a little bit? If you just kept getting fatter and fatter, any results you were trying to get would kind of disappear, I guess.

NoraSaphron: I don’t thinkit’s possible to wear one of the abdominal exercisers and not get results, how could they have all those before and after pictures otherwise? All those people look so great, and I guess it’s a fast and easy way to get results, even if you don’t follow a regular routine, my kinda way to go.

jackieTrees: Well, if you’re getting jolted about I don’t know how many times a minute by an ab belt and your stomach is twitching like it’s muscles are getting a full work out, how can this not work? Maybe read one of those ab belts review or check out one of the ab workout video online?

Julie: I suppose anything is possible…like if u use an ab belt wrong, or don’t replace the gel pads or don’t use it enough….but if u use them properly i think abdominal exercisers almost always work. I know mine seems to work for me, and its so easy, i don’[t do anything else for my abs. good luck.

germaine: Well, no. I think you can wear abdominal exercisers (if by this you mean electronic abs belt) and eventually you will notice something, but if you add a little activity while you wear one, you will see definition and tone real fast. I like to go up stairs with mine.

Abbie: Abdominal exercisers that don’t work? Maybe, but I think you’d have to really screw it up to make it happen,these things are just about foolproof.

MarthaTeasedale: I think maybe some abdominal exercisers work better than others, like the EMS ones probably work better than the vibration ones, or the steam ones, but I dunno, the only one I’m really interested in is the Flex Belt, that one uses the the muscle shock way to get toned, like it! One question vibro Belt does it work or not?

JillH: Yeah, if you just strap on electronic abdominal exercisers and sit down and eat ice cream and candy and watch Oprah, you will probably not see much in the way of results. For me, it is best to do some work like sit ups and jump rope, then put on an a b belt.
