I want to get abs fast can anybody recommend a routine that will work?


Anonymous: When I want tight abs fast I start doing 1000 crunches a day and an hour of cardio. I read this was best for abs fast for women. I cut out sugar, alcohol and white flour and then I get the fast results I want. Not easy but effective for a party or some event an maybe better than ab machine workouts.

pentopaper: Fast abs is always challenging. Fast anything, really. A routine that has worked for me is 30 minutes of cardio, followed by 30 minutes of ab work, whether it be crunches, or reverse crunches or using my air stepper. Then 10 minutes wearing an ab toning belt while I cool down. Good to mix it up so you don’t get bored and unmotivated.

ian: if you get a toning belt for your abs fast results will be seen i swear, i got one and saw big improvemen in definition in about a month. do that and jog a few times a week, thats a routine youll be happy wiht.

Nina: You mean you want tight abs fast:) Cause unless you have malformation you have abs already:) 1000 crunches a day??? I hope you are spacing them out!! My recommendation to see abs fast results is to do a low carb diet and do a lot of cardiovascular workout (i like spinning) and u use a fitness ball for my ab exercises.

Latishia: Oona, it’s not that I doubt your word, dear, but 1000 crunches a day????? When I want to get on the abs fast track, I go to the gym every day and work out on the machines, and then I wear an abdominal toner belt I bought for really getting the full effects of my workouts, going great, results are happening fast.

Lisa: get good abs fast by using a trainer. that is how I always get in shape when I have the money. If not I use an ab belt at home.

KBuckley: Good abs fast track workout is 10 minutes of reverse crunches (as many as you can do), followed by 3 minutes of plank, then 10 more minutes of regular crunches followed by 2 more minutes of plank. Do this DAILY wearing a toning belt and your work will pay off in a hurry.

I can’t do all those body building things I see online, those guys look scary, and the last thing I want is some veiny arms or something, I guess I’m asking the same question you are, but specifically for the female side of things, are those ab belts I see online for women and men both? Seems like a fast and easy way to get a toned stomach, maybe I should read some more reviews and then see…

I like to do sets of 100 in the morning and afternnon, then wear an abdominal toner for 30 minutes befre I go to bet, good routine I think that will work for anybody, can do it all at home make your own schedule, easy.

KelseySF: Abs fast flat not impossible but not easy. Have to work at it everyday to really see abs fast results – crunches and cardio. Have not used an ab belt yet, but sounds like that might help too for abs fast twitch muscles.
