I need an easy plan. Whats the correct way to use an ab cruncher?

Ruth Ann: IF you are looking for an easy plan, just give up now on that stupid ol’ ab cruncher as seen on tv. Forget it. I’d rather do old fashioned crunches on the floor thant thing. Crunches, pilates & cardio (i love dancing) and also of course, a balanced diet, thats a tried & true program that works. Not sure it get abs in a month, but something to dream about.

Natasha: uhg, I need an easy plan too. with two kids under two I just need to cram my workouts in whenever I can. I try to eat healthy but you know how it goes your kid is having mac and cheese and you have just a few bites…I am looking into an ab cruncher as seen on tv we are up late late late feeding and crying and I am wondering which is the best thanks so much I just want to have my body back I love my babies but I feel like a cow.

seth r.: do you already have one, i meandid you order an ab cruncher as seen on tv type of deal or what? does it not come with instructions? sorry to ask more than answer, jsut seems sorta basic i suppose. although those things hurt my neck & back, you want something easy, get a toning belt.

Pele: What kind of ab cruncer are you talking about the ab cruncher as seen on t.v.? The last one I saw was an ab belt, you didn’t have to do anything, correct or not, but get it around your waste and turn it on, my kind of machine, I can tell you that.

Ratso: Last ab crncher as seen on t.v. that I seriously considered was one of those bars you stick in the doorway and then you do sit ups with your feet hooked under it? But I’m acautally liking the ab belt I found on line better, think that’s a safer way to go, nobody can trip on the thing

Blaine: Which ab cruncher as seen on tv did you order Natasha? I think some of them actually force you to do crunches the wrong way. I know an ab contour belt is much easier to use and will give some good results. It’s all I use at the moment.

Gina: it depends on which ab cruncher you use…i got an ab cruncher as seen on tv, the ab circle pro…and that is described as a “treadmill for your abs.” but i found it to be awkward and difficult. And my husband said it looked obscene but not ina good way. I ended up selling that on craig’s list. I want something easy too, easy and fast. I have been hearing a lot lately about ab belts. Which u can use throughout your day, you don’t have to do anything. And ppl say that they work, at least on the online reviews. I think i am gonna go with that instead of crunches. Just the words “cruncher” and “crunches” makes me think of tortunring myself. No thanks.

Enid: Teh best ab cruncher as seen on t.v that I actually ordered was this thing called a contour belt, and it wasn’t all that great, but the IDEA of it was so good I wnet on line and oufnd a FlexBelt, which beat that first one all to heck, I use it everyday for 30 minutes and you wouldn’t believe the results I’m getting.

Leila: The correct way to use an ab cruncher is to expel air on the crunch. I am tired cunches I am cranky and cold and I have a cold and I dont want to exercise at all but I know I have gained weight which makes me want to work out even less. I need to get an ab belt or an ab cruncher so that I still get an ab workout on bad days like this.

barbara: i don’t really trust all of the ab cruncher as seen on tv infomercials. the people on TV using them always look so beautiful and perfect, not like me. I would like to see an infomercial of someone who looks like me (5′2″ 235 lbs) effectively using one of these. Then I might think it would work for me as a routine. as of right now i am not convinced. Have you guys tried any of these ab belts I’ve been hearing about lately?

MONICA W.: WOuld the flex belt be considered an ab cruncher? Its not one of those ab cruncher as seen on tv deals, I don’t think? i saw good reviws on line though & it looks super easy to use, really requires no drastic plan, i’m thinking of ordering that,a nd all you do is strap the thing around your waist and set the controls.

Fabulous: The best way to use an ab cruncher is to follow the directions that come along with it! HA! seriously, look for something easy, that’s what I’m doing, I’ve had it with all these things that have a mile of instructions, that’s why I’m thinking an abdominal belt, how hard is it to put around your waist and turn on? That’s about where I am these days.

domenic: ab cruncher as seen on tv well i have tried every one of them but not the flex belt.

Claudia: looking at an ab cruncher as seen on tv deal and I wonder if it could possibly work. I have always been a bit chubby but now that i am 40 well I just look awful. I am willing to work and buy a few products just trying to read reviews and ge tit right. its so hard to be a woman.

Kimmy: No Don’t get the ab cruncher as seen on tv! Seriously I ordered that ab circlle pro thing, said i cold lose 10 lbs in two weeks, didn’t happen. I’ve now got my heart set on a an ab toning belt, should get me fast results and be way easy to use. And thats what busy women like me need.

Georgina: Well first you have to know how to control your core. In Pilates they tell you to think of it like a clock, any decent ab cruncher as seen on tv should come with a video that illustrated this in some way. I ordered an Ab Rocket and could not engage for months, not until I got a toning belt was I able to feel what I needed to do and where I needed to work from. Now I use them both.
