I really just want one big flat ab! Any suggestions on a program that can work to give fast results?


Justin: Well unfortuntately, your abs are not just one big piece! They are a group of muscles that need to be worked out in sections if you want super flat ab muscles or even kind of flat ab muscles. You need to eat right, do the dreaded crunches at least a few times a wekk, and maybe look into one of those abdominal toners to help keep everything tight when you can’t workout.

Jasmine: Well, I want a SMALL flat ab, not a big one! Flat ab muscles are my dream…I just don’t want to have to work too hard, I know that sounds impossible, but this ab belt I’ve been reading about says that can happen with this EMS way of toning, don’t even have to break a sweat, NO crunches, YAY, and I should have fast results…that’s what I’m hoping, big time.

Terry: “One big ab” sounds a little strange to me, sorry. flat ab muscles are more like a 6 pack to my mind, a washboard stomach. I think that is attractive; I am working with a trainer to get in shape, toned and all.

Kennedy: What’s a flat ab diet? My wife doesn’t like my belly, I bet part of it is to quit drinking beer….what a world.

PeskertonII: So there are flat ab foods? Like what? Does a diet like South Beach fall into that category, I’ve been meaning to try that one, and if I do that and find a flat ab workouts for women to go along with it, do you think that will make my bellylook great in a hurry? I’m thinking none of it sounds very quick…like you, I want some fast satisfactions!

Karina: I think the Atkins diet is full of good flat ab meals, but it is more for overall fitness. I really wish someone would come out with a good flat ab diet book. Right now I am struggling with the ab portion of my exercise program.

WSMerchMan: If you want flat ab fast you gotta outline a real flat ab routine and stick with it. I quit smoking a few months ago, gained 13 pounds, ordered an ab shocker and started doing some kind of cardio every morning with it on -am finally seeing some good results.

Alisha: YOu can find some great flat ab tips on line, right down to and including a flat ab routine that you can pick and choose from, that’s what I did, and now I can do it all at home, which I like really a lot, it’s not the fastest way I’ve ever worked out, but I don’t get bored with it, so let’s hoping I can stick with it/

Jamila: I would like the same thing! Also wanted to know if anyone here has any good flat ab tips or, more specifically, good flat ab workouts for women that are kind of easy. Anyone tried one of those ab toning belts?

Samantha: I sure would like a flat ab fast, what about one of those abdominal toning belt things I see online, do you think that would work for us to get tightened up in a double quick hurry? Crunches sure as heck aren’t doing much.

Angie: flat ab meals are like a lot of protein and no carbs and no fat, right?

Eden: Maybe I’ll have to write a flat ab diet book, looks like a sure fire winner, everybody wants to know what to eat to get rid of a belly, the answers simple: no carbs, no alcohol, no sugar, your stomach will go down like you won’t believe, and then wear an ab toning belt, fast and sure way to get a concave look, that’s what I’m after, too.

DeniseM: There is a flat ab diet book called The Flat Belly Diet and it is full of flat ab foods. It doesn’t give any prgram advice, but I knwo walking or jogging regularly and doing some kind of ab exercise on a regular schedule will give you fast results.

BertieBird: Flat ab muscles, what are those? I haven’t seen any since I had my three kids, and I’m very tired of looking like a kangaroo, at this point I’m not so worried about fast as I am about sure, this is not a look I want to keep the rest of my life, no question about that, so what’s a good way to get myself started?

SallyfromSeattle: Start with a flat ab diet that incudes lots of flat ab food like fruits, grains and vegetables. I have heard of that Flt Belly book too, but you can find most of this information online. If you;re looking at equipment, you may want to consider getting a good abs belt too.

Jonas: Well I’m sure you know that flat ab exercises like crunches are really the key to any good exercise program. Using an ab belt will make it easier, but you have to work out regularly if you’re not going to stick to a flat ab diet.

Mary: My guy at the gym says theres no way to get flat ab fast you just have to diet and workout hard and daily. all there is to it, no quick fixes.

Cassie: The only flat ab exercises that I’ve done lately that are any good are the Pilates core routine I’m going to 3 times a week, that’s making me feel toned, but it sure isn’t fast. I’m wondering about an ab belt, I could wear it after class to just keep the good work going, bet it would speed things up, too

Hailey: My flat ab routine requires different things different days. with sit ups, crunchers, bicycle, and leg lifts happening as well as using an ab belt on the weekend days. Its a good workout, mixes it up, you know.

Julia: women flat ab tips would be to cut stress, cortisol makes for a fat belly band!

Thea: Flat ab foods are anything that aren’t carbs, not much fun in a way to eat, but hey, if you do that, and then 150 crunches a day, you’ll reach your flat ab goal pretty quick…month or two should do it.

HappyStance: Flat ab workouts for women are about crunches, crunches and more crunches, sorry, nothing quick going on with this one, but it WILL gt you to “one big flat ab”,maybe just not as fast as you’d want…

OodlesofPoodles: So what flat ab tips work bet do you think, I need some help with this too, I wish somebody would just make me a chart or something to keep me on the straight and narrow, do you suppose there’s somebody I could hire at a gym or somewhere to do that, make me up a real flat ab routine?

SmartC: You know what a good flat ab routine has been cutting out alcohol and trying to eat flat ab meals like fish and preoteins with out much fat. Also cardio 3 times a week, ab belt on my rest days and 8 hours of sleep everynight. It works!

Charlie: I am trying to do flat ab exercises and follow a flat ab diet. its been hard but I do see results. Almost down a dress size. Taking a break for this weekend though :)

Tara: I want a flat ab fast, too, but don’t really know how to get it, I suspect that Mary’s guy is right.

Kate: flat ab foods are high protein foods which I am trying to eat more of and cut out processed foods, sugar and carbs. It is not too hard. I am not starving at all and being thin is the best results.

Rachel: One big flat ab! LOL! Like someone said, there are many different flat ab muscles in there and you have to work them all. Toning belts are good for fast results, but diet and regular exrcise will get you there and help you stay there permanently.

DKo: The ab belt reviews I was looking at online make it seem llike a very good flat ab workouts for women.

Francine: WOuld South Beach be considered a flat ab diet book I am doing ab exercises but have not changed my diet and maybe that is why I do not see results yet. I really am just looking or the best ab machine or abdominals machine for women.
