I really want six pack abdominal muscles but have not yet found a plan that works for me. The Malibu Pilates was just okay, what will work?

Hillary: I have been working on getting six pack abdominal muscles for nearly 3 months now and have tired the Malibu Pilates Chair. It is really hard to use if you’re just beginning a workout routine. You may want to start training your muscles first with an ab toner before moving on to something like this.

Frodo: HAve never found any real good six pack abdominal exercises that work as well for me as they say they will. I’ve tried plan after plan with no success. I never tried malibu Pilates but recently decided to try a toning belt. So far, it seems to be helping me soee more definition. Think maybe I;m on my way.

MariaCervantes: Yeah, I had that chair too, what a cheesy thing it turned out to be, if I lived in Malibu I would have thrown it in the ocean! hahahahaha! So I’m thinking the Flex Belt looks like it could be the answer for me, no real moving parts, including me, could be just the ticket for getting toned and flat, stomach wise, like the online reviews I’ve been reading…will let you know when/if I order…

C. LaMonico: yeah i also felt kinda letdown by malibu pilates…i also tried so many other things for six pack abdominal exercises, i cant even name them all, but none really came thru with the results. lately i have been reading some awesome reviews online for ab belt sport reviews , seems these are good for getting the six pack look bcs they target the oblique muscles of the abs. also, its supposed to be super easy and fast. i amn psyched to try it.

Celestine: Want six pack abdominal muscles too, nope to the Pilates chair, ditto, seems like it was not that well made. Am thinking an ab belt is more my speed, that and some cardio to burn up some fat, seems like a good thing to try and make work for me.

Lydia: I like wearing an ab shocker and doing six pack abdominal exercises that I found online. THe belt helps give you some support and helps keep your muscles tightened. You can wear it around the house whithout having a specific workout routine, which I also like.

Al: To me the best six pack abdominal exercises would have to be old school crunches, it works for me. But am still searching for the best abdominal exercises for men.

Caroline H: Forget that malibu pilates stuff, get an abs belt! I never knew I could have six pack abdominal muscles until I started using one and holy cow! I was in decent shape anyway but not much definition. This makes all teh difference, for me anyways.

craig.: i want sick six pack abdominal muscles FAST…i dont buy that crunches philsophy all due respect, bcs i never really saw that ripped effect. crunches seemed to work for the overall toning, but not so much for that really sculpted definition…u know. THe kind where you look like a MAN. I want people to reach for the Scotch tape when they see me bcs i am so ripped lol.

GervaiseLimpia: Six pack abdominal exercises, no thanks, not for me anymore, not since I got my Flex Belt, now it’s exercising me just fine, I don’t have to do anything but put it on, nice to have something else do the work for a change, not like that dopey Malibu Pilates chair.

Dando: Yeah I mean what works better than crunches, in terms of six pack abdominal exercises? I say don’t bother wiht equipment, get on the floor and giveme 200!

Ray: I agree with Dando, to me it the best way to get six pack abdominal muscles.
