Is an ab contour belt a fast way to go about training abdominal muscles?


Ron: I am interesting in training abdominal muscles so I can be like 6 pack I want to get an ab belt but I am going to the gym to I am going for a strong approach to fitness and getting inshape. I would be willing to try abs machine any of em.

ethan Q: well, yes, think using an ab contour belt fof some sort can help with training abdominal muscles and you can see results pretty fast. but if you want real big results fast, you need to do more than just use that. regular exercise and a healthy balanced diet still play a part in getting real tight, toned abs.

Nora: Training abdominal muscles is a life time of work, and I’m not about to give up on it now, I want to look as good as I did when I was younger…so I’m thinking gym, trainer, maybe the Contour Belt…gonna get back to square one, or know the reason why. And also search a good comparison of this belt and FOR a good review of abs diet for women.

Morgan: I would like to know a good way to go about training abdominal muscles also. Have read a couple of good ab belt reviews online, but have not committed to a specific brand yet. I did see this video it’s pretty sick.

Sheryl: In the past, the only approaches i knew of for training abdominal muscles were things like situps and crunches..you know, routines that were hard on my back and totally inconvenent. lately i have been hearing of some new approaches where you can get results that are good but can fit into your routine. One of them is these ab belt things. and i think they sound pretty good. gonna keep doing some reading and find a good one.

Effie: Nora, do you think that the ab belt you’re talking about will get you fast results? That’s what I’m after, a way to start training abdominal muscles to respond to stimulation, no matter what kind, and to get flat abs in a hurry.

Liz: So I have an abs belt, use it 5 days a week. I usually wear it while walking and would say its helping me with training abdominal muscles and getting more toned. Its faster than sit-ups but still does require regular use.

Jeremy: I think an b belt is good if you also have proper diet and cardio vascular exercise I am in the process of training abdominal muscles to be sculpted and ripped. Its all about dediction.

TaraHambre: In training abdominal muscles, does it really matter what you do as long as you’re doing SOMETHING? I’m thinking an ab contour belt might speed toning along, but I think you’ve still got to do crunches etc to really get results in a hurry, think the combination might be a very fast and good thing to try.

Tessa: Training abdominal muscles can be dificult but i think using ab a b belt could speed up your progress if used with some other simple types of cardio and core building programs like yoga or pilates.

EnidGlover: Why is training abdominal muscles so hard? Why won’t those muscles just sit up and pay attention to me? Honestly, I’m feeling like they belong to somebody else, or I wouldn’t still be so flabby, I’ve talked long and hard to them about getting tighter and more toned! hahahahaha! The only thing that’s going to work for me is a trainer, not so sure that an ab contour belt is gonna help a whole lot at this point, maybe once I get rid of 20 pounds and my muscles can “hear” better, then it would be time for the belt.

camille: not sure what you mean by fast, i mean you wont have a 6pack in a week with a contour ab belt but yes, i do think it will help for training abdominal muscles, if you get one. I added the youtube link for those who did not see it.

FReynolds: You know laughing is a good way for training abdominal muscles but since life isn’t funny all the time, a good ab belt might be a more consistent way to achieve this type of muscle movement. Have not used the Contour belt, but heard it is a pretty good one as a home based ab workout.
